Location is excellent. Many high rating restaurants around. 6min walk to the City Wall. Right at the historic area to shop and walk around. The staff are super friendly, they make so much effort to communicate with us in English via phone. Also, when we checked out, they gave us 2 fans for souvenirs. The decor of the hotel is very nice. Moreover they even have a clothes hanger line in the washroom, very thoughtful. Highly recommend!

The staff is also very helpful to allow us for free late check out. The uncle works in the tea house was kind to share with us travel tips and some recommendations that was very helpful. The hostel is a bit old and there was a small portable heater provided downstairs hence it was very cold when showering in the winter. Upstairs at the sleeping area was very warm and comfy.

Best hotel/homestay i’ve ever been to, it is located right in the main road of Zhouzhuang’s water town, we book a family room for 3 but when we check in the host even give us a extra room for free! And the view was spectacular! Overall 100/10 !

Water in the showerroom sometimes too hot and suddenly can be too cold, I don't know why. My room in the 2nd floor (no lift access), so maybe the price is cheaper than the 1st floor room.
