"Safe for female travellers. Amenities including washing machine, basic toiletries are provided. Within walking distance to main train station and nearby attractions. Local foods are just nearby. The only thing was the squeaky bunk bed. Anyone who moves can cause noise from the wooden bed frame (can affect sleeping quality). Suggest to change a better quality bedframe to avoid the creaky sound."

"I can't just say I'm satisfied with my stay at this hostel; it was truly exceptional. For this price, quality, and location, it feels like the owner is running a charity! Every little detail shows that the host is someone who lives well, has great taste, and pursues excellence. Firstly, the location is unbeatable. It's only about a three-minute walk from Taidong Metro Station, and it's very convenient to get here from Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport by metro. Within a five-minute walk, you'll find the Taidong Pedestrian Night Market and food street. Secondly, the attention to detail is superb and thoughtful. They provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, bath towels, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and shower caps. The smart toilet even has disposable toilet seat covers. Both the drinking cups and brushing cups are high-quality disposable ones, and the tissues are also excellent. There's a washing machine and dryer, a microwave, a refrigerator, secure password-protected large lockers, and a foldable desk on the bed. Even the slippers are disinfected. Thirdly, every little thing reflects the host's generosity. You can enjoy hot coffee, hot soy milk, and hot sour plum soup for free. Charging is very convenient both in the living room and in the rooms next to the beds. The staff at reception are meticulous, friendly, and have gentle voices, making you feel completely at ease. Fourthly, the sofas on the 1st floor and the tea room on the 2nd floor are incredibly comfortable, with the tea room being a major highlight. In short, I don't even know how to express all the wonderful little details; I can only say that staying here is even better than what the pictures and reviews convey. Thank you very much to the host for the incredibly thoughtful service. I might even make a special trip to this city again just to experience this hostel! This is a spontaneous review because I really wanted to give back for the感動 (deep emotional impact) I felt. Thank you, host, for such dedicated service to us travelers. This is, by far, the best hostel I've ever stayed in. I stayed in six different hostels over ten consecutive days in Korea before coming back to stay at this one in Qingdao. The quality of this hostel experience was outstanding. I am deeply grateful to the diligent hostel owners in China who create such high-quality hostels, making us feel at home during our travels. I also feel proud of Chinese hostels! I'm running out of words, and my expression might be a bit repetitive, but please bear with this review. It takes about 66 minutes to get here from Qingdao Jiaodong Airport by metro, costing seven yuan. Take Line 8 for nine stops to Qingdao North Station, then transfer to Line 1 for eight stops. To go to May Fourth Square, you can take Line 2 directly for three stops. The transportation is very convenient!"

"Best hostel I've ever been to! This hostel opened recently so thanks to this there currently aren't a lot of guests staying, which is great for a quiet stay. Everything is clean, the rooms and bathrooms are large and convenient, and most importantly the manager is really nice! He will accommodate your stay to make it as pleasant as possible. The area around the hostel also seems newly built (the building where the hostel is also doesn't have many businesses at the moment) and everything is available within walking distance. If I have to stay in Weihai again, I will for sure come back to this place!"

Hotel prices across the city had skyrocketed, costing hundreds or even thousands, making one realize how difficult it is to find a budget-friendly and comfortable place to stay during peak season. The overwhelmingly high ratings and clean, new-looking real photos convinced me to book it on a whim. I never expected this last-minute choice to become the biggest surprise of my Qingdao trip. I've seen too many guesthouses and hotels that are solely profit-driven, full of commercialism, perfunctory, and sloppy. But the owner of this youth hostel is completely different. He runs this place not just to make money, but out of genuine passion from his heart. This pure passion is hidden in every detail of the hostel. What surprised me most was the value for money. A bed here costs only 80-90 yuan, yet it outperforms many chain hotels costing three to four hundred. The soft, comfortable, high-quality bedding is neat and clean, and lying on it feels gentle and healing, instantly melting away all travel fatigue. Bao's thoughtfulness is reflected in every user-friendly design. Each bed comes with a lockable locker for securely storing valuables, and there's spacious room underneath for luggage, keeping things tidy and convenient. The bedside thoughtfully features a small shelf, a clothes hanger, and an eye-friendly wall lamp integrated with the bed, balancing privacy with comfort. The most considerate detail is the improved ladder. Regular bunk bed ladders in youth hostels are often stiff and uncomfortable to climb, making going up and down very inconvenient. Here, they've been redesigned as gentle, step-like stairs, which are stable and comfortable, completely eliminating the awkwardness of climbing. Every detail exudes tenderness. I later learned that the owner's main business is clothing, and he also has an extreme passion for music. So, he meticulously transformed the lobby into a cozy lounge area with a great ambiance. At night, it's like a gentle lounge bar, without any noise or clamor, just a relaxed atmosphere. Travelers from all corners of the world gather here to chat and listen to music, strangers gradually getting acquainted, without any sense of distance. It feels as warm as a temporary family. While staying here, I couldn't help but recall my youth hostel days in Tibet over ten years ago. Back then, I spent time with fellow backpackers, and our interactions were simple and pure, without calculations or defenses, just the honest joy between travelers. I never expected to find such a peaceful haven below Zhan Shan Temple in Qingdao, a delightful surprise of tranquility amidst the bustling city. In vibrant Qingdao, encountering such a pure and gentle little world feels like a rare gift to me. The entire place is spotless, clean, and bright, making you feel refreshed and invigorated, as if basking in a spring breeze. What's even more heartwarming is the owner's generosity and sincerity. Every guest receives a complimentary cup of coffee or beer. The hostel is equipped with Qingdao's advanced smart robotic coffee machine, offering a wide variety of coffee types with a delicate and rich taste. You can enjoy a refined beverage experience without any extra cost. In just a few days, eating, living, relaxing, and socializing – everything can be accomplished here. I've always believed that the meaning of travel is never about superficial sightseeing, but about encountering gentleness and collecting good memories. During the peak tourist season with skyrocketing prices, being able to find a clean, safe, and warm place to stay for around ninety yuan, and meeting sincere and interesting strangers, is the most precious gift of this journey. A good place to stay can heal an entire trip. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone visiting Qingdao. Travel with intention, travel with heart, and in an unfamiliar city, meet sincerity with sincerity, make true friends, appreciate the scenery, and cherish the time."

"The place to stay in Qindao The owner greeted me so well on my first days in China. He got me dinner the first night, drove me around the day after to get a Sim Card and even gave me a phone charger. Great man, never asked for anything In exchange just from the philosophy “you are my guest “ However, the rooms were spacious and clean, same as bathrooms and common areas. The ambient is cool with some Chinese travelers and also all over from Asia willing to make plans and get to know you. Location was convenient with public transport and local restaurants near by. Felt like home."

"環境好，附近也有吃飯的地方有葯店，穿過一條小道在京魯醫葯那條街也有，距離車站也近，位置好找，老闆是個帥小夥，還有個阿姨應該是老闆媽媽吧，都很熱情 也勤快 地方很乾凈，樓上有三個洗漱台，2衞生間 有個衞生間是抬高的 上一次wc儀式感老強了哈哈，2洗澡間 有掛衣服的地方有放東西的地方，外面也有一次性毛巾，牙刷，還有紙杯，全面😉床位也有床簾 我在的那個房間有6支床，床單被罩的花紋也好看 無異味，蓋着舒服（上一個青旅一股汗濕味，體驗感差）這個是住的青旅裏最好的一個，還可以寄存行李，我第二天下午走，然後行李放在那裡寄存了一天 挺好 威海真不錯 去了煙台威海 大連三個地方 威海在我心裏排第一，不過這陣子火炬八街人超級多 而且商業化比其他地方重，慎重考慮 就一條街 人多的話真沒啥看的 拍照也沒法拍 不知道圖片能不能上傳成功"
