For solo travelers, staying in this hostel is a great option. If you can't find the address, brothers can navigate here using Amap or Baidu Maps. Facilities: There are showers and toilets. Disposable toilet seat covers and single-use toiletries are provided. The rooms have air conditioning. A friendly reminder: the power bank on the bed is not yours, so please don't take it away. There are also computers available for use. Hygiene: Good. Staff spray disinfectant in the rooms. Environment: Quiet and comfortable. No one is shouting or making excessive noise.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. There is quite a bit to see around Lingqiu, and I should have stayed one extra night or two. Miss Liu (刘小姐), the front receptionist, was extremely helpful, even going all the way to accompany me to the bus stop to catch the bus heading to the Pingxingguan Battle site. Miss Liu also assisted with booking a cab for my visit to the Jueshan Pagoda. This famous Pagoda was founded before England was established by William the Conqueror (if I am wrong, then pardon me, but the Pagoda was built sometime before 1077 A.D. during the Northern Wei Dynasty). Miss Liu also directed me to the gravesite of King Wu of the Northern Wei Dynasty which is right in downtown Lingqiu. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance of this hotel. One restaurant, next door to the right of the hotel, serves a wondering braised fish; the other a few doors away, sells delicious meat pies. My room was professionally cleaned and serviced daily. The hotel even allows me to doze off on the reception floor sofa to await my night train to Beijing. I will return to this hotel if I return to Lingqiu.

For the price, it was everything you need! Clean spaces, comfortable capsule bed, drinking water, towels and shower slippers. The location is a 20 minute bike ride away from the ancient city center, but there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hostel provides earplugs which significantly increase comfort of sleep, as the floors are quite squeaky. I am very happy with my stay and would come back again!

This place is romantic and literary, and it is really suitable for feeling the atmosphere. It is perfect for relaxing during holidays, so go for it with confidence! The cost-effectiveness is really high, and the transportation is very convenient, everyone can come and experience it! The store is very spacious and the atmosphere is very good. The whole process was really comfortable.

國慶節前預訂了君華賓館，雖然賓館的門面不大，裏面的設施齊全，房內整潔乾淨，價格實惠。賓館位置據柳巷，鐘樓街，食品街，晉商博物館都很近步行方便。特別好賓館老闆熱情❤️🔥 ，衹要顧客需要合理都能滿足。值得表揚的是我於10月6日離店，走時匆忙將眼鏡丟在了賓館，回到蘇州才發現眼鏡不見了，此時打電話與賓館聯繫，老闆得知後在賓館住處終於找到丟失的眼鏡，並寄給了我。再次感謝！此行留下來非常好的印象。

The room is spacious and clean, and the bed sheets and quilt covers are also very clean. The facilities are relatively complete, and the location is very close to the train station, which is within walking distance and very convenient. Super cost-effective!

This was my solo vacation, and the only stop on my itinerary in Datong was a youth hostel. Although it's called a youth hostel, there's a reason I chose to extend my stay. The price-performance ratio was extremely good; considering the overall accommodation price and the hostel's facilities, I found it quite satisfactory. Booking through a third-party platform, an eight-person male dorm was about 35 yuan per night, and it even had a special offer for military personnel (see picture for details). The welcome package upon check-in was generous, including shower gel, shampoo, laundry detergent, bottled water, disposable toothbrush and toothpaste (though I didn't use these), disposable towels, and earplugs—everything you needed! I could even use the washing machine during my stay, and surprisingly, there was a dryer too—a big plus! Personal shoes weren't allowed in the room, which prevented any unpleasant odors. However, it's worth noting that you need to bring your own gloves and three-piece set, and be aware that your roommate might snore, engage in nighttime activities, or even be mindful of your belongings. Consider these factors before checking in. Overall, I personally think this youth hostel is very good.

The service attitude of the guy at the front desk was very good. The room was large and the heating was sufficient, so it didn't feel cold at all. The downside is that the smell of smoke is very strong, really strong! Choose carefully if you mind!
