"The hostel is well located near the JB sentral station.
The beddings are confortable but the room was packed with luggages and cardboards. There was no locker available inside the room. A small locker is available outside in the common female only area
Only 3 of the shower/toilet had a lock. The toilets are always wet.
The common areas are decided into two floors (1st and LG(parking)). The ”kitchen” is in the LG floor which is always open. So there are a lot of people going in and out at all time. The kitchen has a fridge and a water dispenser. The staff is nice but somehow not surpr helpful. I always felt I was a little disturbing them.
I stayed there a week so I guess that's why I saw all the little flaws."

The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Everything was well-organized, and I really enjoyed my experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

GGuest UserI've stayed here countless times, as it's a very convenient location. This 'sharing' option that came after 'custom' is truly perfect. This time, there was a slight mix-up; they gave us a room full of Indian guests. Luckily, we were able to switch rooms; otherwise, I don't know how I would have slept at night.

LLULUking1. Free but old and dimly lit parking lot.
2. Slow check-in process at the front desk.
3. Strong smell of soap in the hallway.
4. The room was okay, but there was no toothbrush or slippers. There were a lot of hairs and black spots on the bed, and the towels were dirty. I contacted the front desk to change the sheets and towels, and it took 20 minutes for someone to arrive.
5. You have to carry your luggage up the stairs from the parking lot to the front desk. A sign on the stairs says the door closes at 12, so you have to use the main entrance.
6. Very limited breakfast options, and the milk was sweet. Fried eggs cost extra.

What about how I thought?
”They're being very kind and trying hard to run the business for travellers convenience”.
It's never easy to run businesses and it's not a charity so some may think if youre in business you should be at least act like a pro. For those who said that..then can you be one nice customer to the business owners?
Not to forget..they're elderly, yet they did their best to help you with your stay with certain in house rules, which is manageable by the crowds they're having - solo/friends travellers - gamersalike
Personally chat and understand that they're constantly tired and wired to the place and it's a very tiring job.
Leave some kindness to the world and be kind to people around us, you will find wonderfulness.
The rest I'll leave it up to yourself to judge.

AAnonymous UserThe checkin guide only provided same day 2pm which is a bit late. Overall room is spacious and okay, with dining table, TV, wifi and small sofa. The only issue is the present of quite some mosquitoes...

AARVIN KJOne of my fav hotel Batu pahat. Easy self check in service. Easy access to room. Very comfortable bed. I asked for room extend and they gave me extra 2 hours without any payment. Exactly beside petrol station.
