"This hotel just opened this year, so all the facilities are brand new and perfect. The decor is exquisite, and the room is spacious and bright. Mitsukoshi and Fukuya department stores are right outside the door. The hotel service is incredibly attentive and thoughtful. On the second day, our room wasn't restocked with drinking water, but when we reported it to the front desk, they immediately sent some up. Their prompt resolution of guest issues is excellent, making for a fantastic stay! The only minor feedback I have is that there was a layer of dust on the bedside table and TV remote."

"Hotel was clean and conveniently located near a family mart. Service was great! We managed to check in and send our luggages with the assistance of the staff smoothly. The hotel gym is 24hrs as well - it is an Anytime fitness gym - fully equipped gym. Very pleased with the equipment inside. You can gain access by going to the front desk for some key card, or you can just use your own AF keyfob.
Room however, was very small for 2 packs even with small-mid sized luggages."

"The hotel offers aesthetically impressive rooms that match the pictures, with the breathtaking view surpassing all expectations in person. The staff also provided excellent service in accommodating food intolerances. Unfortunately, the culinary experience was disappointing; the food was too mild and underwhelming for the price paid. Furthermore, the Onsen facility was inadequate: it lacked variety with only 2 warm pools and a steam sauna, offered no varying water temperatures (and the cold plunge pool was not cold enough). Additionally, the desired peaceful atmosphere was disrupted by having more of a socializing gathering in the onsen, which lowered the overall impression and value of the wellness area. In summary: excellent rooms but we would have expected more value for money regarding the food and spa."

"ナイトクルーズがなんと言っても良かったです。
ライトアップされた厳島神社の大鳥居も近くで見れましたし、夜空の星を見るだけでもなんだか癒されリフレッシュしました。お部屋も和室で広々。オーシャンビューで夕焼けも朝焼けも綺麗でした。
小さいですが鳥居も見えました。
食事も私たち夫婦にはちょうど良い感じでした。
薄味で重い揚げ物とかないのが逆に良かったです。"

RRustyGVery grand hotel, dated in the age of build. Very clean bathroom and beds. Amazing, grand entrance way. Very close to sightseeing areas and local sighseening bus stops. Excellent view of the city. Lots of personal amenity provided (toothbrush etc). Access to gym/fitness centre is additional (substantial) costs.
Lovely staff with excellent English.

BBlueBulbInitially i wanted to book a hotel somewhere in the downtown. But the breakfast and the dinner here caught my eyes. Also the view of the inland islands.
I stayed 2 nights here, I came from Fukuoka where my plane landed. The taxi fare from hiroshima station to the hotel is about 3000-3500 yen.
There is free hotel shuttle bus but i did not take it. Also, there is public bus stopping right outside the hotel (which i found out later).
Though the hotel is old, it is well kept and clean.
The staff were very eager to assist the guests and there is always a smile on the face.
I was given the 17th floor facing east. But the morning sun was too bright. Though it didnt matter much to me.
Another reason i booked this hotel is they have speed boat counter for Miyajima island. I booked one way there as I have the JR pass for return and I have plans after.
One way ticket from hotel to Miyajima is 2400 yen and return is 4500 yen.
There is a convenience store in the hotel.
But I believe they closes at 2200.
Also, there is hot spring in the hotel.
There is a usage charge for it, but i do not recall the price as i did not use.
I went up to the bar on the 1st night. The view was great. Most importantly the price are reasonable too.
For both days, i ate at the chinese restaurant for breakfast.
1st day was Japanese breakfast set.
2nd day was Japanese buffet style breakfast.
They were delicious.
The western and Japanese buffet breakfast at the top floor were very crowded. But they had more selections.
For my return trip to Beppu, I used the concierge (bell desk) to send my big luggage to Fukuoka. The price was okay.
I took the hotel shuttle bus go Hiroshima station. It was a pleasant ride.
Do take note it is first come first serve and there’s a queue.
I will stay here again, should I come back to Hiroshima.

Ssplatour original hotel booking at mitsui garden got force cancelled due to maintenance so this hotel was our alternative & it did not disappoint!
service : front desk & staff were very friendly & allowed to store our luggages till evening the next day! [10/10]
room : size was alright for the price, very clean [10/10]
location : amazing, located within walking distance of hiroshima station [10/10]
cost : amazing, given that this was our alternative offered as compensation, its amazing [10/10]

GGuest UserThe location is incredibly convenient. The airport shuttle is right downstairs, and you can directly access the JR and Shinkansen stations from the second floor. Shopping and getting around are super easy. The hotel service is excellent. They have a happy hour every night from 5-7 PM with half-price drinks, and you can even order sushi and tempura at reasonable prices. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

1. Excellent location.
2. Service was very good.
3. The hotel is quite new.
4. All basic facilities are well-equipped.
5. Breakfast was very rich and varied.
6. They were very accommodating to our two adults and two children. We booked the room for adults, and only had to pay a small difference and buy children's breakfast upon check-in, which was really great.
Cons:
1. The hotel's parking lot is very small and often full. The other two parking lots are quite far, so we just found another parking spot nearby.
2. Dinner on December 30th (New Year's Eve price) for two adults and two children was 21,000 JPY, but the food was really mediocre. Compared to the excellent breakfast and lunch, it was a bit disappointing. Breakfast and lunch, however, were both very good and highly recommended.
3. I've stayed at three Hilton hotels in Japan (Tokyo Disney, Hiroshima, Nagasaki), and none of them have a consistent policy for children. It's always best to call or email ahead to confirm when staying with kids. However, this hotel's extra charge was minimal, which was very considerate.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel was conveniently located right next to Hiroshima station, which is good for planning day trips. There is also a 7-11 and Lawson store right at the ground floor. The rooms were comfortably large for two people and the beds were comfortable. Overall, an excellent stay and highly recommended. A room for improvement would be to consider providing bigger/more pillows for the beds - one small pillow may not beto everyone’s liking. Also, I felt the reception staff were a bit stingy when they declined my request for more bottled water after finishing the ones in the room…

BBipin kandelI had a very pleasant stay at ANA Crowne Plaza Hiroshima. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable and relaxing. The rooms were neat, tidy, and had everything I needed.
The staff were polite and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The location is also very convenient, close to major attractions and easy to access.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hiroshima. I would definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserThe number of guests on the app did not match the hotel plan.
However, the plan was listed as an available slot, so I should have wondered about it, but I made the reservation without thinking about it. On the day, the number of guests did not match, so I was a little flustered, but the hotel accepted it and dealt with it, which was a relief.
The kaiseki dinner at night was also delicious and looked great!
The location was great and we traveled by car, but there were two parking lots, so it was convenient to go to Miyajima.
At night, there is a dragon boat that allows you to see Itsukushima Shrine, and it is a service that can be enjoyed by people of all ages and genders. I didn't have time to ride it this time, but next time I would like to adjust my schedule to include a private bath and use it.
The guests seemed to be couples of all ages, families with small children, and business entertaining!
