"The hostel cleanliness is one of the best I've ever been to. You can see the staffs cleaning the place all the time.
The hostel staffs looked very busy all the time and not very friendly. A local frontdesk lady was quite rude, not only to me and also to other travellers. (I met other travellers in the bus terminal, they(2of them) had same experience too.) Kinda feel like we are bothering them(staffs) when we have any questions.
The volunteer guy from Algeria was very nice and helpful, he was the only helpful guy.
They have a very cute kitty.
Not really social vibe here, probably is because the common space is too huge plus the hostel staffs are not friendly.
Dogs were barking all night.
Would recommend for a clean stay. For me, I wouldn't come back."

Рестхаб находится в самом центре Джорджтауна, самые популярные достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Через дорогу торговый центр, очень много кафе и ресторанов в округе. В капсулах, то есть комнатах, очень чисто, удобный матрас и подушки. Выдаются полотенца, тапочки и зубные щетки с пастой. В душевых есть шампунь, гель для душа, мыло и даже фен. Всё соседи культурные, соблюдается тишина. Чувствуется безопасность благодаря тому, что комнаты закрываются автоматически и открываются с помощью ключ карты."

GGuest UserA decent option for an overnight stay near the airport. It has good air conditioning, two ceiling fans, a shower with hot water, nice bedding and towels. There's a water cooler with hot and cold water (located in the smoking area), and an iron available at the front desk. They immediately provided a plug adapter at reception upon request. The staff are friendly.
A taxi from the hotel to the airport costs 10-15 ringgit.
Regarding the downsides: you have to take off your shoes at the hotel entrance, but they provide a shoe locker with a key to keep them secure. I was also given a room whose window faced the reception, specifically it was right behind the receptionist's back, but it was quiet at night and I managed to get a good night's sleep, so that didn't bother me.

GGuest UserI've been staying at this hotel for three days now, and I'm here for another night. It's a bit noisy though, the soundproofing isn't great, so I need sleeping pills to fall asleep. However, the value for money is excellent, and the location is fantastic, very convenient for taking the ferry as it's just a few hundred meters away.

RRonin tanI was very satisfied with my overall experience at this hotel! First and foremost, the most convenient aspect was the airport transfer service. The driver was punctual and friendly, making the journey from the airport to the hotel very smooth. I didn't have to worry about transportation or getting lost at all. This service is truly thoughtful, especially for first-time visitors to the city.
The hotel's hygiene was also quite impressive. Whether it was the lobby, elevators, or inside the rooms, everything was meticulously cleaned, and the air was fresh with no unpleasant odors. The bed in the room was soft and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and tidy, and all the towels and amenities were well-stocked, making for a very reassuring stay. The daily cleaning service was also excellent; the staff would proactively clean and replenish daily necessities.
The location was also fantastic. The hotel is situated in a very convenient area with many restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby. You can easily find food or daily essentials within a short walk. Whether you want to try local specialties or just grab a quick meal, it's incredibly easy. Moreover, the hotel is not far from shopping malls and public transportation, making it convenient for taking a taxi or public bus.

GGuest UserU can feel shaking of the building when the bus or truck pass by the main road, hopefully no earthquake at Penang. Else idk how is this herritage house can stay still.
Many mosquitoes even bed area. l unproposely drop my face mask to the below bed, then when i try to get in under the bed, when i lifted can u guess how many dust colonies there. Lol.
The bedsheet, hopefully they wash but i feel itchy during my stay n seems dusty.
The toilet n shower - - consider so so, with limited soaps. No Towel for free use, need pay 10 rm.
The breakfast hm.. Idk why they no go refill the watermelon while only left 35n still within breakfast hour.
No lift, but u can out luggage at lobby.
The best is the location!! The harmony line. The price is you get what it is! For backpacker yes!

GGuest Userthe location is very good and a lot of historical building are within walking distance less than 500m. the room is small and very budget for young people. the only thing is they require deposit rm50, and later need to fill a form to get back the refund. which is an additional admin process than other budget hotel.

AAir Vee.This is a great place to stay. If I come to Penang again, I will definitely stay here again. The accommodation is clean, the atmosphere is great, and Lucas and all the staff took great care of us. There were many activities for us to participate in during our stay. I made many new friends here. Thank you.

GGuest UserBefore your stay, make sure to contact the host in advance and send them your booking confirmation from your email. They will then provide you with the entrance door code and room password. You can easily communicate via WhatsApp or WeChat, as the host speaks both Chinese and English. Please remember, absolutely no smoking in the rooms!

GGuest User1. Location is good. Within walking distance can reach some of the famous spots.
2. For first time guest, it will find difficult to enter to the hostel reception area. The bell not functioning so will need to find the side entrance to go in (need to explore as no indicator show).
3. Did not provide towel. A rental basis which I found that “hostel” should at least provide one and if to renew then charge. For short-term stay do not expect will bring towel.
4. Saw their notice on luggage storage charge and late check-in after 10pm. So does it mean those flight in late better don’t book this hostel.
5. As the hostel just near to the road side so it is clearly hear the motorist and vehicle sounds; very clear as if no reduce of noise at all.

AAnonymous UserGood customer service👍🏻 We has been delayed to check in after the reception working hours due to some personal issue, but the customer service of hotel was helping us to arrange for other ways to check in when we arrived. Have a short stay here, forget to take photos of the room. Location of hotel is good, able to take grab easily.
