The location is great and convenient for transportation! The staff are very friendly and patient. Even though my English isn’t very good, they still answer my questions carefully. The shower room is considered above average in size for Japanese hotels, and the soundproofing is decent. The hotel offers a Western-style breakfast, which meets the needs, and it’s convenient since there aren’t many breakfast spots in Japan. The front desk is very friendly, and you can store your luggage before and after check-in. This hotel was quite satisfactory during my trip, and I would choose to stay here again next time!

Very close to Osaka Metro Doubutsumae station. Many shops and convenience store nearby as well. Room are okay, the only concern is the toilet are somehow broken. The public bathroom (onsen) is cool if you have no issue to be naked in public.
