The pillow is splendid and feels like our Tempur pillow back home, providing the firm support that our necks need. The TV system is a smart one as we are able to choose “do not make the room” on our Home Screen. Netflix and YouTube are available too, providing us some entertainment for us who are non-Japanese. The water pressure is good for shower, and there is sliding door that separates the the bedroom and the bath/toilet areas. The buffet breakfast is worth our money as we find everything is so systematic. Every staff knows exactly what to do, and it is not chaotic at all.
