From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. "We had a great stay at the Avid Hotel in Lexington. The property was very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable and at ease. Parking was plentiful and convenient, which we really appreciated. The only downside was that we weren’t able to get a crib, which would have been helpful for our stay. Breakfast was okay for a grab-and-go style setup, and there are plenty of nearby places to eat that are easy to reach by car. Overall, it was a positive experience and we’d recommend it, especially if you’re looking for a clean and easy place to stay with great parking and good dining options close by."

"Everyone was extremely friendly, our room was clean, they leave a cute little duck on the bathtub which I think is a cute idea especially if you have little ones. It’s in a great area lots of restaurants and stores around and easy access to get back to the freeway. I’d definitely recommend staying here."

The location was convenient and peaceful, close to everything we needed without being in the middle of chaos. "My husband and I were celebrating Valentine’s weekend. The check in process was fine. The room however was not. There was mold in the shower, and the bed was lumpy, hard and uncomfortable. We didn’t even stay the entire night. After about an hour of not being able to sleep, we got up and left and headed home."
