The location is very convenient, right off route 1 south. We arrived very late and with the incorrect booking date. The lady at the service desk was extremely helpful and managed to rebookd a room at the spot. Thank you to trip.com. They also allowed us to have a late check out. Again have to praise the friendliness of the service desk. The room assigned was not set up properly so we got an upgrade. Room is clean by there are no slippers, no shower cap, tooth brush etc. Kind of disappointed.

房間設計比較舒服，床很大，整體衞生還不錯，空調是老式空調，比較吵的那種，酒店有早餐跟晚餐供應，種類選擇不多，但是味道還不錯，整體還是挺舒適的，出差可以選擇。

As instalações não são novas, mas isso não afeta o uso. O quarto era padrão e funcional. A conversão do chuveiro do banheiro tem alguns problemas, mas a pressão da água é suficiente e não importa se ela flui para cima e para baixo ao mesmo tempo. Este hotel é cercado por estradas: não o escolha se você se importa com o barulho. Vire à esquerda ao sair do hotel e caminhe de 200 a 300 metros até o ônibus urbano nº 112. Custa US$ 8 e é muito conveniente para ir à cidade, mas o ônibus não é muito pontual. Se o trem estiver em greve, você dificilmente conseguirá pegar o ônibus e pegar um táxi fica muito caro. Se não houver greve, são 65; se houver uma greve, a proporção é de 80-100, mas isso não tem nada a ver com o hotel. É muito prático usá-lo no aeroporto. No geral, bom.

Nunca mais usarei o trip.com. Reservei 2 noites com eles meses atrás, sabendo que tinha uma janela de cancelamento/modificação gratuita. Li todas as letras miúdas, entrei em contato com o atendimento ao cliente para confirmar tudo. Cerca de uma semana antes de minha janela fechar, tentei modificar para 1 noite. Isso não me deixaria. Depois de CINCO DIAS contatando-os, finalmente consegui modificá-lo. Se eu não tivesse continuado a contatá-los, isso nunca teria sido resolvido. ENTÃO, ao fazer o check-in no hotel, fui informado (embora eu tenha pago antecipadamente o trip.com) que o hotel nunca foi pago pelo fornecedor. Portanto, eles não me registraram e passei quase uma hora ao telefone com o teip.com para resolver o problema. Totalmente ridículo.

O hotel está no Parque escolar de Rogs, também perto Da estação ferroviária de Nova Jersey.A Sala de hóspedes é um estilo de hotel americano, MAS o serviço é bom e o transporte é conveniente.

Instalações: bom Saúde: bom Ambiente: o Ambiente é Muito bom Serviço: bom Duas noites depois de viver, o preço é Muito elevado, o Ambiente é Muito bom, e a comida Ao Lado é Muito conveniente a três minutos de carro.

O quarto é bem grande, porém tudo cheira bastante a cigarro, o sofá, a roupa de cama, tudo. As instalações são boas, a torneira do banheiro estava com defeito. O grande problema foi realmente o cheiro de cigarro.

參加孩子畢業典禮訂的酒店，就在孩子住的公寓對面，離羅格斯大學也很近，酒店位置很好也很安全，晚上我們也經常去周邊吃美食。房間乾淨整潔，不是每天都打掃衞生，需要打掃時自己掛牌子，一般要給小費放桌上。

I really loved the hotel. However, my room was directly above a conference room where high school celebrations were  loud and disturbing. The music was thumping, the microphones screamed, and I found it difficult to rest. The first night was supposedly a dress rehearsal for the event. I called the front desk where it was explained what was going on. The second night I called the desk again to ask what time the noise was going to stop. I was told there’s nothing that can be done about it. I’d love to give you a good review, but that kind of noise in a hotel such as the Madison really is unfortunate and disappointing. Manager in the pub was awesome. Ricky at the front desk was amazing. I had driven from NH for my best friend’s celebration of life which was held in the conservatory, but I was so exhausted that I really wanted to sleep. The loud music and loudspeakers made it impossible.
