Where do I start. The rooms : tired and with old furniture, the only positive was that the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was leaking. Old plumbing - water in the other side of the bathroom. This was very old furniture. The food : despite the waiters running like headless chicken, nothing gets done. You have to wait 25min for an omelette ! 3 people staffing the omelette counter ! Total chaos. Despite the fact that there are many waiters and waitresses, there are no manager of the floor directing the operations. No Leadership and these poor girls try their best without any guidance. This is a management issue - and a training issue. The pool : when I booked, the picture looks great - but this is a building site ! A joke ! I paid premium to be in a hotel with a pool and this is clear that this will not be functional for a few more months. I would have appreciated at the time of booking. General service : the general service was OK but very very slow. Again I believe this is a question of training and management. Either the management takes matter in their hands or this 5 star (oh sorry —- 4 stars) because this is 4 stars - will never go back up to 5 again. Get a grip of this will be 3 stars soon.

Generally a good stay. Staff were helpful, good location and clean room. Breakfast was great too. Wish there was a fridge in the room. Also couldn’t reserve via the whatsap contact provided as they took a long time getting back and I had to book myself online on trip.com but otherwise a pleasant stay and I would certainly stay there again

Not bad, the hotel security is good, relatively safe, breakfast is rich, lunch and dinner, the restaurant can order, and the taste is also very good. There is a supermarket not far from the hotel where you can buy water, eat and use, and everything is complete. Toiletries are from L'Occitane. I was a little dissatisfied, because I needed to catch a flight early in the morning on the day of departure, and told the front desk whether breakfast could be packed, and the front desk could reply to the restaurant 1 hour in advance. Who knew to go to the restaurant the next day and was told not to because it was not time yet ... a little helpless. Overall pretty good.

We had another great stay at Nordic. We will always stay here when coming to Abuja. The staff go above and beyond to ensure we have everything we need not just in the hotel but also in Abuja. The hotel is spotless and constantly cleaned, and the room is very comfortable. The hotel has a wonderful staff of drivers who are available when we need them and guide us around the city. My hotel wasn't reserved by Trip.com when I arrived at the hotel at past mid night. The hotel did all they could to ensure that my reservation is made. It took some time, but I finally checked into my room, due to the patience and commitment of the hotel staff .
