Consequently, I acknowledge potential subjectivity in my assessment, given the bustling nature of the occasion. Regrettably, the hotel appeared rather commonplace in the context of Sharm, failing to meet my preconceived expectations. Service standards, in particular, fell short in comparison to establishments of a lower tier. A discernible lack of order and organization was evident, notably during the check-in and check-out procedures, which seemed marred by temporary capacity challenges. Despite these shortcomings, a commendable aspect was the amiable and responsive nature of many staff members encountered. Their professionalism in addressing my concerns with empathy was noteworthy. Contemplating a return stay at White Hills Hotel warrants careful consideration. The observed lapses in service and organization may be contextualized within the framework of the hotel's current capacity constraints, urging a reconsideration when conditions are more favorable

Very very good service. Everyone is extremely helpful. I was sorted out with data (wifi isn't free). There are a lot of mosquitos in the room so bring some repellent. There is a bar on the property that plays unbelievably loud music until 3.30am on a Saturday morning. When I was woken at 2am, the staff moved me to another room which was really great. There is often loud music at the pool - nice if you're into that. Not great if you're not. All in all, it was a good stay. The rooms are spacious (but need some upkeep) and it's clean.

The room is clean and quite large. From the balcony door, you can go uphill to the swimming pool No. 5. The main restaurant is in the beach wing. It takes about seven or eight minutes to walk there. You can also call for a shuttle bus to pick you up.

A good hotel, with a nice pool area and a decent gym. A bit out of the way from the main town, has a small beach area. If you have mobility issues then be aware its built on a slope, and if you want to swim in the sea,there are a lot of steps. Be aware of the mosquitos after 6pm !!!

This hotel is a hidden gem. The staff make the holiday the most amazing experience. The hotel itself is well presented, clean and everyone will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as relaxing as possible. It has a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with 3 other restaurants you can eat in that are included. The sister hotel across the road gives immediate access to the town and beach also. Me and my husband are already planning our next trip here with our children next year. Don’t miss out on this amazing experience with your family or couples holiday. It’s worth every penny.

Everything was really beautiful. I strongly recommend the hotel. We had to stay in another hotel on the Shark Bay side for the same prices. By far a great hotel. Especially the food was great. A different concept every day, with a variety to suit every palate, leaving its taste on our palate. As for the employees, they were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Although the interior decoration of the hotel was old, it was really sparkling. He has an incredibly hardworking team. On the first day, one of the cabinet doors fell off, we closed the door and forgot to mention it. It was repaired when we came from breakfast the next day. The disadvantage for families with children is that there is no beach if you like the sea. You enter from the pier and since we went in October it was a bit choppy. They have free shuttles to the city center every evening. On the way back, it provides the opportunity to return every hour up to 12 hours. It is a good option since taxis are extremely expensive. It is an incredibly peaceful and quiet hotel. A perfect price performance hotel.

The location of the hotel is great, very close to the Red Sea and the farsha cafe with stunning views! The staff were very welcoming and even gave us guava juice to drink when we checked in! There are a lot of activities at night, and things get quiet after about 11 o'clock. If you want to go to bed early, you may need to prepare earplugs.

The hotel is very good and the staff was very nice and friendly the food was good and they have a lot of varieties we enjoyed a lot the shows at night they have different shows every night and it was very amazing the activities was very enjoyable thanks to medo and Anna and Jana they are very nice team

My go to place when in Sharm…. I’ve just spent another 2 weeks at the Falcon with my daughter and once again had a great time. The restaurant manager “Osama” can’t do enough for the guests, neither can the pool guys “Lifeguards” and the rest of the staff. I have visited on my own many a time and always feel safe and looked after. They feel more like family to me. They have watched my daughter grow up, so not just to me, but to other guests they make you feel so welcome. There’s a great pool there where I’m always in, first thing in the morning…27 metres long, so great for getting your lengths in. This little hotel is right on the door step of the main town, which is 5 minutes walking distance & beach about 10 minutes walking distance. You can’t ask for much more. Excellent staff, clean rooms, good choice of food, fantastic pool. Miss you guys. Xx

We had a nice holiday, a nice hotel, the staff are good helpful, friendly people, I had a nice holiday, there are many pools, by the sea, there is a pier, there is a free hotel shuttle that returns to the city center every evening at 1930 and 22.30, you can sunbathe during the day and this is the evening. You can take advantage of the service.. The employee who cleaned the room on the 1149th floor was making very nice beds. Although it is a standard room, when we come to the room, the beds fog up very nicely. We were very satisfied. Thank you very much. We would love to come again.

All inclusive small but cozy. Very good food, varied, rich. Rooms comply. Large swimming pools, one of them with warm water. It has access to two beaches, one in front, Gafy, (approximately 200 meters away); And another beach located at the other end of Naama Bay, which you can reach on foot (approximately 20/25 minutes along some pretty streets) or by bus (at the hotel's expense). On Gafy beach you can see colorful fish from practically the shore, it is beautiful.

It was 20 years since we last stayed in Dahab and at Penguin Village. Lots of new faces as you would expect but the same level of friendly, laid back but excellent customer service. The management, hotel staff, restaurant crew were all so friendly and accommodating - focused on our needs and what they could do to make our stay as relaxing and stress free as possible. Breakfast was included in our rate and they also sorted airport transfers from Sharm. In terms of location - It’s about 5 mins walk from the busier shopping and restaurant area of Dahab. Easily walkable along the coastal promenade, although there are lots of local restaurants and cafes all round the immediate area. Highly recommended - will be back again.

The overall service was very good. We stayed for three days and two nights. Due to the bus schedule, we arrived at the hotel as early as 9:00am. The hotel was very considerate and provided us with an early check-in at about 11:00am. You can take a good rest by tidying up your room. The cleanliness of the room was as expected, except that the lights were dim and the hot water was hot enough, but the water pressure was average. Employees and even lifeguards are cleaning various areas whenever they have time, so it is no wonder that the hotel environment is very clean. For seaside hotels, it is the hotel with the fewest mosquitoes I have ever seen. The quality of breakfast and dinner is up to par. There are a large number of desserts, delicious breads and various salads. There are many types of cheese and milk to choose from. Only the meat is of average Egyptian standard, and there is still room for improvement. But the two dinners had different places, which was a little surprise. The most satisfactory thing is the service of the hotel staff: due to our bus schedule being cancelled, we need to change our itinerary and temporarily need to change the originally charged late check-out of 6 hours ($35 USD) to a 3-hour late check-out ($17 USD). Everything was good, except that the driver who called a taxi from the hotel to Sharm Hotel was a bit emm. The hotel said the driver wanted 50 dollars (I gave 30 dollars + 1000 Egyptian pounds). We had to leave before sunset and I wanted to watch the sunset on the way. As a result, the driver stopped at a small shop near the Dahab checkpoint and said he wanted to drink coffee. I drank this coffee and browsed my phone slowly for half an hour. I urged him twice and it was dark before I left. (He was not in a hurry because he knew I was not going to the airport.) As a result, the hotel in Sharm asked me for money and said I had to pay at least 10 dollars. He said he thought I was going to the airport, blabla, and the hotel only gave him 30 dollars, blabla. He yawned on the road. I was afraid of driving fatigue and talking to him. He cried poor all the way. Finally, he asked for money... I said I called your colleague and I clearly paid the equivalent of 50 dollars. So you still have to pay me 10 dollars. The old man didn't say anything and left. He is really greedy and stupid.
