The location of the hotel is not far from the beach. You can swim, surf, watch the sunset, go to the bikini, go to the old town of San Juan, you can do the bus, only 0.75 dollars is very cheap because the oil in Puerto Rico is cheap. A taxi is a few dollars away from the airport, especially the boss is very beautiful and warm. The hotel is a backpacker hotel. So compared to other hotels, the style is very warm. The backpackers chat. The hotel has all kinds of supplies in the kitchen. There is also an open-air bar to look at the sky and look at the sea. The more lively places like the quiet people are not suitable. It’s here for reference only. There are also dry buckets and irons. There is no parking lot to stop at the road. Very convenient to have a refrigerator Wi-Fi

My husband and I stayed here for a week for our honeymoon. Absolutely LOVED it!! Staff was helpful and very accommodating. The house is in a great location, the beach about 2/3 blocks away, and lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Staff let us leave our bags and get lunch because we arrived before check in. Provided us with a list of recommended places close by. Our room was right outside the common area, so at times it was a bit noisy, but overall we had such a great experience there we didn't mind. The room was very clean, and they were very good about offering cleaning and fresh towels. We definitely appreciated them offering beach chairs and towels for us to use for the day! Overall, if you're looking for a great place to stay, and on the more affordable side, this is your place!

We booked this room just a week before our Puerto Rico trip and got a private room at around 55$ which was dirt cheap compared to hotels in San Juan. We knew it was a hostel and based on the price we had our expectations set real low. It turned out to be better than we expected. Both the room and the bathroom were small but we have stayed at even smaller homestays before at more expensive rates. There was a bar next door and there was some noise but not too disturbing. On one of the nights we had a few of the other guests being somewhat loud quite late. But other than that, we liked our stay there. The hosts were courteous and accommodating to our requests. The bed was comfy. It had a great location and uber rides to downtown were just around 4 $. The only suggestion I have is that they provide blinds or curtains for the window since our room stayed always illuminated from the corridor light.

Very welcoming B&B, very close to Ocean Park Beach, the most beautiful sunset. The hostess Margie was very enthusiastic and the breakfast was delicious. It was the most delicious breakfast during Puerto Rico. The room was very clean. Kitchen facilities are available, and the restaurant is stocked with tea, coffee, desserts and bread throughout the day. Very recommended!

I give it 10 stars!! Upon our arrival to San Juan we traveled to Condado where we were initially reserved to stay at The Tryst Beachside Resort. But they refused to honor our pre-paid reservation for a 3 bedroom suite which was made months in advance because of “their” plumbing problems. Furthermore, they refused to even offer or provide us any accommodation saying “It’s not our problem.” So we were stranded with nowhere to go. But RCI found us an emergency reservation at Casa Ciana and it was a God send! And I can truthfully say we just stayed at the amazingly beautiful Casa Ciana! Everything was a blessing from that point in. The 3 bedroom apartment was very comfortable, esthetically beautiful, bright, modern, spectacular, and very clean. I just loved the artwork and decorative accessories like the “eye glasses” on the marble cocktail table or the “thinker sitting on the ladder” sitting in a cute nook. And The building manager Omayra was the sweetest, kindest and most helpful person willing to take us for groceries, recommend restaurants and drive us around the area. The owner was so welcoming and accommodating. He actually called to make sure we had everything we needed. I want to stay there from now on EVERYTIME I visits San Juan and I recommend you do too!
