Hotel Ivory Playa Sports & Spa

We came here for a 7 day family holiday with my 3 children hotel was clean check in was easy and fast and all information was given and the people at the desk very helpful and friendly the hotel was very clean swimming pool was clean and lots of sun beds and places to relax bar staff were friendly and prices were reasonable entertainment staff very good with the kids rooms very clean and cleaning staff do a good job smells amazing when you walk in

Another great holiday at Ivory Playa. The room was clean and comfortable and we were lucky to get a room in the 4th floor with an amazing sea view. Lovely balcony to sit out on a night and enjoy the entertainment which was good overall. We were self catering and there was everything we needed to enjoy some simple meals in the apartment, especially with an excellent Eroski supermarket over the road. We hired bikes for one day from the place across the road and had a great day cycling to Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca. Pools are nice and always plenty of sun beds. It would be nice if the long pool around the corner from the main pool was made a quiet or adults only pool but appreciate this would be difficult to monitor. So close to a lovely beach which we enjoyed a few times. Close to some nice restaurants, especially Bar Hawaii round the corner for lunch, dinner or takeaway pizzas.

This place is just a perfect mix of everything. Here you can have a quiet peaceful holiday or you can join in with the activities and have a really active time. The hotel is pristine - well looked after, spotless, and really well presented. We tend to keep ourselves to ourselves, but every encounter with any staff member was welcoming and warm. Pool - good size, a relief that no towels could be laid down on beds unt after 9am and a few times we saw towels removed by staff after they had been placed on sunbeds and not used at all. This system works so well as if everybody only used the sunbeds when they really neded them, then there's always enough for all. We never had any issue with getting sunbeds, and we went in the middle of the school summer holidays Apartment - absolutely spotlessly and big enough for 3 of us. We overlooked the petrol station and bush road but there was no noise and we had a nice view of the mountains. Location - beautiful beach on doorstep - a handful of restaurants nearby but an easy bus ride or longer walk to more options. Pol bar served a great selection of drinks and food The enertainment team during the day were so good. We didnt join in but found it very amusing to watch, and they always said hello and included everyone. Conveniently, there's a fab supermarket and bakery opposite! I can not find anything negative to say - Ivory Playa is amazing and you should book it if you are considering!

Just got back from a 8 night stay here. We stayed In a garden view room on the 4th floor. Was a fantastic view of the pool and the sea. We arrived late due to a long flight delay from Leeds. We didn't arrive till past 3am. The guy on the reception was so polite and very welcoming even though we were really late. He explained everything and gave us all on information on the hotel etc. We paid for a safe which was extremely reasonably priced. We were so pleased the next day when we finally got to see our view on the 4th floor. It was outstanding. We are a family of 4, and we had enough room. The sofa beds were sufficient enough for 2 teenagers age 13 and 14. The main bedroom was spacious enough, with very comfy beds. The balcony was large enough also. We have been to Muro before, previously last August. It is a lovely town. But be warned, this hotel is situated at the end of Muro, start of Alcudia. So it is quiet a treck. The walk to Muro isn't to bad, but not much shade. We walked to Alcudia port one day and it took us about 40 minutes. Best way uis to walk along the beach, rather than the road.You can get buses either way, but they do get busy. The hotel staff were all extremely kind. The cleaners never stopped and was busy cleaning the pool area every morning first thing. Can't fault it at all, the hotel is so clean. We went self catering, we can't comment on the food as we didn't have it. We did have food by the pool which was really nice and well priced. The supermarket over the road is handy and the bakery did lovely pastries. We loved the hotel but found it abit to far from everything. Would recommend the hotel but if you don't want to have to walk alot to go out to eat etc you might be better been closer to the resorts. Thanks again to all the staff at the hotel, they were very welcoming and all work extremely hard. We tend to use hotels as a base cause we prefer to be out alot so didn't really use any of the facility's. The pool was good and could always get a sunbed, although people did have habits of leaving towels on them which can be really annoying esp when they obviously was not even there.

Just fabulous. Spotless , small complex ideal for toddler and 8 year old always close by when entertainment on. Thank you for giving us the best seaview room. Animation team so polite and loved their job. Loved the variety every evening only criticism was outside acts coming in to keep songs upbeat as quite a few slow ones . Pool bar beers so nice and ice glasses lovely food. We went self catering. Every taxi was 7 or 8 euros to anywhere we wanted to go and also on a bus route. Felt too much of a walk to the Port we walked it once . Old town stunning. Gorgeous bakery across the road and supermarket . Always got a sunbed . Last but not least 50m from the beach our back garden in the hotel. We had a renovated apartment with unreal views ! They were ok size for our age group family. One of the nicest beaches Ive been on. The most reasonable hotel for what you get. For all these reasons we will be back . Thank you..
