Everyone we dealt with, from the event manager, to the wedding planner, front desk staff, concierge, servers, chefs, housekeeping etc. was very helpful, receptive to our questions and concerns, and flexible enough to pull together exactly the event we wanted. The hotel offered us numerous extra perks that we didn't ask for, but really appreciated. Every time we reached out to them with a request we knew that they would genuinely find a way to make things work for us, and that was very calming and helpful when planning such an important event. The ballroom was beautifully decorated, the food delicious, and we received wonderful reviews from all of our guests!"
