The location is good for shopping, it's right across the road from the Galleria Mall, 2 minute walk. And there are many restaurants, local shopping, and specialty shops with a 3 or 4 block walking distance. Once I arrived in the area, I quickly realized I did need to go anywhere else by car to get some things I needed. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly, I had two or three requests after checking in and each one was taken care of within 10 minutes or less. The rooms have mini kitchens in them with limited dishes, silver ware glasses and cups. Refrigerator, microwave, cook top and hot water kettle are also in the room. Easy to re-warm or prepare limited meals if your prefer to stay in. The hotel has WiFi, ask the reception desk for the password. The room I had was one of the smaller rooms, but it was clean and comfortable. I plan to stay again.

Really lovely find! After first being suspicious we’d be paying far too much at one of the international chain hotels that dominate the Amman market, we settled on the Toledo and were not disappointed. Rooms were large and clean, with nice beds and great aircon. Breakfast was a well equipped buffet for western tourists or a suhoor available to fasting guests (we were there at Ramadan). Very fast and reliable WiFi and a 24 hour menu that was reasonably priced rounded out the experience. The hotel is walkable to the Citadel within 30 minutes and is a cheap (2-3JOD) taxi ride to the more posh parts of western Amman. Would happily stay again!

This is the only hotel I stayed at in Amman so don't know how it compares with othe hotels (especially since it calls itself luxury; I'd consider it average or maybe a little above). Room was spacious but not super clean. Staff was courteous but not particularly helpful, especially in advising where to eat. They just said to go down the road, around the circle and there would be plenty of choices. I did that and couldn't find a lot; besides best restaurant in area (and known for its falafel) turns out to be right across the busy street (which you can get to by walking a half block to the overpass). Location isn't great: on a very busy street far away from more tourist sights (that could be a plus given traffic around the tourist sights although it looks like traffic is bad everywhere). An added negative: even though hotel acknowledged my email cancelling an airport pickup previously arranged, they still sent someone to pick me up and then added it to the bill, hoping I guess that I wouldn't notice. A plus: one of best breakfast seletionns in Jordan

Firstly it is neither a hotel nor a heritage property. In fact the word heritage raised the suspicion of a dated building with musty carpets. It was not. It is a contemporary building and more correctly an apartment. The place is meticulously clean and organised. Located on the Rainbow street it is accessible by foot from the shopping area. There were two spacious rooms and a large lobby with a kitchenette. The views from the rooms are awesome with the citadel seen to the east. The front desk was very helpful.
