The room was nice and clean. My main issue with the hotel is the misleading advertisement about offering a shuttle bus to and from the airport. It turns out that they don't provide a shuttle bus to and from the airport after 11:00 PM, and they don't offer such service on the weekends, starting on Friday. These are essential details that the hotel should have shared online to give customers clarity of choice. I arrived around 11:30 PM at the airport and called the hotel. They said that they had stopped the shuttle bus service at 11:00 PM. When I arrived at the hotel and asked about the shuttle bus for the next day, Saturday, since I had a morning flight, they told me that they don't offer such service on the weekend. I chose this hotel because of the shuttle bus service they claimed to offer. This service is not acceptable for travellers due to a lack of clear communication regarding the shuttle service's schedule, which is critical information for travel customers.

Represented good value for money. Room was well equipped with its own mini kitchen. Good sized bathroom, especially by French standards. We were a little disappointed by breakfast as item replenishment was very slow and choice not as good as other Odalys Hotels, although maybe because demand for breakfast was lower.

Très bon hôtel, récent, doté de prestations et d’un personnel de grande qualité. Je recommande sans réserve.

Nice Apart hotel located right by the amphitheater of Nimes. Really good location as close to all the main sites. About a 10mins walk from the station. The room had everything from TV, microwave oven, hob etc. Perfect for eating in and good location for dining out with lots of options. There was some ongoing roadworks outside the hotel - however this wasn’t an issue as was able to move about - and there was very minimal noise from the roadworks. All in all - nice hotel.

Excellent accueil Boisson offerte en attendant la mise à disposition des chambres Propreté et service impeccable. Le petit HIC: au moment du départ, on m’annonce: 1) le paiement des boissons offertes à l’arrivée 🧐 Après explication, je n’ai rien payé 2) le paiement de deux petits déjeuné (44€) que j’aurais pris??????? Alors que j’étais chez des amis pour prendre le petit déjeuner chez eux. Ça veut dire que n’importe qui peut utiliser les services de la restauration sur le compte d’autrui Je veux signaler que j’ai terminé mon agréable séjour sur une fausse note 🫤

Este hotel está muito próximo (virtualmente em frente) da Estação Central de Toulouse. Meu quarto ficava no nível 7, com boas vistas da cidade. O quarto tem todas as comodidades padrão, incluindo uma pequena cozinha com pratos e talheres. Há BBC na TV, mas não CNN, que é o padrão geral na Europa em hotéis de 3 a 4 estrelas. O banheiro era muito grande e o chuveiro era excepcional. O ar condicionado também foi fácil de usar e funcionou de forma eficaz. No entanto, há um depósito de 150 euros, mesmo quando você pagou antecipadamente a reserva. Isto não foi claramente indicado no momento da reserva. Este é o chamado ”depósito de segurança”, é necessário para cobrir a perda de pratos, copos e facas / garfos que desaparecem. Eles tentaram insistir para que eu usasse cartão de crédito para esse pagamento, mas decidi pagar em dinheiro. O único problema com os depósitos de segurança é que eles geralmente levam muitas semanas para retornar aos cartões internacionais de débito e crédito. Outras questões sobre este local: A apenas 1 minuto a pé do hotel há um excelente minimercado, que vende coisas como gelo, bebidas alcoólicas e uma variedade de saladas. Embora este hotel seja conveniente para a estação central e supermercados, fica a cerca de 2 a 3 km a pé das principais atrações turísticas de Toulouse - catedrais e praças. Se você vier visitar Toulouse para visitar a Airbus (Factory Tour e Museu), o trem do metrô sai da área da estação central, com transferência adicional para um bonde. O tempo total de viagem é de 1 hora. Se você viajar para o aeroporto, o ônibus expresso do aeroporto sai da zona da Estação Central (cerca de 2 minutos a pé do hotel). A tarifa é de 9 euros, o que é caro para uma viagem de 25 a 30 minutos. O primeiro ônibus sai às 5h e os ônibus operam a cada 15 a 20 minutos. Existem formas mais baratas de chegar ao aeroporto, mas isso requer ligações de metro, eléctrico e/ou autocarro.

O hotel era realmente bonito, localização excelente!O pequeno-almoço é Muito bonito e tudo é delicioso.O pessoal era amigável e profissional.De certeza que ficaria lá novamente.

Great experience at Social Hub Toulouse ♥️ The rooms are quiet, modern and the bed is very comfortable. The service is very nice. The location is great : next to a metro station and a car parking, about 10 minutes from the center town by feet and 2 minutes from the wonderful japonese garden 🏮

El lugar es bellísimo, elegante y acogedor, la habitación estaba impoluta, muy acogedora y excelentemente iluminada, el parking es justo bajo la ventana así que no hay pérdida, hay que llegar pronto al desayuno o lo pierdes jejeje pero vale mucho la pena, la zona verde es muy muy agradable y relajante. Sin duda volveré en verano

Lit pas confortable, sommier très bas qui ne correspond pas au matelas, sommier je pense d'un BZ! Ensuite, le canapé qui est un BZ n'ai pas confortable pour regarder la tv. Apparemment très mal isolé, on entend les voisins très tard dans la soirée, le reste ça va.
