Positive points: The hotel is overall good. Good value for its price. The room was warm (travelled in winter) - even had to leave the window open. The WiFi connection was fast. You can use their washing machines for your laundry (2 RMB). Close to the Nanchang West Railway Station. Negative points: Very far from where all the fun is. The neighbourhood is quite new, apparently. Dead. Better to pay more and find a hotel in the city centre, as, anyway, you will spend the same money on taxis or waste more than an hour daily on public transportation (also need to walk about 1km from the subway station). The room was not very clean. The carpet under the bed looked horrible. Even saw someone's nail on it. A used toothpick on the floor in the toilet. There even was someone's snot on the wall in the shower. Lost 12 yuan when doing my laundry, as there's an ad popping up when you scan the QR code on the washing machine prompting you to pay 12 RMB. I can't read Chinese and didn't bother to check the translation as I didn't expect any other payment. The Front Desk hadn't warned me about it. I complained to Front Desk agent, who promised someone would get back to me on the matter the next day. Of course, nobody did. The service is sometimes slow. When you flush the toilet, the water splashes everywhere. Not very hygienic. The water in the shower at certain hours turns hot or cold every five to ten seconds - couldn't take a shower comfortably.

Breakfast is good. Location is near to Nanchang West Railway station. Smart TV can cast from smartphone.

Great location by the river, with nice views, and right next to Tengwang Pavilion. Room was spacious and clean, with the expected basic amenities, but seemed to be some issues with soundproofing as there was constant banging from floor above. Service at front desk quite slow and not particularly friendly. Overall, good choice for a citybreak or business trip to Nanchang, would recommend.

Nothing to complain about. Location was good, really close to Nanchang train station and Bayi square (the didi drivers struggled with getting in the right place due to many layers of roads nearby, though). Room was clean and had all the necessities. Breakfast was really nice, I'd say a western style with a Chinese twist.

Good position, very big structure. Rooms are spacious and have all what is needed. The service is good, but not 5 stars. The guy who met us at the entrance just helped to take out of the car the luggage, after that he put it on the ground and left. Some of the stuff speak English which is a plus. They have a lot of amenities for kids. The cleaning is average.

Because the hotel is located very close to the subway station, this one is selected, it may be a long time, and all facilities are slightly old. Service is average, win in the price is cheap! On the second day of the stay, I was awakened by a noise at 3:30 in the morning and wanted to collapse. The people in the next room were playing cards. Four or five men and women speak loudly and playfully, just like in their ears, for a long time, they have not ended the meaning, call the front desk to complain, the front desk is calling the room phone, no one answers, no person to deal with it, the play is still, wait ten minutes, call the front desk again, say if you don't solve it, call the police, The front desk arranged for the security guard to stop it, and this kind of thing did not answer the phone. It should be dealt with in time as soon as possible, instead of telling me that no one answered the phone, this is a bad experience! Others still say the past.

Fantastic stay, room was great and spacious. Shout out to Penny for being such an amazing person and helping me out with everything. Penny contacted me a few hours before check in, and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. She told me to contact her in case of anything and also upgraded my room! The customer service is definitely a wow factor! The rest of the staff were also extremely nice, and it is pretty amazing how quick the front desk picks up when you need something from your room. This stay was more than great, thanks again Crowne Plaza, definitely will be back; and special thanks to Penny for making my stay feel special!

First of all, the location of the hotel is very convenient, close to the city center and public transportation, which made it easy for me to get around the city. Secondly, the hotel room is very clean and comfortable, the bed is soft and comfortable, so I can sleep well every night. Also, the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, they are always willing to help and answer my questions. Lastly, the hotel's breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of food options, allowing me to enjoy a good breakfast every day.
