A localização era ótima, no centro de muitas atrações. Fácil de se locomover a pé. Muitas opções de restaurantes. Transporte público também disponível nas proximidades, então é fácil pegar um ônibus.
Os quartos são bem conservados e limpos. Os hóspedes também mantiveram o nível de ruído baixo e não incomodaram os outros. Os lençóis pareciam limpos e sem cheiro ruim. O quarto todo tem pouca luz, talvez propositalmente, então não dava para ver muita coisa. E a visibilidade é baixa.
Pelo preço pago e pela localização, é recomendável. De qualquer forma, você recebe o que paga. Sem problemas, sem reclamações.
Uma coisa que eu gostaria de destacar são as escadas que você precisa subir, especialmente se estiver carregando uma mochila grande. Fica no 3º andar. Não há elevador. Subir e descer escadas é um exercício e tanto. Hahaha...

Depois de passear e ver a bela cidade e os cassinos incríveis, você esquece de tudo. Saúde!

AAnonymous UserThe location is super convenient! Right outside, you'll find the Ruins of St. Paul's, and walking a bit further brings you towards Grand Lisboa and Wynn. There are tons of pharmacies, supermarkets, and restaurants on the street. Plus, there are bus stops that can take you to both the old and new parts of the city.

GGuest UserThe room was excellent, I was very satisfied. The ventilation was good, the soundproofing was effective, and it was clean and tidy. The bathroom had no odors or standing water and was well-lit. The service was top-notch, I was very pleased. There were staff available 24/7 to answer any questions, and they cleaned the room punctually every day. Facilities were comprehensive; it was very convenient to charge my phone without needing to bring my own charger. Hygiene was great; the room was clean and tidy with no strange smells. The environment was good; there's a bus stop just a few minutes' walk away. Service was superb, I was very satisfied with the staff who were always ready to answer questions.

AAnonymous UserThis is my second time staying at this hotel. It's right next to the Lower Market and very close to the bus stop, making it convenient to get anywhere. The front desk requires a 100 deposit, and they accept RMB, HKD, or MOP. The decor is relatively new, and the cleanliness is good. I'll consider staying here again next time I'm in Macau.

CClaire ArranguezThis was our second time checking in at this hotel. First was in 2018 and it's way cleaner than it is now. However, location's right in Senado Square, close to main attractions in Taipa. The room was also spacious, as well as the beds. Another big con is the floors reeking of cigarette smoke despite the signs of NO SMOKING. They should impose it stricter to avoid affecting non-smoking individuals. The carpets need a good replacement. If this hotel cleans their room better, the standard will so much better as well! A small fridge will also be very helpful. Every hotel room should have them now, I believe. Nonetheless, it's enough for a place to rest.

GGuest UserThis hotel is quite good. Although the northern part of Macau where it's located is a bit run-down, it's convenient for dining, close to the Ruins of St. Paul's, and public transport to the south and the airport is excellent. I stayed in a single room, and essentials like slippers and toothbrushes were provided.
The main issue was the smell from the facilities. The only elevator seemed to be under renovation when I arrived; it was covered with wooden boards and stickers. When I left, the boards were removed, revealing bare metal. During that time, the elevator had a particularly strong smell that made me think of formaldehyde. I considered taking the stairs, but although the fire escape was clear, it was symbolically roped off, which was puzzling. Both the hallway and my room also had different but very strange odors.
While you do get used to it over time, the smell was unsettling. It was a strong, unpleasant, and mysterious odor, and I had no idea what it was. The room windows were locked shut and couldn't be opened, which made me wonder if they hadn't been opened since the last renovation, allowing toxic fumes to linger. My only option was to keep the bathroom fan on and try to mentally adjust.
If you can overlook the smell and the psychological stress and potential health risks it caused, I think it's a great place.

AAnonymous UserMy kid's school was on spring break, so we decided to travel during the off-peak season. I'd read reviews beforehand saying this place was clean and tidy, and although the bed was a bit small, it was enough for two people. Plus, no need for a universal adapter. It's probably a 20-25 minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's, so we opted for a taxi, which cost around 20-something (Macau Patacas/Hong Kong Dollars). We got to the Ruins of St. Paul's just after nine, and it was already packed with people. From there, it was an easy walk to the Grand Lisboa and Wynn. I booked in advance, but it ended up being 50 more expensive than booking on the day. James Lewis, the gentleman at the front desk, was very nice and provided excellent service, even getting me a free breakfast.

GGuest UserThe room was a bit small, but the two beds were just enough for three of us. It was a very quiet room, located at the corner of the hallway, room 518. There's a 24-hour supermarket downstairs, which was super convenient for grabbing things. A short walk away, you'll find a tea restaurant and a bus stop. Before coming, I had specifically looked into reviews for hotels in Macau, as many guests reported getting bitten by bed bugs or fleas, but this place was exceptionally clean. I was very satisfied with my stay.
