O South Burlington Precisa de um carro para chegar a Burlington. Eles têm um autocarro, embora isso vá às dez horas, acho que a cama real com banho não existe, o banheiro é um Tipo de escola antiga. O check-in pode ser lento (aguardado em linha por um pouco).Os frigoríficos no quarto, mas não há microondas, existem no lobby. A sala de fitness está bem, a piscina interior está bonita, a sala de fitness não está 24 horas.
Hotel is nonsmoking. Needed to sign a form stating that we would not smoke in room. Great as we are nonsmokers. Room however smelled of smoke!!!! Quite a bit, about a 4/10. We were able to open windows and air it out. Able to stay, but irritated my eyes.
The smoke smell was the worse. Didn't expect too much for price compared to other local lodging.
Room was well cleaned and spacious but out dated and in need of some repairs. Faucet handle was broken on sink, Window screen on window that worked well was missing. Other window with screen needed to be propped up to stay open.
Pool looked nice.
Room was clean, front desk staff friendly, good location.
The location of the hotel is very good. It is located in the green mountain scenic area. It can ski in winter, enjoy the red leaves in autumn, and the service is very good. The rooms are medium in size and the two queen beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is average, and free coffee and tea is good throughout the day. There are gyms, swimming pools, SPAs, and the location of the rooms on the mountainside feels good. The traffic to the surrounding scenic spots is also very convenient. The network signal in the mountains is not good, and the hotel's Wi-Fi is no problem.
We were visiting the University of Vermont, which is 7 min away by car. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good and check-in and check-out were speedy. Behind the hotel is a supermarket and a Walgreens. A McDonalds and other restaurants very close. I would recommend it anytime.
O quarto era limpo e bom, o serviço era excelente, MAS você Pode ouvir as pessoas apanhar três quartos longe e as pessoas no hall sentem-se no SEU quarto.Acorda-me 4 vezes EM UMA Hora de 6 horas.Não vou voltar
The hotel was clean and in great condition. The staff was fantastic and friendly and always went the extra mile. The breakfast was great with many options and again the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Pool was clean and the kids had fun. I would 100% stay at this hotel again and I recommend it to others. Their service, care, friendliness and customer service should be a benchmark to all hotel and customer service representatives
Quando me apresentei, EU estava entusiasmado com a falta de ajuda Da menina Na recepção. Perguntei-lhe se havia algum parche de bombinhas Na área local e ELA me disse para o Google. Outra recepção me deu UMA lista completa de actividades locais, MAS não me pediu.O quê?O menu online é Muito bonito, MAS não é o mesmo que o restaurante. Não há placa de queijo disponível, por exemplo. Além disso, o local era Muito bonito e o pessoal era Muito bonito.
The front desk person Maria was so nice and so was security/ shuttle driver Scott (?). Such friendly staff eas appreciated after a long trip and late check in. The room was very clean and you can tell that the property was well maintained.
I made a reservation for a few friends. The hotel is close to the airport, facilities, services, breakfast, etc. are ok, the service is good, but it is just to enjoy the autumn season, the hotel's price/performance ratio is not high.

MMAOYONGThis is the second time I have booked this hotel, the transportation is more convenient, there are a lot of parking spaces, free parking, the variety of hotel breakfast is OK, but there are fewer restaurants to eat nearby.
GGuest UserThe hotel was immaculate and the staff were so friendly. The pool was a great way to keep the children entertained, and they even had some pool toys available over the weekend. The Christmas decorations were absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was cooked to perfection—I’m sure there’s a fantastic cook on staff. Coffee and tea are complimentary in reception and always in a clean area.
The one-bedroom king suite had a lovely kitchenette, which was perfect for cooking up a storm. The location was great, just a short walk to a shopping centre, Target, Dave’s Hot Chicken, Chipotle and a few other shops. It’s also a short drive to town, and there’s plenty of parking available.
The room is usually cleaned upon request, but once you ask, it’s done.
One thing that could have been improved was the sofa bed. It was quite uncomfortable, and since we booked the room for a family of four, it would have been lovely if the bed had been made for us on the first night. Unfortunately, we noticed some reddish-brown stains on the mattress, which were quite unsightly and could have been blood or some kind of spillage.
KKatieWhen we arrived, the front desk staff were very kind and welcoming. We were told we could eat at the restaurant right off the lobby so we planned to eat dinner there. When we arrived at the restaurant 20 mins later, they told us we could not eat there unless we had made prior reservations due to a wedding they had next door. The lady told us “we have to prioritize the wedding of 200 people”. I asked where we should eat and the lady shrugged. One of the waiters, who was very kind apologized and recommended the bar . They had some dishes from their restaurant menu. We were pretty irritated because we were both exhausted and the lady was very rude to us. We watched 20+ people get turned away from eating dinner due to this wedding. I completely understand that they need to focus on a wedding and the food for the wedding, however we should’ve been told about this when we arrived that the restaurant wasn’t available unless we had already made a reservation. The resort is very nice and there was a lot of fun things you can do there, but some of the staff were quite unkind.
PPorcupine12tradeBest hotel I have ever stayed in. The location is great and convenient, rooms are clean spacious and nicely deco. Most impressive, the staff are very friendly and helpful. My children and I stayed at AC mid December. We are so thankful and grateful for their help when our bus back to Boston did not turn up after a 2-3hr wait at the bus stop and it was -11degC in the evening. We had to wait for another 7hr for the next available bus. We needed a warm place to wait in and we decided to head back to AC hotel, hoping to wait at the lobby. The young lady at the reception was sympathetic and kindly suggested we rest at the lounge and make ourselves comfortable. the staff at the lounge after hearing about our situation came over to offer snacks and gave advice about our bus. Shortly after, the young lady at the reception offered us a room so we can rest better till we could catch the next available bus. Thanks to AC hotel staff, they made our wait so much more comfortable and turned an unfortunate event into a heart warming experience.
GGuest UserVery nice place and location excellent. When I first checked in, I was underwhelmed by the lack of help from the girl at reception. I asked her if there were any pumpkin patches locally and she told me to Google it. Another reception lady later gave me a whole list of local activities without even asking. The whip was lovely but the online menu is not the same as the one in the restaurant. There is no cheese board available for example. Parking was tough at times. Other than that the place was very nice and staff were lovely.
GGuest UserSouth Burlington definitely need a car to get to Burlington proper. They do have a shuttle bus though that runs to like ten pm I think. The king bed with bath doesn’t exist , the bathtub is kind of old school. Checking in can be slow (waited in line for a bit). Refrigerators in room but no microwave, one exist in lobby. Gym is ok, indoor swimming pool is nice, gym isn’t 24 hours. Room was ok.
GGuest UserThe fire pjt was excellent at night for a quiet wind down. The room could probably be cleaner or maintained better as the pipe in the room are quite obvious and can see the holes near the edge of all walls inside the guest room. but appreciate it as the hotel is located at a country side.
My personal white bath towel was taken away by the housekeeping team because it looked similar to the hotel's towel. luckily it was found right before we check out. Thanks to the concierge and housekeeping team.
