I absolutely love this place. From the front desk staff to the staff, everyone is genuinely friendly and welcoming, and they'll even chat once you get to know each other. The guests here are also very nice. I even met a young woman from Pakistan who was traveling there, and I helped her find a room with my broken English. It was a truly amazing travel experience. The bed was much softer than other hostels I've stayed in 😢 and it was quiet and firm. Everything was clean, tidy, organized, and comfortable. The room had a key card system, so aside from the inevitable noise from multiple people entering and leaving, there were no other drawbacks. I loved the lobby the most, with its warm greetings and mini-maps. The pantry was well-equipped with plenty of free drinks, a large refrigerator, and comfortable sofas. You can even study on your own 🥺 Oh my goodness, there's even a coffee shop downstairs. I'll never forget my first day there, dragging my luggage downstairs and trying to find the entrance. A beautiful woman's gentle voice came from behind me, ”Are you looking for Amic?” Just walk in. Later I found out she works right here. The front desk greets you every day, the community is well-managed, and the customer service is very responsive and patient. By the way, there's a subway station just across the street. I took a walk around the area when I had some time, and it was full of snacks and restaurants. Very convenient. I don't know if this is the first time I've had such a great hostel experience. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, with a housekeeper coming to clean every day. Environment: Very nice, with toiletries provided. Facilities: Well-equipped, less than a 100-meter walk from the subway station. Service: The housekeeper responded quickly, and the customer service representative was very pleasant.

This hostel offers a great living experience. It's located within a residential compound and has an elevator. It's only a few minutes from Hongshan Metro Station, and just across the road from the Shenzhen Art Museum and the North Branch of the Shenzhen Library. The house manager was very patient and helpful with all my questions. I look forward to my next visit to Shenzhen.

I've stayed at many hostels, but this one is truly exceptional! From the moment I booked, the owner was incredibly patient, answering all my questions clearly and thoroughly. When I arrived, the hostel's environment was fantastic. The common areas are thoughtfully separated from the quiet zones, and the rooms are spotlessly clean. No need to make your own bed; you can just move in and sleep! The facilities are also complete – the AC cools quickly, and the shower water is strong and hot. Most importantly, the price is affordable, and it's an all-female hostel, offering incredible value for money. When traveling, this is exactly the kind of comfortable and budget-friendly place I look for. Full marks, highly recommended!

Picked a budget single room and was pleased that the room was clean and relatively spacious with many places to hang clothes and hangers after laundry and also plenty of door hooks for. Got a window room and it is the time of the year where it makes more sense to open the window wide at night to sleep then with an ac. However, there is one smoker at the next room but thankfully he is not a chain smoker. Trash bag is provided at the entrance door which allows us to empty our own trash which is very much appreciated. Truly enjoyed my stay here.

It's 5 nice place . Location is great. A few minutes walk from metro station. Electronics market is also 7-10 minutes of walk, parks, and everything is nearby. The capsule and reception area is really quiet. it's suitable to work. I mean super quiet. Staff is very helpful. But the only problem is they don't provide towels.

The self-service check-in is very convenient. The boss will directly give you the room number and password. I went there on a weekday and the boss upgraded me to a sea view room. Thanks to the good bedding, there is a small balcony and the bathroom is clean. It is recommended to use unopened paper towels. Put a tissue box away for use in the bathroom? It's pretty close to the beach, right?

1. The environment was terrible, with lots of mosquitoes. Every night, I was accompanied by at least three mosquitoes. Youth hostels are truly welcoming and welcoming, a blessing for those who fear loneliness. 2. The facilities were poor and the signage was incorrect. They were selling something for show. The restroom was labeled ”women's only,” but many men went straight in. The air conditioner kept turning itself off, waking me up in the middle of the night from the heat. 3. The security was poor. Before I checked out on my third day, a stranger found the code and was able to enter my room. Could someone have also entered my room while I was away the previous few days? What's the point of having a code lock? It's better to just leave the door open and let anyone in and out. 4. The service was poor. It's 2025, and there's not even a customer service WeChat account; communication still relies on text messages. When the aforementioned security issue occurred, their first reaction was to brazenly ask for a red envelope and a positive review. Instead of honestly admitting the mistake of not using a random password or changing it, they simply blamed the customer for ”not closing the door properly,” attempting to minimize the problem. They should have honestly acknowledged their mistake from the outset and not shifted the blame. They kept asking me for compensation, asking, ”I owe you over a hundred dollars?” If it's difficult, then forget it. In summary, if you're someone with a nasty personality who likes sleeping with mosquitoes and doesn't care about safety, then feel free to stay at this hotel. If you've already stayed there, feel free to go back and try to see if the password works. It's best to bring some cash; even if you're caught, they won't file a case if you're stubborn (I was robbed that way myself).

Staying for a day occasionally is fine! But this time, due to the typhoon, I stayed for 5 days, and the service was less than satisfactory. The sheets and blankets weren't changed, and I didn't even ask for them. Conserving resources is everyone's responsibility. However, when I asked the front desk to change the bath towels once and the disposable toothbrushes twice, the staff were very reluctant to change them or just provided them, which I personally find unacceptable. It's normal for bath towels to get wet or fall on the floor in public restrooms, and it's reasonable for guests to request changes. Moreover, I only asked the next day, and they immediately started making it seem like we had to stay at least three days before they would change them. So, since I paid the same room rate, shouldn't I be able to change rooms every day? Service needs to be warm, not contrived. They were also very reluctant to provide the disposable toothbrushes. Disposable toothbrushes are disposable, and not being willing to change them daily is really unreasonable. During my 5-day stay, I didn't request changes to the sheets and blankets, only one change of bath towels, and three toothbrushes. I hope the owner will pay attention to these situations. I've liked your hotel so far and hope it continues to improve. Please take note of these problems.

This hostel is conveniently located near Zhujiang New Town, making it easy to get around on foot. The rooftop self-service laundry and kitchen facilities are excellent. The only downsides are the lack of nearby supermarkets and limited dining options.
