I didn't expect much, but it was really great! ^^ It was a business room, so it wasn't very big, but it was very clean. The facilities were also nice. They provided breakfast, and the food was delicious. This hotel is truly great value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Andong. ^^

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can confidently say that it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I truly appreciated the warm hospitality. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything clean and fresh throughout my stay. The view from my room was breathtaking, adding to the overall experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s facilities. The pool area was well-maintained and perfect for relaxation, while the fitness center had everything needed for a good workout. The on-site restaurant served delicious food with a great variety of options, and the breakfast buffet was simply outstanding – fresh, diverse, and of high quality. The location of the hotel was also a huge plus. It was conveniently situated near major attractions, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Despite being in a central location, the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful, providing a perfect balance between accessibility and relaxation. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure guests had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made my stay truly memorable. It was nice that I could see the ocean view to my heart's content because it was located right in front of Yeongildae Beach. There was an outdoor terrace in the room, and it even had a bathtub, so it was really nice to take a half-body bath while looking at the ocean. The only regret is that I could clearly see the room next door. ㅜㅜ Fortunately, there were empty rooms on both sides on the day we used it. It's hard to say here, but because of the outdoor terrace bathtub, my boyfriend and I made exciting memories that will last a lifetime. ^^ The bedding was also very clean and comfortable, and it was ace. The next day, I checked out at 12 o'clock because of a hangover, but since it was a weekday, I was able to use it without any additional charges. I definitely want to use this place again next time. ㅎㅎ

Large spacious room, with comfortable bed, good Internet. Location was perfect to access attractions, bus stops, Restaurants and shops. Front counter staff were very friendly and helpful, giving baggage storage prior to check in. Cleaning staff did a great job and always smiling. Very clean refreshing hotel

The service was excellent! The young owners went over and beyond call of duty to help and accommodate me during my stay. I stayed for a few days and loved the room. The whole guesthouse was very interesting. The decor was great. Also, the young owners love animals and fish. This made the first floor very interesting. I am really grateful for their help in recommendations and directions. As I have said, they went out of their way to help me!

Very nice people. Room was ready early, it was clean, well equipped and the area was super close to the temple complex. Walking distance. Food options also nearby. However there is no lift, so request low room if you have heavy bags, very short walk to temple area where you can take some great photos

Good location, located in traditional market but not noisy. Very close to the old Andong Station, within ten minutes walk. Near the mask dance park and traditional museum. It takes about 15 minutes by bus or taxi to Imandong Station. The service was great, and the administrator confirmed the check-in information was arranged quickly. The room was clean and the towels were all in the laundry disinfection cabinet.

It's a modern, clean place. The rooms have large windows and air-con, and the pot-noodle breakfast is a nice touch.The only problem: there is never anyone at the front desk. The light in my bathroom was out, and there was no way to convey this message: no English spoken on the phone, and messages bounced back. I didn't have a problem with it, as there was enough light coming in from the room, but it's not ideal if there was a real issue

I hate to give a bad review but this staff member was probably the worst I ever came across. Be aware the check in is 10pm - much later than others. The room itself was fine, very happy and wanted to extend, but the staff member insisted checking out, then coming back at 10pm, even with extension. When I asked him, he said “it’s not my business”. Terrible attitude. He then tried to charge 20,000 cash for keeping the “free upgrade” I was given. No idea why you give with one hand and take with the other. Had to complain and argue and even still they refused refund for second day. Took me 3 hours or messaging to get money back. Just avoid. Sadly a great place, location so so but the staff member we dealt with was the worst person I’ve met in Korea.

It was better than I expected for the price - the mattress was great, the sheets and towels impeccably clean, you get 2 drinks and 2 coffee mixes in the fridge, a pouch with body products, there is a water heater, hair products… I had everything I needed for one night. It would be ok for me for a few more as I didn’t need much space or a closet - if you do, know that there is no closet and no space in the bathroom to keep your things there. I think for 2 people it would be less comfortable, bit depends on the person. It was quiet at night, I slepy great. There was someone there to give me the room card at 8pm when I arrived, in the am, I just left yhe card. Also an espresso machine downstairs. And it’s right downtown. All and all, I liked it.
