1) cheguei de carro e ninguém atendeu o interfone. Quando finalmente cheguei à recepção, me disseram como um idiota que eu tinha que ligar para um número de hotel local para levantar a cancela. Lá dentro havia 40 vagas e dar marcha ré na rampa íngreme era quase impossível. Felizmente, depois de 10 minutos, um companheiro de viagem me emprestou um cartão de acesso. O hotel deve avisar os viajantes que o interfone da garagem está permanentemente quebrado. Especialmente porque fica a 200 metros de distância da recepção do hotel.
2) o check-in falou comigo como uma criança quando eu disse que não queria um quarto barulhento do lado voltado para a estrada de entrada principal do centro da cidade. Por fim, consegui um quarto tranquilo voltado para os fundos.
O custo-benefício é bom, mas a recepção acolhedora é mediana. Nunca recebi um sorriso de nenhum recepcionista.

The location of the hotel is average, not in the city center, and there are no restaurants around. Dinner can only be solved in the hotel, and the buffet is 18 euros per person. There is also a restaurant where you can order food separately. There are almost no hot dishes, 15 euros per person, and they are basically cold dishes, which are probably taken by the waiter from the buffet restaurant.
The room is OK, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and it is quite quiet to sleep at night. After all, it is a five-star hotel. There are saunas and swimming pools, which are extra points. The buffet breakfast the next day is rich and good.

The location does not know how to say it because I stayed for one night, but the hotel can help to call taxi is very convenient. In fact, the room really likes it very much and there is a small balcony with air conditioning. The sound insulation is too bad. I sleep very badly, so I basically didn't sleep very much... things are very new, The front desk also helped to call the pick-up is really good, and the email reply is also very timely.

I booked 3 rooms. It is a very cost-effective hotel, which exceeded my expectations! The hotel is in a good location, the room design is strong and practical, and the bedding is of good quality and very clean. The bed and pillow are comfortable, which I think is the most important point in choosing a hotel. The breakfast is rich and has many choices. The front desk service is very professional and thoughtful. It is a treasure hotel and I will recommend it to every friend who comes to Podgorica.

5mins drive away from the bus and train station but it is walkable to the centre. Hotel room has really good space and sound proving. Breakfast has a lot of choices and good quality.

The hotel and all other services were good apart from the air conditioning. When we asked for lower temperature setting, the hotel said that the temperature is centralised and is set to hot mode. We couldn’t sleep at night because of the heat.

GGuest UserThe hotel service was remarkably amazing . We were treated incredibly well by the Receptionist Radovan, he made feel very welcome by attending to all our needs promptly. The hotel restaurant served us very nice dishes. Our experience was a really good one, all thanks to staff at the hotel.

The rooms are a little old and dirty, also I found belongings of previous guests in the room. So I suppose the cleaning is not very thorough.
The spa center is superb! Bib pool and lot's of facilities: sauna, steam rooms tropical shower etc. Could spend there full day, very recommended.
Staff is helpful and attentive, special thanks to Luka at front desk.
Breakfast is tasty and varied, but the coffee is really poor, both in coffee machine and filtered one.

AAnonymous UserReception and lobby are in a very good condition. Make a noble impression in any case. However, the rooms are terrible. The carpet is extremely dirty and I don't want to start from the bathroom. There is a shower fungus, the shower has 3 functions, all hole water runs, accordingly the pressure is weak. As well, it is done in the washing basin. There is no soap, but a soap shell. The clothing was smaller than the clothing itself. We had a Deluxe room and were at 2, but it was only one chair on the balcony. Breakfast consisted of buffet and the 10 € â person are not worth it. The hot dishes were always cold, the bread was so dry as it was from the day before. I can't recommend this hotel.

AAnonymous UserIt's really really good. The location is right in front of the largest shopping mall in Podgorica. We booked a room for two adults and one child, and the front desk helped us change it to a room with three beds for free. The breakfast was also very rich, the fruit was delicious, the coffee was very fragrant, and they specially prepared hot water for the Chinese. It was really great. Although there is nothing to do in Podgorica, if you plan to stay here for one night, this hotel is really a very good choice
