It seemed that the couple's wedding reception room was next to us, and it was the best room type in the hotel, the sea view room. The hotel is equipped with a butler. Before we checked in, the butler Xiao Yuan contacted me and added WeChat to ask about the arrival time and room requirements. When we learned that we would arrive at more than 12 o'clock and needed a non-smoking room with a good view and bring children, he immediately contacted the housekeeping department to make arrangements and notified me immediately after the arrangements were made. In this way, we checked out of the previous hotel on time and came here. After arriving at the front desk, we checked in immediately. The children's supplies and welcome fruits were also prepared. In the next two days, Xiao Yuan introduced the attractions near the hotel and the restaurants worth visiting in Weihai, and listed the sunset time and the places to watch the sunset in Golden Bay in detail. I accidentally broke a mouthwash cup and sent a message to Xiao Yuan in the evening. The first reply was ”Are you not injured?”, which really puts customers first. It was very late when I came back from playing outside yesterday. I found that Xiao Yuan had left a note. Seeing that we had hung our clothes, he gave us laundry detergent. When we checked out today, he also prepared snacks and gifts for the children. It was really nice and made people feel at home. In terms of landscape and service, this hotel is a super five-star standard and very worthwhile. However, to be honest, the hotel room is indeed a little small and old, but there is a smart toilet, a clothesline and a large bathtub. The breakfast is very good, and the dishes in the Chinese restaurant are also very delicious (the couplets at the door are very interesting). The waiters I met in the elevator and the restaurant were polite and enthusiastic, which shows that the hotel culture is very good and the staff training is in place. This hotel has the best service among the three five-star hotels we stayed in during the National Day holiday. I hope that Licheng Hotel will get better and better (it would be better if the room could be renovated again).
