"A great value-for-money option! The apartment is fully equipped with laundry facilities (washer and dryer), and a kitchen if you want to cook your own meals (there's a Walmart nearby for groceries). The adjacent park is nice for a stroll. While the room doesn't have air conditioning, there's a circulating fan that keeps it from getting stuffy. The bathroom also provides a good selection of toiletries and is clean. The best part is the landlord's quick responses! They can speak Chinese, and their helpful attitude left a wonderful impression. This is definitely a place worth staying again if we come back to Calgary. Highly recommend! 👍"

"It is nice cozy place… all you need for a stay. The price is great for the value you get of a small suite with all private amenities you would need. The service is responsive. It is so close to all the great restaurants on the 17th Ave. It is located in Lower Mount Royal are of the city… can’t get it better than this at the price point. Enjoyed my stay there for 9 nights. "I don't typically stay in hostels, but this was a great find! Very clean property, quiet, and peaceful. It is about a 30min drive to the downtown area and no shops within walking distance so you'll need to drive or get an Uber. Other, great room (I stayed in the cozy room), very cleab, bed is big and comfortable. Free towels and bath amenities. The kitchen has a decent amount of cookware. There is a living room and a room with a fireplace so lots of space to lounge around. Staff are also kind and quick to respond, just give them a text or call. Good pricing and easy check-in process. Will definitely book again!"

"The two beds were perfect for my friend and me. Having a convenience store nearby was super handy for grabbing snacks or anything we needed in a pinch. We walked to downtown in about 20 minutes, or you could easily take the bus too. My only minor complaint was hearing footsteps and conversations from the upstairs neighbors. But it wasn't too bad, so it was fine. Being on the first floor, it got a little warm at night when we closed all the windows. Other than that, everything was great!"

"The landlords ( husband & wife) are very friendly, helpful, nice & accommodating. The wife Ms Shujie Guo waited for us patiently to arrive at the air bnb before returning to their own home which is a short distance away. (NB: we did not get the message or e-mail for the main door number access code & she know that it has happened before. So she took the initiative to wait for us which we arrived at night at about 9 pm on that day). This air bnb house provided full cooking facilities including the ingredients & spices. The common area are very clean & tidy. The bedroom & bathroom are equally clean & tidy. There is a garden at the back of the house which is beautifully layout. The landlord lady Ms Jhujie Guo even went to the extent to alert my wife that there were northern lights & informed us to go to the open space to see. With our iPhone 14 pro max handphone, we managed to see the beautiful northern lights ( aurora). Unfortunately we were unable to capture the dancing lights as we do not have the camera stand. This is a bonus as we did not expect to see Northern lights in Calgary! We felt like we were living at our own home. We would highly recommend those who are looking for accommodation in Calgary to stay at Brothers Li Homestay."

GGuest UserThe hotel is a five-minute drive from Banff town. They offer free bus passes, and the bus stop is right outside. You can transfer to other buses at the town center to reach nearby attractions. The room conditions are average, but the cleanliness is good, and it's very quiet. The price is moderate, making it a decent value for money during peak season. You might even spot some small animals in the early morning.

GGuest UserThis was our first bed and breakfast experience in Canada and it was really lovely. The owners, Maureen and George, are genuinely nice people and made for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The location was perfect for exploring the Drumheller Valley being a 15-20 minute walk from most of the in town sites and popular restaurant spots. Maureen and George gave us a few recommendations when we checked in and we tried a few of them during our stay. The property is large and they have plenty of parking on their driveway. The B&B is located in a quiet area of town in a nice neighbourhood. They provided an excellent and fresh breakfast each morning and we got to stay and chat with the other guests at the hotel. The hosts are always up for a chat as well and that added to the experience. They also have a very friendly and small dog named Poppy that was always very excited to see us and calmly approached my wife several times for belly rubs. The house is very clean and welcoming. We booked the floral room and had very nice comfy beds. They had plenty of pillows, towels and closet place. We appreciated the air conditioning and the mini fridge in our room. The shared bathroom is large and we had access to a 1/2 bath on the main level too. We would recommend bringing your own shower products too. The property is very nice and has a beautiful garden we got to see from our window. Deer occasionally roam through the area and we saw lots around dusk. This was a great stay, a good base for our Drumheller adventure, and we would highly recommend it.
