"The hotel is really well situated, less than 10 minutes from the JR station, and on the same street as the Shrine, so there were lots of places to eat nearby. I stayed in a dorm, which had more people than I expected for a room (I think I saw at least 60 bed/lockers) so it was quite loud even at night as people kept walking in and out. The actual bed was fine, and the people at the front took their time to walk me through what to know for the hostel. The lounge is a little awkwardly partitioned, but at least you get a space to use if you need food. The dorm itself, I think has a little too many people to be comfortable but is clean enough. The lights never turn off, but because you have a curtain, it blocks out most of it. The largest issue is the noise, since people are coming in and out at random times of the night, and the buttons to open the door are also quite loud when you're trying to sleep. If you want ear plugs, they have them for a fee at the front. Nagano overall was very nice though, and the location made it a lot easier to get around."

"Nice hostel, but only one shower and one toilet. 2 dorms and in one dorm 6 beds available. Otherwise alright and nice old style architecture. Just not convenient enough for some people I might say."

"We stayed just one night as a family of 5 and there was everything we needed. You can even hire towels for 100 yen a go ! It was a marvellous place, slept like babies, free coffee and tea and use of the communal kitchen, free use of the washing machine and and and… not to forget the extremely friendly and knowledgable host. Thanks for a perfect stay 👍"

"信大に用があり、以前はカフェだったこちらを利用しました。信大横田（横田信大）循環線の追分から近く、岡田線のバス停からもすぐなのでアクセスはとても良いです。衛生面については本当に最高です。公共エリアはすべて掃除が行き届いており、気持ちよく使うことができます。男女のエリアがしっかり分られているため女性も安心です。　また表の方で夜は食事をすることもできるため、駅前まで出かける必要がないのもいいですね。デリシアもすぐなのて買い物にも困りません。料金に含まれていた朝食も十分な量で美味しかったです。今でも良いドミトリーだったなあと思い返すほど良い宿泊体験でした。"

"需要共享衞浴設施的酒店，但非常乾淨整潔設施也非常好。一樓的餐廳很不錯，不需要預訂也可以吃到美味的當地食材做的料理。 價格合適，在當地算便宜，包含早餐，簡單美味。 位置一流，出門兩分鐘就是雪場售票處和巴士站。 幾乎沒有服務，不提供接送。如果晚上四點後到白馬，請前往南小谷坐bus，或者在happo下來打車。不然無法抵達。 Perfect location, 2 mins walk to Tsugaike gondola; clean and nice facilities; free and nice breakfast; foreign staff speaking English; nice staff but no service at all, please help yourself; no pick up service, suggest to drop off at happy bus terminal for taxi."

"お得にサッと一人で利用するには最高なので、あまり人に知られて混んで欲しくないです。場所が小諸駅最寄りなので、軽井沢目的だと本数の少ないしなの鉄道利用の場合少し不便ですが、駅近ではあります。 設備はおしゃれにリノベされていて、掃除も行き届き、とてもキレイでした。一人用の2段になった天井の低い寝床タイプですが、今回はたまたまダブルタイプの部屋を割りあててもらえて、寝るだけなら十分な幅がありました。 女性専用エリアの共同シャワーはとても清潔で、無印良品の化粧水やクレンジングのボトルがあり便利です。一つ問題は、早朝4時に目覚ましをかける方が2人居て、アラームがスヌーズのままずっと鳴っていたので4時に起こされたことですが、この宿のタイプだと想定しないと行けません。"
