Quando nos confrontamos com eles, eles disseram que estavam em diferentes refeições, pedimos que só lhes dasse sanduíche que negavam, quando dissemos que eles vieram depois de 11. Depois de reclamar e dizer à recepção, a resposta dele era principalmente defensiva e, finalmente, só lhe disse que podia discutir com o gerente superior.Era nosso tempo para sair da cidade como no nosso itinerário, então saímos do local como é.

Прекрасный отель, классный номер - брали делюкс с видом на горы ) Персонал очень доброжелательный, приветливый, завтраки шикарные 😊 На крыше бассейн с фантастическими рассветами и закатами 😍 Так же на крыше есть бар с нереальными видами) Отель находится на возвышенности, брали всегда такси и все ок, до центра не далеко.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the room size is suitable for three guests. The overall atmosphere is very pleasant, with a welcoming ambiance throughout the property. The staff are friendly, professional, and highly attentive. The rooftop pool offers a wonderful setting with a great view, and the food is excellent—particularly the dinner served at the rooftop restaurant. Overall, the hotel offers very good value for money considering the quality of service and facilities.

Very nice hotel, not far from Kandy's city center. We actually walked into town one day along the 2 lane winding road. The pool is very nice, there is a weight room to work out and a spa if you want a massage. Its very peaceful, has a nice view of nature and a nice little bar with some quality cocktails. If you are going to Kandy and you don't mind being a bit outside the city, this is a real good spot. I would post more pictures, but the site limits the size and its a lot of effort to shrink a photo just post it here.

The hotel hasn't done any maintenance in the rooms in years. Our room smelled like mold, and humidity. The shower kept changing temperature, sign of a bad water heater, and had sewage smell coming from the drainage. On our first night, the light switch in the bathroom started smoking and doing sparks everywhere - if we hadn't been there to call the reception right away, it would have been a severe fire hazard. The location is quite good as it is right on the lake, and Is a nice walk in the morning. The cleaners woke us up at 6.30 AM because they were slamming doors and screaming. I think this hotel is a 3star and not 4

整體感受不錯，老闆熱情，我説我連上wifi沒有網絡，立馬換了個路由器解決了，不過我是衝著浴缸去的，衞生間根本沒有，並且衹能放出涼水，安全性沒問題，晚上會關大門，衹是我是衹有天窗，但是沒異味，這點好評，唯一讓我無法給出5分的就是枕頭有股汗味和沒有浴缸，實在很抱歉

A bed was bad.We couldn’t have a good sleep and the AC is very noisy Not impressed, Not happy

Lovely view and soft, comfortable beds to sleep in for the night. The single, only problem I had was the waiter at the restaurant kept asking me, “are you okay, is everything good?” literally every 2 minutes. After saying “yes, thank you” multiple times, he stands there and starts a conversation, and once, just stands there and looks at me. The only thing I want to do is eat my food in peace. Lastly, after the only thing he brought me was a cappuccino (as it was a buffet so I fetch my own food), I gave a 1000 lkr tip. He was visibly upset with this and his over-friendliness completely disappeared. I didn’t dare to go back to the restaurant after this. Food was good, however!

酒店的位置比較偏僻，但裏面像莊園一樣。客房是類似於平層別墅的一張大床加一小床的房間，可以住三個成年人。房間衞生不錯，馬桶旁地漏容易積水。大床的床墊軟硬適中，落地門窗面向園內，景觀一流。雖然沒看到猴子來拍門，但各種鶯啼鳥囀不絕於耳，生態自然環境保護得很好👍早餐品種豐富，不衹是咖喱食物，還有不少培根燕麥類的，還有西瓜木瓜等熱帶水果。比較滿意的一次住宿
