1) cheguei de carro e ninguém atendeu o interfone. Quando finalmente cheguei à recepção, me disseram como um idiota que eu tinha que ligar para um número de hotel local para levantar a cancela. Lá dentro havia 40 vagas e dar marcha ré na rampa íngreme era quase impossível. Felizmente, depois de 10 minutos, um companheiro de viagem me emprestou um cartão de acesso. O hotel deve avisar os viajantes que o interfone da garagem está permanentemente quebrado. Especialmente porque fica a 200 metros de distância da recepção do hotel. 2) o check-in falou comigo como uma criança quando eu disse que não queria um quarto barulhento do lado voltado para a estrada de entrada principal do centro da cidade. Por fim, consegui um quarto tranquilo voltado para os fundos. O custo-benefício é bom, mas a recepção acolhedora é mediana. Nunca recebi um sorriso de nenhum recepcionista. The bed and pillow are comfortable, which I think is the most important point in choosing a hotel. The breakfast is rich and has many choices. The front desk service is very professional and thoughtful. It is a treasure hotel and I will recommend it to every friend who comes to Podgorica.

The hotel and all other services were good apart from the air conditioning. When we asked for lower temperature setting, the hotel said that the temperature is centralised and is set to hot mode. We couldn’t sleep at night because of the heat.
