CAN I RATE THE SERVICE 100?
The staff is absolutely superb, and the location is great! I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Sanya.
- Cleanliness: It’s not bad, but it didn’t quite meet my personal cleanliness benchmark, so I’d rate it 4.5/5.
- Location: The location is excellent. There are so many restaurants nearby, including a bakery and a supermarket. It’s only a 6-minute walk to the beach 😎, a 40-minute walk to Jiefeng Road (Jiefeng Pediatrician Street), and a 35-minute relaxing walk to the famous Luhuitou Scenic Area. Do I walk too much? LOL. The hostel is also close to many bus stops, making it super convenient to get around. 5/5
- Service: The front desk service was unforgettable. Even though they only operate until midnight (-1 for that), the daytime staff is sooooooo nice! I don’t speak Chinese, but the staff member spoke pretty good English and put in so much effort to help me communicate 😭😭. He even recommended a great restaurant! So... 99/5?
- Facilities: There’s a cozy café space outside where we could work at night. They provide a washing machine, dryer, and hanging space, which is cool (even though I didn’t use them). They also offer a shared refrigerator, shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer—BUT no towel (you can rent one for ¥10, by the way). 4/5
Verdict: Definitely one of my ”no-regret” decisions. I will come back again.
**P.S.** If you want to try some traditional food, go for coconut chicken (the portion is huge, so you should go with friends) or 抱罗粉 (Boulou Powder? Not sure what it’s called in English, LOL).

Our store is close to Shenzhou High-speed Railway Station, about 5 minutes by car, about 3 minutes by car from the expressway entrance, about 15 minutes on foot from the duty-free port, and about 12 minutes on foot from the charging pile. There is a snack street nearby, and the transportation is well connected. Online car-hailing is on call. There are buses at the door to Shimei Bay, Shenzhou Peninsula, Sun and Moon Bay, Xinglong and other popular scenic spots!

GGuest UserThis is the only island-inspired backpacker hostel in Dadonghai area. The location is very strategic as it is just 6-8 minutes walk to the beach, surrounded by many restaurants and retail stores while still being tucked in a secluded area. You instantly feel like you are in a surfing beach hostel. All the staff are very very very friendly and helpful. On weekends, they have a morning DJ playing EDM music while guests are having breakfast and coffee which makes the vibe more exciting. If you are coming to Sanya on a budget but wanna be close to the beach, this place is truly the best choice for you. Very good value for money.

SSichuan-mianyangNext to the new harbor ferry in Haikou City, it is very close. Friends who need to take a ferry to cross the sea can choose. Open the curtains to see the sea view. ZZuiaitongchangI booked a single room, and I really liked it – it was very clean and had no strange odors. When I first checked in, the front desk gave me a bottle of Ice Dew mineral water. I was happy with my stay, so I extended it for another night through the platform. However, when I went to the front desk later that evening because I was thirsty and wanted another bottle of water, I was told that the complimentary water was only for the first day of check-in, and not for extended bookings. I jokingly asked, ”So, if I had checked out at noon and then re-checked in, would I have gotten a bottle of mineral water?” The front desk attendant initially said, ”If you put it that way, I'll give you one,” but then refused, citing strict rules from the owner. I didn't push the issue; it felt unnecessary. I just bought a bottle of Ice Dew for 2 yuan and went upstairs. I found the whole situation a bit amusing, so I wanted to share it.

NNora__I found this hotel on the same day, after deciding to leave a hostel where the hygiene conditions were far from ideal. I arrived an hour before the regular check-in time, yet they still welcomed me into a beautiful room—perfectly furnished and, above all, exceptionally clean. The cleanliness was impeccable, and it’s just one of the many positive aspects of this hotel. They provided towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, and the shampoo was wonderfully fragrant and of excellent quality. During my stay, I experienced some health issues (I won’t go into details), but the owners helped me immensely. They also offer luggage storage and package reception services. The location is central and just a five minutes walk from the main Sanya beach. I felt at home even though I was on the other side of the world, and I don’t think there’s anything better than that.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in Li'an Town, the room is clean and tidy, the bed is relatively large, and the price is high. There is a supermarket downstairs that is very convenient, and the dishes at the Wanghai Hotel next to it are not bad. It is about 3 kilometers away from Gangmenling Park. It is still a little far to walk. You can take the bus or call Didi. Whether you are driving or traveling freely, it is recommended to live here. Gangmenling Park has a beach to play, and you can also climb high and look far. It is worth a visit.

『『chengzichengzidachengzi』The hostel is very nice and clean, with plenty of food stalls right outside. It's a six- or seven-minute walk from the subway station! The owner is very kind and helpful, but the overall atmosphere isn't like a youth travel agency; it's more like a long-term or short-term rental. The hostel staff are incredibly warm and helpful. I had a ticket for the next day after 10 PM and didn't know where to go, but they told me to just stay in the room. I was so touched! The bathroom was also clean, the bed was perfect, and it was bright! The accommodation is excellent, and the price is excellent value. It's very convenient to the bus and subway, and the hostel staff keeps the place very clean!

AabitmesAn absolutely wonderful and unforgettable stay.
The six-bed room is very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with an en-suite shower.
Everything is designed to make getting around easy: electric scooters are available at a very reasonable price, and an electric scooter is even provided free of charge for short trips, which is a real bonus.
The free transfers between the train station and the hostel (both ways) are a real plus and make arrival and departure very simple.
But what truly sets this place apart is the manager: exceptionally kind, always available, attentive, and ready to help in any situation, even generously offering food.
If I ever return to Hainan, this will be the only place I stay without hesitation.
The location is also ideal for exploring the island: Sanya and Haikou are less than an hour away by train.
A huge thank you to the manager for his warm welcome and remarkable hospitality.

SSSG from SingaporeThis hostel is excellent location (around corner of 骑楼老街) yet quiet at night (on 4th floor). Downstairs is a restaurant, foods look ok we didn’t try bcos there r many other places to eat. Hotel staff 2 young chaps polite n responsible 👍🏻 our 2-beds room is very clean n beautiful especially the beds 🛌 excellent 5-stars feel 🌹pillow only 1 each but ok for us. Bathroom is big n clean no smell. Hot water supply is acceptable won’t goes too hot but plenty. Basin is outside next to window. Overall is a wonderful experience staying in this small not too expensive yet well-managed n equipped hotel. Yes not too pricey too 👍🏻

DDuocijujuepengyuyan！I was wandering around Riyue Bay and accidentally found a very good youth hostel, so I decided to stay there. The price was cheap and it was in Riyue Bay Village. The surrounding environment was very good. It was not noisy at night and was very quiet. There were many activities during the weekdays. You can go to the beach and play together. The boss and volunteers were very good. I made new friends here. We all sang and drank together by the fire. It was so nice.
