O hotel é limpo e bem localizado. O buffet de café da manhã era bastante extenso e variado, embora a qualidade não fosse excelente. Pedi ao garçom ovos pochê ou fritos, mas eles não ofereceram. A piscina era boa, mas faltava um pouco de sombra e, como estava bastante quente, foi difícil tirar um cochilo, por exemplo. No geral, eu recomendaria para estadias curtas, com a grande vantagem de ser ideal para famílias.

Instalações e localização de qualidade. Um local que convida ao relaxamento e ao desfrute tanto das instalações quanto da área. Eu colocaria um mas... pais de crianças pequenas, um spa não é um parque aquático, é um lugar de descanso e relaxamento. Se você está procurando diversão para as crianças, procure um parque aquático ou outro centro de lazer e se não, respeite aqueles de nós que buscam a essência de um spa. O Hotel deveria cuidar mais desses detalhes reduzindo o horário com crianças e regras mais rígidas porque eu acho vergonhoso que eles permitam a entrada de crianças com boias ou braçadeiras, isso já diz muito sobre suas intenções, caso contrário, os clientes que procuram relaxar não usarão o spa.

Easy to get to from either the airport or train station, prime location on the stunning Riazor beach (if you’re able to, upgrade to a sea view room – the views are spectacular) with plenty of nearby shops/restaurants including a convenience store next door. The hotel has been extensively renovated and you can tell – I especially liked the reception area which had lots of comfy seating as well as computers and reading material. The room itself was excellent – clean, modern and comfortable with all the facilities you’d expect (kettle, mini fridge, safe, hair dryer, large TV), though the stunning view out the window was the biggest plus. Breakfast was fabulous, with sweet and savoury options as well as a cooked offering too. I had a fantastic stay and wish I could have stayed for longer – would definitely return, no questions asked.

Serviço: O atendimento é caloroso e a senhora da recepção é muito simpática e paciente em ouvir suas necessidades.
Ambiente: decoração estilo chinês dos anos 90, mais elevadores, o que é mais conveniente

O quarto é bem amplo, a cama king size tem 2 metros de largura e os produtos de higiene pessoal são completos. A localização é fácil de encontrar, há estacionamento gratuito, uma academia no térreo e uma piscina externa. É a primeira escolha para viagens autônomas.

GGuest UserWe were very disappointed with our recent stay at this hotel (Room 210, April 13–14). Unfortunately, the experience was far from restful. The guests in the room directly above us (likely two Spanish men) were speaking loudly and even shouting until 3–4 am, making it impossible for us to sleep especially frustrating after a long day of walking the Camiño.
We specifically chose this hotel over an albergue, expecting a quiet and comfortable night, but sadly that was not the case. Although I understand that noise from other guests can be difficult to control, the hotel didn’t seem fully booked. It might have been possible for the staff to arrange rooms more thoughtfully to avoid placing guests directly above one another when there is availability.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely upsetting, and I hope the hotel can take this feedback into account to improve future guests’ experiences.

GGuest UserIt is really a good hotel located in front of the beach, beautiful view, friendly staff, modern and cozy decoration, clean and spacious room!
The breakfast was fantastic with many voices of breads , hams and cheese!
Only two little things need to be improved :
1) the coffee machines in the breakfast restaurant, there was a button for cappuccino, but it came out the chocolate milk not coffee. I believed something wrongly set to the machines!
2) the english standard of the staff, we found only the reception staff could speak english very well, but when we dialed the extension to the bar and room services, we needed to wait someone who could understand and translated to the related dept.!
Other than that, everything was perfect!
Highly recommend to my friends and sure we will come back again next time!

GGuest UserI stayed in the Avenida hotel from April 9 to April 15. The hotel staff was as friendly and helpful as possible. The food in the restaurant was just amazing. My room was maybe a little bit tight (a large bed in the center), on the other hand it had a spacious bathroom with not only a shower but also a bathtub, while the plumbery as well as the bath amenities were perfect. Overall, the room was an excellent value for money. In addition, the Avenida hotel is very conveniently located within the 5-minute walking reach of both the bus terminal and the railway station - whereas the city center, its historical part and the beaches alike are easily reachable by the city bus. Highly recommended!

Ssusan ᐝUnable to book the Double Kings Hotel next to the cathedral, I opted for the NH Hotel, which turned out to be quite good. The Double Kings Hotel in the city center was under renovation, with makeshift sheds at the entrance, which negatively impacted the experience. The NH Hotel had a great location, situated in a suburban area resembling a forest park, with beautiful greenery nearby. It's a short walk to the cathedral, about 18 minutes. However, walking there at night was a bit scary because it was so quiet. I went for a walk to the cathedral at 10 pm hoping to see the festivities and the cathedral illuminated, but it was pitch black, and I left disappointed. The NH Hotel rooms and service were good, and I highly recommend the breakfast. The only regret was that the gym was missing one of the 14kg dumbbells; I don't know why. However, the gym was open 24 hours, which was nice.

AAnonymous UserThe room is big and was mostly clean but still noticed some hair on the sheets. The beds are a bit too soft and I didn't like them much.
The staff is very friendly and welcoming and there are refreshing drinks at the reception which was a welcoming addition. The hotel has free parking but if it's full you can find ample parking spots around the hotel which are free.
The location is also perfect since its close to the tower of hercules and next to the sea.
The breakfast has a lot of variety and is of good quality, however the coffee machine was a bit broken and spilled coffee everywhere
