Very close to Bui vien street, underground market. Just 10min ride away from big shopping malls. Hotel staffs were very friendly. They even packed us breakfast to go because our flight was early in the morning.

We arrived super early to check in due to an early flight. We were allowed up by the pool to chill out and the lady met us and explained we was rushing the clean for us so we could get in early and let us store our bags. Whole thing was so smoothly run and the pool is cold! The first cold pool we’ve come across in Vietnam and it’s just the best! The apartment block it’s in is so quiet perfect to relax in. You have a washing machine in case you want to do any washing. Has a small kitchen so you can cook some basics and save yourself a bit of money. Can’t fault it!

It was so nice to have a convenience store downstairs. I arrived at dawn and couldn't exchange dollars for dong, but I could use my card and it was super convenient! And it was very convenient because they told me in advance when to come and how to open the door via KakaoTalk. However, they didn't give me a lot of towels, so I had the inconvenience of asking for more. I've never seen bugs in the accommodation! Satisfied and went well :)

It could be so much more to what it turned out to be....nice, spacious and modern apartment......that is being let down by lack of cleaning, updating, a basic care. Sadly - we felt quite uncomfortable in this block of units. Welcome was good - we came late but worker was quick to arrive after hours to let us in - we notified them of our late arrival (there is no reception attended 24/7 but someone resides on site to help). But the good things finished here - our large 3 bedroom apartment had a great view of the City, but we did not enjoy much of it. We actually tried to stay out as much as possible, as it was very dirty. Hair all over the place, dust throughout, missing utensils (random mix of forks, glasses, knifes). So basic, there is hardly anything there except for super old coat hangers.

Great location so many restaurants nearby, good complementary breakfast and nice stuff! They have tours and motorbikes for rent. There is also a rooftop with the bar. The only thing I didn’t like my bedsheets were dirty. It was also very hot in the room.

During our holiday to Vietnam & Cambodia we had a short stay in Ho Chi Minh for two nights and stayed here. We arrived slightly early but that was no problem for the staff, who had given us detailed and helpful advice before we arrived in Vietnam. We were given details to log on to lobby Wi-Fi and then massage staff when we arrived. We were promptly met and taken to our modern two bedroom apartment on the 20th floor. It had great views looking over Saigon. The apartment was quite small but it had everything we needed for our stay. It is well located with a 7/11 in the complex which was really handy for provisions. It also has lots of restaurant and shops nearby. Having a 10 year old with us a McDonald’s nearby was a bonus. Apartment also had Netflix we could access, which was also another little bonus. It has a pool on the 7th floor we used to cool down on the first night, but didn’t stay long as it was quite cold. I would think this would be lovely if you were the there during the heat of the day though. Staff were also able to arrange our trip to the Cu Chi tunnel and Mekong Delta for us, which was most helpful and saved us some time. Overall, a really good stay, definitely our daughters favourite accommodation so far on our holiday.

The staff are very kind. Every day was a lot of fun because I could walk to various sightseeing spots. However, at night, you can hear the roar of Bui Vien Street. On weekdays it's still good, but on weekends I can hear it until 5am. I think it's the best location for backpackers who want to play all night on Bui Vien Street on weekends.

The hotel is in an excellent location, convenient for travel, clean and beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, making it very suitable for tourists with children. The receptionists, housekeeping staff and doormen were all super friendly, helpful and friendly. In addition, it only takes about 5 minutes to walk from the hotel to Penang Market and halal restaurants. In short, the service is really good. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Super cosy and cute apartment, they have all the things you need literally everything. Is near to town and away from hustling town but yet close and quite quiet! Love the bed and the little cafes around !! Highly recommended. Only thing is they lock the main gate about 11pm there’s another entrance through the sides so just ask the local not a big problem !
