Location was inconvenient especially if you do not drive. The public transport is a bit far from the hotel. Taxi service not available for short distance. We took the taxi from the hotel to Chiayi HSR which cost NT1,200. Guests stayed at the hotel only allowed one visit per stay per person. To fully enjoy all the facilities for both floors, it will take at least 3 hours. The swimming pool was closed for renovation. Breakfast selection was rather disappointing.

Although parking is more troublesome, after all, it is very convenient to be close to Tangweigou Park. The reception staff was also very kind to help guide. The CP value is super high~~~ We lived very comfortable. The bed is very comfortable~ I asked if I used a branded mattress*** (avoid the suspicion of advertising, I don’t say any brand, I know that the sofa is very cool after living~ I don’t want to go out. There are cute cats in the store~ XD is too healing.

Because the air conditioner in the western room is not very cold, an electric fan is needed. The bed is a king-size bed and is comfortable. The bathtub in the bathroom is large, so 3 people can take a bath together without being crowded. There is its own parking lot, and there is a parking lot in the lobby before entering the room. Instant noodles and drinks are provided. Overall, the environment is not very good. It should be a hotel that has been renovated. There are many small flaws. However, because the price is more favorable for holiday stays, picky people may not like it.

For the price you'd think they'd spend some of their huge profits on upkeep of the rooms. The bathroom was full of mould, the bathtub had been siliconed to the walls, but have pulled away. The entire bathroom needs renovating. The bedroom was on a very badly installed floating floor. There were electrical wires hanging loose from the night stand. The WiFi and set top box were jamed between the TV and wall. The lights didn't work properly, one flicking for minutes afyer the switch was off. The walls are super thin and guests should be reminded to be courteous of other guests, as I was woken at midnight by loud talking and laughing which didn't stop until 230am, and I was getting up at 345am for sunrise. The owner/reception needs to learn manners and how to operate a hotel, because (1) leave a note in English that when reception is unattended to go next door, (2) don't deny early check-in with the pretence the rooms weren't ready, because I checked all on the ground floor and all were ready, plus when I finally got to my room at 5pm the floor was wet in the bathroom and bedroom. (3) Learn some manners, which seems odd in Taiwan as everyone is well mannered, so maybe that's why her attitude stood out so much as she's surrounded by well mannered people. (4) Understand that travellers want peace of mind for left luggage, do at least pretend to make it secure. The room door was damaged both inside and near the lock on the outside. Provide a bathmat, well a few, coz the bathroom flooded so easily.

Room had smoking smell and 9th floor had a great view of the lake but the room could be cleaner. Maybe fresh paint won’t hurt and clean the moldy area in bathroom, change light bulb would be nice, missing one in bathroom, elevator was out of service so had to carry luggage to first floor. Our 5th fl room two days ago was so much newer and cleaner. Not sure what happened. Shame!

The location is nearby the city centre. Before our arrival, the manager kindly reminded us by message and call. Once approached, just give her a call and feel relaxed. The manager gave a wonderful room tour and informed us well. The info and reminders in the living room also reflect the kindness of the local. Some impressions of the room. Firstly, the room has a duplex apartment, each with ta duo bed. Secondly the hot-spring is mild; the bath facility is wonderful; especially, the floor is stone material, not only with good anti-slippery but also creating a natural environment. We got a nice hot spring bath experience. Thirdly, the theme of the room is Crayon Shin-chan, which happens to be one of my favourite Japanese cartoons. Fourthly, the air con is comfortable. Last but not least, it is with a Dyson hair dryer! It is a trip escaping from the urban. Thanks for providing a fantastic night stay, like a home from home.

The staff and lady boss are very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with great amenities, the shower has great pressure. The view from the room was great! It’s very convenient to get to Jiufen old street from here.

Location is just 2 min walk to Swiss garden and really convenient as there is a 7eleven around and also shuttle bus stop. Cleanliness: Hotel rooms and the whole place is quite neet and clean. Service: Awesome, staff was really helpful with everything and they even allow us early checkin which was much appreciated as we were travelling with a 2 year old. Food: Nice breakfast and they even cooked some vegetarian food for lunch. Have happy hour where serve tea and snacks which will be enough for dinner. Overall this property is owned by The Old England Manor which is another best hotels in town and they maintain the same service here as well. This should be a 4 star hotel instead of 3 star.

Great location beside the Qingjing Farm, great views, comfortable room with excellent amenities. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Breakfast was somewhat simple yet delicious nevertheless.

Very clean place and once has your own cabin to stay at so it's literally like your own space. I love it. Also very convenient and near to the shuttle bus stop and the walking street. Bicycle rental is more expensive than the one at shuishe pier though so if you have no bags then maybe shld buy the klook and get the bicycle there then cycle to the dorm.

Enjoyed my stay here. The service was extremely good, the reception very kindly recommended us places to visit. The hotel sells bicycle rental voucher with papago (bike rental shop) at a discounted price of NTD 100 for a full day rental (8am to 5pm) and also round trip boat ride tickets at NTD 250. Hotel rooms are clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast here starts at 8.30 to 9.30 and it was simple but good. The hotel is about 6 minutes away from the bus terminal in Shuishe Visitor Centre. It's recommended to think twice before booking if you have too much luggage as you have to walk by the roadside (no pedestrian lane). Also, the hotel reception is located separately from the hotel so be prepared to walk about 3 minutes to your room. Note there's quite a steep slope here to the rooms and there are wooden planks you have to pull your bag over. The nearest 7 Eleven is also at the Visitor Centre so you have to walk out there.

The superior double room on the 3rd floor is in the middle of the building. There are 2 TVs in total. The B&B also has a capsule coffee machine. The balcony has a beautiful view. If you want to drink coffee in the morning and take photos, go into the room and close the doors and windows tightly. There are non-toxic drugs on the mountain. Ji Da Xing Chun Xiang, you must wear slippers in the bathroom, they are slippery, and there is a warning to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush. Breakfast is a buffet, mostly Chinese style. The fried cabbage is great. Children love the spicy fried instant noodles. The American coffee is also good and not too light. It is a 6-minute drive from Cingjing Farm and a 5-minute walk from 7-11. The location is good. The only drawback is that the sound of pulling out a chair in each room can be heard clearly, but there is no sound of speech.

My first stay experience was great. Although the entrance is not easy to find, luckily I found it. At first, the room type did not have an outside window, so the boss was very kind and moved us to another room. There is also a bathtub service for those with children. I enjoyed my stay here but I wish the room had been a little cleaner. There were a few dead bugs on the floor. The towels they gave were one time use only. Maybe it is because of Covid in the last few years but they were not very good and not very environmental friendly. Breakfast was basic but enough for me. The views from the balcony were amazing and it was very quiet when I was there.

The clean facilities and friendly service were great. There were about two buildings, and you could see a little bit of the ocean from the terrace. There was a cute cat hanging out. We were given a breakfast voucher so we went to eat there, and the hamburger was delicious and my favorite. I liked the peanut flavor of the Xiao Liu Qiu pudding. The hotel was clean so we were able to enjoy our trip with peace of mind! We bought fruit on the island but they couldn't cut it for us, so it was difficult to eat in our room, but we were grateful for the support. Thanks to them, we had the best stay in Xiao Liu Qiu.

The location is very convenient. It's very close to Tainan Train Station. It's very convenient to go anywhere. We stayed in a room on the middle floor of the building which was quite comfortable. The only slight drawback is that the toilet does not have a door. It is a little troublesome because it is small and open. However, everything else is of good quality. I will come again if I have the opportunity.

I want to go to Tainan during a short holiday and found this hotel. The price is affordable and not far from the downtown area. If you drive there by yourself, there is a parking space at the door. However, if you have a long car, you cannot park because it will exceed the red line. If the parking space is full, you can park. Booked for two nights from 2/17 to 19. It is a B&B without front desk staff. Before 16:00 on the first day of check-in, you will receive a text message requesting to add Line for follow-up communication. The door and room passwords will be informed via Line. Because there were not enough rooms, I couldn't book the same room type for two days, so I had to make two separate bookings of different room types. Therefore, I had to pack my luggage the next morning and leave it in the lobby on the first floor, but unattended. The password on the first day will become invalid at 11:00 am the next day, and the password on the second day will not be effective until 16:00 pm. If you want to pick up items from your luggage in the lobby during this period, you should use Line to discuss with the owner. So booking a room like mine will cause some inconvenience. The first day is a deluxe quadruple room, and the second day is a standard quadruple room. The room is quite large, but the bathroom is a little narrow. In fact, the layout of the two rooms is the same, they are just rooms on different floors in the same location in the same building. The bathroom just has a shelf in front of the mirror. To get boiling water and use the refrigerator, you have to go to the kitchen on the first floor. The location of this B&B is very good, very close to Guohua Street and Shennong Street. However, the small parking lots nearby are very expensive. It is best to park at the public and private Yuting Parking Lot on Gongyuan South Road, which is less than two blocks away.

The hostel was great. The staff was very helpful, kind, and accommodating. It’s probably one of the cleanest hostels I have stayed at here in Taiwan. The beds are big and comfortable, there is a blind to pull down for privacy. The room is a decent size and a decent size locker. The only thing is that the location is a bit far from downtown, but you can still take the bus, bike, or Uber to places. I definitely will stay here again when I come back to Tainan.

Breakfast has full vegetarian, semi-vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, which is very considerate👍 In addition to preparing 2 bottles of drinking water in the room, there are water dispensers on the first and fifth floors, which can be used to replenish drinking water after bathing👏

You can use the remaining money to take a taxi (about 100 to Tainan Station, and take a direct ride to Shigu The cultural park is only 230), and there is a large 7-11 opposite, which is convenient for hailing a taxi; and nearby attractions such as Chikan Tower can actually be reached on foot. Next time I come to Taiwan, I will stay here again!
