Pelo preço, foi ruim. O café da manhã era sempre o mesmo, com pouca variedade de frios e frutas.
O quarto adaptado para deficientes, que foi o que nos deram mesmo não sendo adaptado, tinha uma localização muito ruim. Ficava no térreo, com uma janela de frente para a rua (que não podia ser aberta por causa do barulho, etc.) e tinha um cheiro horrível. Era bem ao lado da cozinha/sala de jantar e da porta de entrada, então havia barulho toda vez que alguém entrava. Quando estavam usando a cozinha, parecia que estavam dentro do quarto. Os quartos são bons, mas não têm vista nenhuma. Felizmente, a equipe era boa, o que compensou um pouco essas deficiências.

Lamers zijn mooi en goed verzorgd. Hygiëne top top. Mooie tuin en intens lekker zwembad met verwarmd bubbelbad. Ontbijt goed niet super. En we zijn er nooit gebleven voor diner, omdat we dan 1 van de weinige zouden zijn. Geen sfeer voor een diner.

Sehr nettes und zuvor kommendes Personal.
Das Schlafzimmer ist nicht groß, hat aber alles was es braucht.
Angenehme, charmante Wohnraum, Essraum und Terrasse.
Herrlich große Küche die auch privat zu benutzen war.
Sehr zu empfehlen wenn das Portmonnaie nicht sehr groß ist.

The Charming Hotel is a beautifully preserved historic building with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with most of the amenities you’d expect, including a glass bottle of water that is refilled daily. Complimentary coffee is available throughout the day on the ground floor. The staff were exceptionally accommodating—I made use of the luggage storage and was even able to return after checkout to enjoy a coffee and relax on the patio before my departure. Breakfast was well-prepared and a lovely start to the day. One thing to note: access to rooms is only by stairs, so guests with heavy luggage should keep this in mind. Overall, this hotel offers a wonderful experience in a fantastic location. I would gladly stay here again.

NNodynessoThe check-in was the most problematic part. I hadn't received any instructions from the host (also not in spamfolder) how to unlock the entry gate to the property. It was already getting dark and the host was also not reachable by telephone. Monica from Trip customer service eventually managed to forward the necessary entry codes to me (many thanks for the assistance!).
++ The room was spacious and convenient, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom and toilet were clean and there were enough towels. For those who like to watch TV: a huge flatscreen with plenty of channels. The shared patio with a little swimming pool is very nice with beautiful sea view. The property is quietly situated at a 15 minute walk from the centre of Angra.
-- No written instructions (e.g. WiFi password) or general information (amenities) available. There are shared facilities in the property and the kitchen can be used for preparing meals (self catering). Although the reservation mentioned breakfast included, there was no fresh bread brought in. Not the end of the world but better not mention it as an option. Also unclear if items in refrigerator belong to other guests (self caterers) or are for general use so we didn't touch any. The host was not available by telephone for questions and also never responded to my initial calls on the day of check in. The room was in the basement and from time to time some smell from the sewer pipes lingers in the room.

GGuest UserI was a little disappointed that this is not, in fact, a hotel. I think I might have been the only person staying there, I didn't see anyone else except for about 2 seconds in the breakfast room. The only contact I had was by email, and all the instructions were only sent the morning I was traveling, so I didn't receive them until I got to Pico. The room was comfortable enough and very clean. But lots of things are dated. The internet was non-existent. The air conditioner and bathroom fan were both ancient and made a lot of noise. The breakfast was only meh, but the view from the breakfast room was lovely. The location is good, close to town and in a quiet area. I didn't spend much time at the hotel and it was too cold for a swim, but I imagine that would be great when the weather is warmer as the pool also has an amazing view. It's worth it for the price.

GGuest UserPara el precio mal. El desayuno siempre lo mismo, poca variedad de embutidos y de fruta.
La hab de minusvalidos que es la que nos dieron sin serlo, muy mal situada, planta baja con la ventana a la calle( no se puede abrir por el ruido ect), huele fatal,está justo en la cocina-comedor y al lado de la puerta de entrada por lo que hay ruido cada vez que entra alguien, cuando utilizan la cocina, parece que los tengas dentro de la habitación. Las habitaciones son bonitas pero para nada con vistas. Suerte del personal que compensa un poco estas deficiencies.

DDianaIn general, a good local accommodation to stay in, offers good cleaning, reasonable comfort and staff are sympathetic and helpful. I have been in this accommodation several times and I liked it very much, however, there were some things that did not work so well, in particular, there were no bath towels available in any place of the apartment and the shower was not available. I didn't tell you what happened at the time, and I didn't ask towels and to get the shower, just because I arrived late and stayed only one night. I believe that the problem is that particular apartment or something like that, because I was in other apartments and it was all right, but they should take this into account that all apartments are equally in a position.

Llp364000The room is small and exquisite, and the window is facing a flowering tree. I immediately fell in love with this suite. Breakfast was delivered to the door of the room and the variety was quite rich. The location is quiet in the middle of noisy, it is very convenient to stroll around the town.
