Incredible service, especially the director of the hotel is very nice. The food was excellent. Everyday the menu changed. The quality of the meat was great, the deserts amazing. The food was like in a Michelins star restaurant. The Hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very clean and cozy, I also liked the Aqua di Parma staff in the room. all the staff is great. Especially, Roman, Fabio, Elisa and many more. Ludmilla did a wonderful Job, facial of Biological Recherche, Mani and Pedicure, Massages. Also the hairdresser is very cool and did a fantastic job. The temperature in the hotel was good, warm and cozy.

Hotel with very friendly staff, excellent cleaning, good large and soft hand towels, excellent towel and spa fabric, large swimming pool area, to return in spring to the garden area. The spa is very beautiful, very prepared and friendly staff, excellent products used. Breakfast served in a large well-equipped room, a very wide and varied buffet. The dinner served in the room other than breakfast, meals buffet, vegetables and sweets abundant and varied, very good food, unfair service. A comfortable bed but the room does not reflect a 4-star superior for soundproofing, TV position and bathroom; I have already been told that the hotel will close from June to September for restructuring. Great dogs welcome, found 2 steel sticks and a panquet that could be coat or subcoat (I coat the house port for its smells), right overprice for the dog. Overall to be reopened after restructuring.

A little old but still efficient structure, in a perfect position in the full pedestrian area in the center of Abano Terme, ideal for spending a few days in the large thermal pool, Cute and excited staff simple kitchen of excellent ingredients, we spent a few days in wonderful relaxation.

I’ve booked my bachelorette party with my mum a few days earlier than my wedding, to give ourselves a nice moment of relax. Not that I was expected anything particular, but from a 4star hotel at least some congratulations.. but no, nothing. We have arrived in the morning, and for one hour earlier of the check-in they’ve charged us 15€ each to start use the swimming pools. I’ve booked for my mum a mani/pedi with semipermanent to do 2 days after, than 2 scrub massage and inalhations; all went quiet well apart the fact that when today my mum asked some semipermanent colors, they did not have pretty much anything. The beautician proposed her only mani/pedi but the price was higher than expected, so she decided to skip the services. At the check-out we went fully charged and the manager, after 10minutes of ridiculous discussion, gave us the 50% discount on it. We went out completely disappointed, nervous and felt deceived. On top of it: glass from the bar broken, spoon at breakfast with still trace of lipstick. Really bad experience, they did not care at all about their client’s experience, but more they try to charge extra money. I will never raccomand this hotel to anyone and for sure I will never come back.

Stayed here for 3 nights as a solo traveller. It exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I didn't bring the right USB charger for Italy, the staff went and bought one especially for me with no extra charge. The food was exquisite, the grounds (pools and gardens) were impeccably maintained and there was enough space that you could relax without being too close to other guests. My room with veranda was so comfortable, quiet and clean with housekeeping daily. Jenny in the spa gave me two incredible massages, she is amazing at her job! Every staff member I met was so kind, courteous, warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere was completely relaxed. I felt so refreshed on leaving. I will be returning next year with my family this time!

I put on 2 things : very beautiful location and outdoor swimming pools at the height. We're talking about Arrived Saturday afternoon at 16.00 The hotel (we didn't know) is part of a group of 3 hotels with huge parking spaces and is quite good. At the reception 2 girls welcomed us and recited The documents we got up to the room and this structure is really 80s looks at the pictures of the bathroom and bed shirt (frightful) The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. There is just to hope not to want a second coat for example that there is no room, or anything else . Beautiful outdoor swimming pools . Beautiful golf course but the beds in the inner pool terrible, few based on the rough and dirty presence . I would always like to remind you that we are talking about a four stars . Ho soggiornato un fine settimana presso l'hotel Due Torri con la mia ragazza. Che dire se non SPETTACOLARE. Pranzi e cene da ristoranti stellati, cura per i dettagli e acqua termale rilassante. Su consiglio ho anche eseguito un fango e un massaggio, in quanto dopo alcuni esercizi in palestra mi sentivo un po' contratto. La visita da parte del medico termale è stata meticolosa e professionale con esame obiettivo completo di torace e addome, misurazione della pressione, della frequenza cardiaca e un' anamnesi delle patologie ben fatta. Il medico mi aveva già anticipato che l’effetto per una sola seduta non può essere completo ma lo consiglio a tutti comunque come momento di relax e benessere. Davvero un'ottima esperianza anche per giovani come noi che cercano un momento di relax.

I spent my birthday weekend at the Abano Grand Hotel for the first time and definitely not the last!! First off, the hotel is gorgeous all around. I felt immediately relaxed as I entered the property and welcomed by the highly professional and courteous staff. Secondly, the room, the pool and spa areas, the food and oh my goodness live music performed very well by the young lady and the gentleman (I failed to ask for their names) while I wait for the dining area to open. The piano virtuoso who entertained the guest during dinner and the attentive staff at the dining and breakfast areas! Finally, the best treat of the weekend for me was the spa area served by their amazingly sweet, kind and skilled masseuses (Anna Maria and Anna Maria). Thank you to both Anna Maria's for the excellent customer service and the most relaxing treatments you both have provided with such care! I feel rejuvenated! I must mention one particular lady I met in the hallway (I failed to ask for her name) who got my attention when she stopped me and asked if I would like to change my robe for a size smaller. She then knocked at my door and gave me 2 smaller robes!! I, thank you greatly and apologize that I did not get your name. Someone paid close attention to ensure not only comfort but safety of a guest! I could've tripped over the long robes I had and fallen on the floor or stairs! Again, thank you!!! I will return and will highly recommend!!!!
