Nós fomos bem no conjunto, mas há muitas coisas a ver, sendo um hotel de 4 estrelas.
Digamos que desde as avaliações, tínhamos expectativas muito mais altas. A piscina bonita, bastante pequena para o número de lugares disponíveis na estrutura, poucos descansos e falta de outros em equipamento a adicionar. Se depois do pequeno-almoço não te colocas num parafuso, é certo que depois de 1h não encontraste mais lugar e estavas obrigado a sentar-te nas mesas, apesar das casas de banho na piscina.
Outro pecado, coxas demasiado baixas para dormir, quase inexistentes, pedi um coxinho extra e por ter sido quase obrigado a implorar porque me tinha sido dito inicialmente que ” estavam acabados” , Quando, em seguida, no controlo cuidadoso, foi encontrado um coxo para poder ter.
A comida é boa, mas há algo para rever sobre a qualidade.
Cortar miserável, trazeram-nos 2 pedaços de parmigiano e duas mozzarellinas, o resto todos salmões reciclados do pequeno-almoço.
Os quartos espaçosos, limpeza impecável de todo o hotel.
A spa é absolutamente a ver, os preços são ótimos!
A falta de pessoal, apesar do período de ferragoste, foi sentida nas várias exigências feitas, mesmo apenas na espera muito frequentemente, de um spritz a bordo piscina.
Diria que se houvesse mais de um tipo de acontecimentos, este hotel poderia ser um bom lugar, mas nós fugimos, um pouco insatisfeitos.

Die Lage des Hotels war optimal. Die Anlage selbst ist weitläufig, direkt mit Meerzugang. Am Pool und Strand standen ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung. Unser Zimmer war groß und ausgestattet mit Fernseher, Kühlschrank und Safe. Im Zimmer und auch in der Anlage gibt es Ecken mit Schönheitsfehlern, die man auch ”weggucken” kann. Wlan ist im ganzen Bereich verfügbar. Der Service im Frühstücksraum hat sich bemüht. Man muss jede Tasse Kaffee einzeln bestellen, was manchmal bis zu 10 Minuten dauert. Auch beim Brot muss man darauf hinweisen, dass nachgelegt werden könnte. Ansonsten war das Frühstücksangebot sehr gut. Weiteres haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen. Alles in allem - es ist noch Luft nach oben.

Gostei muito deste hotel! Fica a uma curta distância a pé da estação de trem e da marina, e está localizado no centro histórico da cidade. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e prestativos. O quarto estava muito limpo, especialmente o banheiro, graças à camareira! Ela faz um trabalho incrível. A cama e os travesseiros eram confortáveis. Resumindo, este hotel foi ótimo. O café da manhã também era bom. Recomendo!

Atendimento bom a regular, dependendo dos empregados que nos tenham recebido, sobretudo no balcão principal
Instalações boas a excelentes. Os quantos da torre são algo estranhos, com uma casa de banho sobre-dimensionada retirando espaço ao quarto que acabou por parecer-nos de dimensões reduzidas, mas provavelmente deve-se à arquitectura do edifício. Em contrapartida, as áreas comuns eram excelentes

EEUN-MIIt is located in the Chia Laguna, one of the clusters of 4 and 5 stars of hotels. Beautifully managed landscapes and access to private beaches make this resort very attractive. However, it is for those who don't care about the quality of the hotel and for those who want to just sleep at night and take the most of the activities outside of the room. In terms of quality of the room, it requires lots of attention. You are most likely to enter your room through the sliding door, and then there is your bed, and there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, bidet, and the sink. The bed is not comfortable, and there is a weird sewage smell coming from the bathroom, we had to spray our perfume and close the bathroom door, and leave the bathroom windows open. Typically, the hotel bathroom is a joy to enter, but this bathroom was one of those bathrooms that wanted to get out as fast as possible, especially with sewage smell. I had to dry my hair outside of bathroom so the sewage smell doesn't get to my hair. (Enough said) On top of our not-so-impressed experience, our neighbor left the TV on loud and party in their room until 3am, we couldn't sleep at all. Contacted the front desk at 1am, but loud noise still continued. Thank God, we only had to stay 1 night. I would have looked for another hotel if we had to stay one more night. Hotel reservations came with 2 meals, breakfast, and a dinner buffet. It was one of the worst food experiences not only in Italy but also in all the places we have ever been. At a glance, the buffet seemed fine and attractive, but as soon as we started tasting the food, we felt right away, we cannot expect much. Most of the dishes were extremely salty, lacked flavors, and the quality of each ingredient was bad compared to the dishes that we experienced in Cagliari.
If you only care about the location and the beautiful beach access, this is the place for you, but if you care about all the aspects of what the resort hotel supposed to offer, it might be wise to either spend a bit more money and stay at either Curio or Conrad properties or consider different location or hotels. Hope this review helps you to decide where to stay in Chia Laguna.

GGuest UserA short walk from the Santa Gallura ARST drop off in the centre of Olbia to the Hotel.
It is modern, spotlessly clean, comfortable with a lovely pool area and a spa.
It was close to the rail station to catch the train to Cagliari.
The hotel staff were friendly,
helpful and one excellent English especially a young lady named Sofia.
We enjoyed an excellent buffet breakfast in a vast unusual dining room auditorium.
Tea/coffee making facilities would have made our stay perfect.
Highly recommended
Would love to share photos but don't know how to send from phone to tablet.

TThi Thuy AnBeautiful, new hotel in a secluded location on the north western part of Sardinia. We loved the modern interiors, pool area and super comfy bed. Hotel lobby staff were helpful and welcoming. Overall we had a wonderful stay however we felt there are a few things the hotel could do to improve the guest experience especially for a 5 star hotel: 1. We noticed mould in the corners of the shower and on the shower head. Perhaps cleaning staff do not do a thorough clean or think to treat the mould problem which is disappointing for a new hotel; 2. Pool and room service menu is pricey and very limited with only a few options. We don’t mind paying hotel prices however felt the menu wasn’t as appetising and ended up eating outside the hotel the whole time except for breakfast. Given the location away from the town, the hotel could offer simple item like pizza to keep guests in the hotel. Breakfast was great with many sweet pastry options however had limited hot food like eggs, sausages and bacon only; 3. The room we were in felt like an earthquake and startled us each time the guests below us entered and exited their room.

The staff of the tower are somewhat strange, with a over-dimensioned bathroom taking space to the room that finally seemed to be small but probably due to the architecture of the building. In contrast, common areas were excellent.
Food OK, but could be more focused on regional products

GGuest UserMy 9yo son and I stayed at this resort in mid-October. The weather was just ok for sunbathing and swimming but not hot. The resort is in a pretty spot but there is nothing else close by. The resort and rooms are very nice and in off-season great value. Trip.com had a very good price. Our room had its own little garden which was lovely. The restaurant was ridiculously overpriced. I didn’t actually mind the prices but the food was average. Steak actually presented good value for money. The breakfast buffet (included) was copious and excellent. Service was very good. Generally a very relaxing stay. Whilst nothing nearby for eating (San Teodoro was disappointing) Olbia is only 30 mins away.

HHenaI loved the location - near Lidls (perfect for stocking up for beach trips). Also near Decathalon.
But they gave us 2 single beds and we were on a honeymoon claiming I had requested it. Their system is getting orders mixed up, as my actual request they didn't have in their system. Breakfast is decent, scrambled eggs every day which were good, but as someone who doesn't eat meat would be good for more choices. There were croissants, yoghurt, water. I'd stay here again. I also used their turkish steam spa which was lovely - easy to book in your time. Room decent size too.

We stayed for a week, the Arbatax Resort is very large, built on the small mountain slope of the tropical style, there are three different styles of private beaches, it should be the most beautiful beach resort we have ever stayed in! The water temperature in the central and eastern parts is also very comfortable. It is much warmer than the water temperature in the north. Be sure to bring diving 🤿 supplies, tropical fish 🐠 seaweed sea urchins. The seafood resources are too rich! Four swimming pools, several restaurants, Italian dishes will not disappoint you! Buffet breakfast is recommended to go to the outdoor terrace on the second floor, the exterior is invincible! Tennis and padel are a bit expensive! However, you can participate in the daily group fitness class for free, and the coach is a sexy private tutor from Florence! The car can't enter the village, and you need to do a free bus to the parking lot at the gate 🅿️! You can also walk to the parking lot, uphill downhill good to digest some Italian food!

GGuest UserThe beach is not ideal, water is not directly accessible from the beach due to sea coral, one has to walk down the pier to get into the sea. The staff are very professional and wonderful, very happy with the service, good breakfast with plenty of verity. The rooms are very small, would have been nicer if they were slightly roomier. Pool service could also be improved, more verity, such as fruits etc. Evening drinks are nice with very good live music. Had dinner at the hotel once, food was good, service was a bit slow out of the kitchen.

GGuest UserWe really enjoyed the Blu hotel Morisco. The amenities were great, the shower and fridge were excellent and the bed very comfortable. The balcony was also excellent. The service here was always fantastic, nice to see some young and smiling faces, who were pleasant to chat to. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with great coffee options, barista or machine made. Overall, I would highly recommend!

The spa is wonderful! The service is great! The bed is very comfortable! Cleaning 2 times a day.
In 5 minutes they will bring everything you need to your room.
The only thing was that there was no bath salt.
They forgot to turn on the heating regulator when checking in.
