Also good location and my room was overlooking view of the lake.  The check in took a long time and too many people at the lobby due to the check in machine was out of order.  Also too many people using the elevator and it should be improved somehow.  I don’t think I will come back for this hotel especially during peak season. There are many shops including twosome place and bhc checking and CU convinient store inside were convenient though.

This was a very pleasant place to stay before and after a hike in Seoraksan National Park. Lovely view from the balcony. Very clean and comfortable, and helpful staff! Very convenient location. The local bus to the national park is right across the street from the hotel, and the hotel is 10 minutes walk from the express bus terminal. I was pleasantly surprised by a washing machine in the room, which was great to clean my muddy clothes after my hike (you'll need your own laundry detergent). The room had a kitchenette with sink, hot plate, and full-size refrigerator and freezer. The only problem is there was no pot or pan to use on the hot plate, so I could not actually use it to warm my food (unless I would travel with my own pot)! It would be nice if the room provided a hair dryer and if the hotel had some breakfast option. The cafe downstairs offers only drinks, not food, and doesn't open until 11 a.m. The entryway light is motion activated, and there are many electronic buttons and panels around the room that emit light, so if you are sensitive to light while sleeping, you will have to cover your eyes with a sleep mask. Also note that it you close the sliding door between the bed and living area while the air conditioning is on, it will prevent the cold air from reaching the part of the room where the thermostat is located, so the air conditioner will remain on indefinitely, and the sleeping area will get very cold. The various panels for lights and temperature were a bit difficult to understand. English labels would be helpful. But the receptionist was helpful and came up to my room to show me how to use the air conditioning. The USB port on the nightstand worked some of the time and sometimes it didn't. I couldn't figure out if there was a switch or setting somewhere in the room to make it work, or if it was just malfunctioning.

Would like to commend front desk staff Jason for personally attending to our check-in. He had painstakingly showed us to our Block B apartment room helping to also push 1 of our bags. As the room did not provide us with a sunrise view, had requested for a room change for the 2nd night and Jason himself again personally came to help us with the room transfer movement. His good english was a also pleasant surprise.as also his charming attitude and smiling look. The resort should cherish such young & kind-hearted staff. Kudos to him! Also, there was a manager (unfortunately could not remember his name who had a christian name to his name tag and slightly burly sized) @ the indoor pool/spa reception who should be praised for also taking the trouble to allow us entry (though we did not book any slot) on our check out day for us to take some photo pics for remembrance. He actually helped us take our couple shot, took the time to showcase us the nice indoor pool and its magnificent balcony view before accompanying us out and showing us the way to the beach. Thank you kind sir! The fantastic service we received from above 2 gentlemen is really testament to Shillamonogram's astute and comprehensive staff training especially with focus on customer satisfaction. Well done Shillamonogram. Will certainly recommend the resort for a wonderful staycation.

The hotel is right by Dapao Port, just a few minutes' walk from the bus stop. The sea-view room was nice, the only downside is that there are many seafood vendors nearby, so opening the window brought in a strong fishy smell.

Como um novo hotel, as instalações do quarto eram satisfatórias, havia UMA mesa no quarto, então era bom comer o que comprei, e era bom que o banheiro, o chuveiro e a casa de banho fossem separados. A cama estava confortável e bem, MAS a água estava Muito Muito longe para ver se havia algum sabão no banheiro, então EU tive que o reparar no meio. No início, não era bom devido ao extraordinário cheiro no banheiro, mas foi adaptado rapidamente. A localização está perto de Sokcho, por isso é bom ir para o mercado. - Fui verificar às três, MAS não havia preparação para a multidão de usuários naquela altura, então tive de esperar para a chegada por Mais de UMA hora e meia. Não há nenhuma opção de check-in precoce, e tive de me inscrever no tablet e esperar no lobby SEM um copo. Não havia lugar para armazenar minha bagagem nesse tempo. Eu parti o tempo e viajei confortavelmente, MAS EU Fui lançado Mais de UMA hora e meia Como isto, e o horário FOI girado e desagradável. - A piscina de infinidade do telhado estava sob 1 + 1 promoção, então eu a usei, era UMA piscina aquecida, então era disponível apesar do tempo frio. No entanto, fiquei embaraçado porque não havia nenhuma orientação prévia sobre se as toalhas tinham sido fornecidas separadamente ou se deveriam ser trazidas da sala se não forem fornecidas. Eu originalmente entreguei toalhas, MAS EU tive que voltar para a sala depois de perguntar diretamente que eles tinham que ser trazidos por si próprios porque todos caíram. - A visão é UMA visão do oceano, MAS não se sente Como se há um Mar Na Frente de você, MAS é Como ver o Mar no final. - Em geral, as instalações eram satisfatórias e boas, mas era um hotel que ainda não estava sistematicamente preparado para conhecer os hóspedes. O pessoal era amigável, mas cada parte sentiu que a comunicação orgânica não era boa, e todas as desvantagens causadas por ela tinham de ser tratadas pelos convidados. Acho que deve pensar nisso e decidir ficar.

개인적으로 아무리 신라라지만 호텔 서비스 이용 요금이 너무 비싸요 수영장은 좋으나 야외 공사는 왜 자꾸하는것이며 특히 풀바 치킨은 쓰레기입니다 (시킬만한 메뉴도 없고... 어떻게 신라에서 이렇게 싸구려를 쓰냐고요ㅜㅜ) 또한 수영장 이용시 레지던스동과 호텔의 동선 연결이 안된점도 아쉽고요 아무리 새로 지은 호텔이래지만 진짜 새집 냄새로 눈이 너무 아팠습니다 애기도 이틀내내 눈아파해서 병원까지 다녀왔어요ㅜ 그 외 좋았던점은 호텔 직원들이 친절하십니다. 바람이 많이 부는날 레지던스 야외 수영장은 정말 좋았습니다 마지막으로 바라는점이 있다며 키즈프로그램이 더 있었으면 좋겠습니다 (제주 신라처럼요)

Acordar com a vista para o mar foi relaxante e revigorante. A limpeza do quarto e de todo o hotel era impecável. No entanto, alguns pontos poderiam ser melhorados. As comodidades eram bastante limitadas. Não havia produtos de higiene pessoal disponíveis, o que não chegou a ser um problema, mas tê-los teria tornado a estadia mais conveniente. Além disso, o acesso à piscina, sauna e academia exigia pagamento à parte, o que foi um pouco decepcionante, visto que muitos hotéis costumam incluir essas instalações. O café da manhã era agradável, embora tivesse um custo adicional. Era bom, mas nada de extraordinário. No geral, o melhor deste hotel é a bela vista e o atendimento cordial e prestativo da equipe. Se você procura um lugar limpo com uma vista incrível e não se importa em pagar um pouco mais por comodidades extras, esta pode ser uma boa opção.

Nice clean and spacioua. Lots of place to eat near btly. Close from centeal market and beaches. Has heated pool nintendo switch and kids cafe. Nice for families.

Central location - within walking distance of the Express Bus Station from Seoul. Has free parking with the car lift -convenient. Within walking distance to the Sokcho beach. Breakfast buffet was included in the package - the same buffet for the 4 days there - would be better if there is variation. Loved the freshly squeezed fruti juice! Still great to have ba full breakfast before my walks at Seoraksan National Park. My room has a great view of the Seoraksan mountains and the lake. Unfortunately, cannot view the sunrise from the room. Had to pay extra for the rooftop pool and we didn't find a time to visit.

It was a last minute reservation we have made to enjoy our national holiday and it surely was a great decision! The location of this resort is in prime spot right next to the Dae-po dock where for the seafood lovers you are in for a delight of fresh and cost efficient sashimi and steamed crabs. Not only that, the resort itself was very resourceful for the families who bring their youngs - massive indoor playground - arcade for the little gamers - quiet family friendly walk way into the shorelines - indoor water park (Stopping here because my fingers hurt trying to write everything down!) Lastly, the rooms were cleaned at exceptional quality with the ocean view. Definitely coming back here next year!
