This year stayed at the Bryansk hotel for the second time (the first last summer). The hotel is very enjoyable, especially the foyer. However, the restaurant was struck: last year it was offensive to tears, to which it is terrible to spoil the dishes. This summer in the lobby evening I saw a beautiful girl who was trusting, thinking she was a guest of the hotel, asked if there was anything decent to order in the restaurant. The girl said everything was delicious. I didn't believe my ears, because last year wasn't that I was upset, but totally upset. After gaining courage, I decided to risk. And what? First, everything that was on the menu could be ordered. Second, everything that was ordered was home-style and made of quality food. For a long time, the same restaurant, and everything is completely different, was tried by the waitress, everyone, then understood. The same girl saw in the morning before breakfast, her name is Lida, it turns out she is the restaurant administrator. I got to know: asked her if she worked last year? It turned out not. This is the reason for a remarkable change in the restaurant, in the change of the administrator! Thank you, Lydia, for your work! For transforming the restaurant's kitchen to unrecognizable.
