O hotel é muito novo e o design do quarto é único, embora o quarto não seja grande, as instalações são novas e muito interessantes. O café da manhã é rico e adequado aos gostos asiáticos. O hotel é o edifício mais alto do bairro e tem uma boa vista. Fica a cerca de 35 minutos a pé da Basílica de São Marcos. Adequado para amigos que gostam de caminhar. Se você quiser estar mais perto do centro da cidade, considere o Westin e o Sheraton. Há um restaurante muito delicioso perto do hotel.

Cosy, boutique -style hotel decorated with whimsical touches. Friendly staff, free and fast Wi-Fi, good water pressure and a small basement gym. Limited, though adequate breakfast buffet selection. My room's mattress showed its age as it was sagging to one side. Staff were prompt in retrieving lost property and posting to my next destination. As Zagreb is a compact city, the hotel is within easy walking distance to all major attractions, with convenience stores at the doorstep and the central train station 2 blocks away.

Hotel muito agradável com ótimas comodidades: bebida de boas-vindas, piscina, academia e spa (custo extra). Havia também um espaço/bar na cobertura (não fui ver) - a equipe da recepção foi muito insistente para atrair pessoas, oferecendo um desconto de 10% no consumo. O quarto era muito agradável e limpo, com uma smart TV de boas-vindas com o nome do hóspede, água, café e chá gratuitos. Havia também um painel inteligente para controlar as luzes e o ar-condicionado. O quarto esquentava e a temperatura não parecia corresponder ao termostato do ar-condicionado. A cama era confortável, porém o colchão era duro; pode ser um pouco difícil encontrar conforto se você estiver acostumado a um colchão mais macio. O hotel é um paraíso para os amantes da arte; havia obras de arte do artista Boris Bućan em todos os espaços públicos e no quarto - o hotel ofereceu uma visita guiada para ver tudo. Ótima localização e perto de muitas atrações turísticas, restaurantes e supermercados.

O hotel é cercado por escritórios. Não é muito conveniente para pontos turísticos nem para restaurantes. Reservamos um quarto para duas pessoas, mas o hotel só oferece um conjunto de comodidades. Chegamos mais cedo do que o horário de check-in e a recepcionista pareceu um pouco irritada, talvez seja o estilo de expressão deles.

Hotel is located conveniently, especially if traveling by car. When I arrived, while taking a shower I realized that the bath drain was clogged and had to clean it myself (as I was already soaking wet). Obviously, clearing out other people's hairs wasn't my idea of a well maintained bath in a 4-star hotel so I complained at the reception. They apologised, but it was all a bit too late. In general, the shower could use some TLC as the toiletry shelf inside the shower was not clean as well (had some mold on it). Other then that, the room was adequate, and the location of the hotel allows for a good sleep, even with windows open as it is far enough from busy streets. Breakfast was mediocre - croissants were semi-baked, almost raw inside and definitely just baked to finish from frozen (not freshly made in hotel bakery). The selection of food was meh, but it wasn't horrible.

The location is excellent, go out and turn left 500 meters to the central square. The service is excellent, and the lobby bar is great. The disadvantage is that the room is small. A century-old historical building, originally a bank, was changed to a hotel last year. The rooms have minimal decoration.

First things I like to express my appreciation to Toni at front desk who's very friendly welcoming my first day check in and helping me when I have problem with rental car. He really put his effort making so many calls when the rental car didn't response well, but finally all problem solved. And he sent his regard throe his friend at front desk on my second check in after 7 days traveling to Split and Dubrovnik, his name also Tony and he also very friendly. Thanks to both of you Toni & Tony ( I hope I didn't wrong spelling your name ) It's highly recommend for all type of traveler, the room is very quite, I can't hear anything from next room or outside, sleep like a baby. I love the spacious shower room and all luxury amenities. If not mistaken I think this is a brand new hotel. Since i drive a car, for me location is not important, 8 minutes drive to the old town, not too far. I like the neighborhood is so quite. Breakfast has many menus and tasty too. Overall is perfect , one thing I don't like is the dimming lights. If they have a brighter light, I will be so happy. The W By LJ is my youtube channel if you like to see my review video

離機場很近，十歐元就夠了，不需要提前約，優步隨時可以叫到車。就是去市裡面有點遠。早餐還可以吧，有中國人能吃的烤腸香腸累的食物。
