The waiters I met in the elevator and the restaurant were polite and enthusiastic, which shows that the hotel culture is very good and the staff training is in place. This hotel has the best service among the three five-star hotels we stayed in during the National Day holiday. I hope that Licheng Hotel will get better and better (it would be better if the room could be renovated again).
