Each bed space has very comfy and roomy, I really had a good sleep and enjoyed my stay here! They provide hot and cold waters, pyjamas, you can get towels in the shower room. If its not check in time yet, you can still put you bags in the first floor luggage area. But there is no lockers assigned for you yet so you can only left something not important there cuz no one is watchin them. The only tiny little problem is that I was in 2nd floor, I have to get though the common area to go inside the female’s bathroom, and then the doom. Some people are talking quite loud in the common room at night, which you can hear them talking when you are using the bathroom. But that’s not a big problem, I’ll definitely recommend here!!

This hostel is an absolute gem! The location couldn't be more perfect—just a short walk from the stunning Osaka Castle, the fascinating museum, and the beautiful surrounding park. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to offer helpful local tips. The area is super convenient, packed with convenience stores and with metro stations close by, making exploring the entire city a breeze. The atmosphere was warm, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. For the price, the value is outstanding. I truly enjoyed my stay here and will be recommending it to all my friends. Without a doubt, I will choose this hostel again on my next trip to Osaka!

The location is great and convenient for transportation! The staff are very friendly and patient. Even though my English isn’t very good, they still answer my questions carefully. The room is clean and tidy, with fresh bedding. There’s no strange smell, and the facilities are complete—just unpack and move in. The shared kitchen is absolutely wonderful. The location is excellent, close to many attractions. The luggage storage service after check-out was a good experience.棒，下次去大阪还会再去。

My mom and I stayed in Kansai for 6 nights and 7 days. Initially, after reading reviews, I was concerned about late check-in, specifically if there would be staff available after 11 PM. After landing, transferring through various subway lines took quite a while. Fortunately, a staff member was still on duty past 11 PM that day. His English was excellent, and we had a seamless check-in. That evening, we discovered an amazing Yakiniku restaurant nearby, and there was even a Takoyaki stand open quite late. The FamilyMart convenience store was also conveniently located! Even though it's a hostel, all the facilities felt incredibly warm and inviting. There are communal facilities and kitchens available on both the ground floor and the top floor, where you can also enjoy lovely views of Osaka. It was a truly pleasant memory and experience. The only minor drawback was that the room was genuinely a bit small – it was even a little difficult for two people to move around. However, everything else was absolutely satisfactory. I would definitely be willing to stay here again on my next visit!

The room is okay. The amenities are quite enough. The front desk is also friendly to us. The environment is really comfortable. Will consider to stay one more time. It is very near to walk to Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi. Very convenient to stay here.

Very close to Osaka Metro Doubutsumae station. Many shops and convenience store nearby as well. Room are okay, the only concern is the toilet are somehow broken. The public bathroom (onsen) is cool if you have no issue to be naked in public.

Fantastic atmosphere! The room was very quiet, and the air conditioning kept it nice and warm, so I had a really solid night's sleep! There's a lounge area with free drinks (see p4), which was a thoughtful touch. Plenty of convenience stores and vending machines nearby, and transportation was super convenient; I mostly used Honmachi Station. They provide free towels and slippers, and the bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, facial cleanser, makeup remover, and even toner/lotion! You can also borrow hair oil and curling irons. Plus, free breakfast is included. Even though I didn't get to try the breakfast and some of the amenities, I highly, highly recommend this place. Thanks to this spot, my solo trip in Japan felt so much warmer!

The front desk can speak Chinese and the service is very good. The room and shower are on the same floor, which is very convenient. The soundproofing is average, but everyone is well behaved and does not make noise. There were some blunders due to personal reasons, and the hotel helped me deal with them properly. There are many choices for food near the hotel.

Was a good hostel with comfy beds and plenty of room. Common area is spacious with cooking appliances which is good. Staff are so so lovely! I read many reviews about the train running across it but do not take these lightly!! I’m pretty good at sleeping through snoring, parties etc but the train is so insanely loud and the entire hostel shakes. I would sleep solidly from 12-5 then wake up every couple of minutes as the trains started again.

This was not my first hostel experience, and I have to say, I was a bit disappointed. Let’s start with the positive aspects first: The location was absolutely perfect — I don’t think you could find a better place to stay in Namba. Everything was close by, and getting around was very easy. Also, the staff were extremely, extremely friendly, and we received fresh towels every day, which I really appreciated. Now, onto the things that bothered me: First, the cleanliness: It wasn’t really clean. In the showers, there was always a lot of hair and dirt in the gaps where you enter and exit, which was quite unpleasant. During my stay, someone vomited in the public sink area, and it was not cleaned up overnight — it was still there even at 10 a.m. the next morning. Because of that, the house smelled strongly of vomit for a while. That night, and in general, there was often an unpleasant smell in the kitchen area as well. Without wanting to discriminate, I noticed that many older people were staying at the hostel (since apparently there was no age restriction). Some of them would loudly clear their throats and spit phlegm into the sinks, even early in the morning, which was quite disturbing and unhygienic. Another issue was the temperature: The room was extremely hot at night, and since so many people were sleeping in one room, the air became very stuffy. Even inside your capsule, it was uncomfortably warm. One last point: On the day of arrival, the address on Trip.com was wrong, which made it very hard to find the hostel. It took me almost an hour and a half to find it, especially because it was very hidden with no clear signage outside. I really hope that in the future, there will also be an age limit for guests.
