Убитые матрасы,запах сигарет в коридоре,в ванной комнате душевая лейка не крепится,только держать в руках,вода не уходит совсем,слив забит наглухо,двери в душевой кабине при открытии просто отваливаются и падают!Телевизор толком не работает,на нём примастырена древняя антенна.Воды в номере для питья нет,чай и кофе тоже отсутствует,и это был номер люкс!!!

I liked absolutely everything. Location - near the lift on Elbrus, at the very end of the gorge. Behind the rocks and green meadows, front view of the field and tops of the Cogutay. Next to the parking lot of Azau, free shuttle is walking around the clock. The hotel itself is decorated in the style of the Alpine chalet (natural stone, tree). The hotel is not new, but it gives it a special atmosphere and comfort. In the hall of mountain animals and birds, there is even a bear, tour, rice - delight. Couler with hot and cold water is. We could use the refrigerator, dish, microwave. We had a very hot room, the batteries could not be adjusted on their own, the window opened. But given the high humidity and rain (also the weather in the mountains is capricious), it is a big plus, completely raw clothes and shoes dried quickly. Not all rooms have such hot batteries, from the words of other guests. The sanitation is not new, but everything works well. If something has shaken (storage, pen, etc) - you can just ask for a scroll. Everything is decided on the spot, a great hotel.

We have been at the Track Hotel for 3 days on May 1st holidays. The hotel is located on the shore of the mountain river, two steps from the lake with the same name directly in the city park. The views are very beautiful. There is its small picturesque courtyard. Betting, tents for celebrations, bridge (not functioning) across the river. Enjoyable, atmospheric place. The hotel is quiet. The girls administrators are polite and attentive. But there are also its downsides. It's quite asketical breakfast. Or a chilling, or an egg with sausage. Or a creamy pancakes. Coffee soluble. Women aren't going to starve, but the men of the administration should be taken care of and increased and diversified. It was also surprising that one set of towels was in a double room. The second sets were issued after the request. In general, we enjoyed the holiday. The hotel choice I consider successful and I can recommend to travelers wishing to get to know the beauty of nature and the sights of the city of Nalchik.
