Vista bonita. Mas não vale o preço."

"Super disappointed In bed at 9am in the morning and the girl that does the mini bar comes in to my room sees I'm in bed and goes to check contents of mini bar .I tell her come back later but NO SHE HAS A JOB TODO AND CARRIES ON. IT TAKES PRIORITY OVER GUEST PRIVACY. COMPLAINED TO MANAGER HE SAYS ITS MY FAULT AS A PAYING GUEST I HAVE ACCEPT THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO COME IN TO MY ROOM EVEN IF IM IN BED VERY UNUSUAL MANAGEMENT STYLE. NICE HOTEL AVOI TRY RADIOSSION 3400 FT AWAY PHOTOS After that slept with a chair behind the door And cear view of bed from mini bar"

"I booked a deluxe room, which had a king size bed, AC, bathtub, shower and 2 lavatories. The room as you can see is spacious for the price range. Also has a small desk near the bed if you're bringing a laptop. The service was outstanding, very friendly staff! The place is right in front of Karol G's restaurant, in provenza and is surrounded by anything you may need, from convenience stores to bars and gift shops! Would book again!!"

"Strange hotel. New and quiet away from the craziness of lleras which are positives. However, the design is just odd. Strange snacks in the mini bar, strange things in the room, dark halls with eerie music playing, they are trying too hard to be overly hip. Not worth the price compared with other hotels nearby."

"I recently stayed in this hotel and overall had a good experience, but there were a couple of issues worth mentioning. The hotel itself has a nice atmosphere and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the city. However, I did run into some problems during my stay. The hot water was inconsistent, which made showers uncomfortable at times. In addition, housekeeping was not up to standard, as the room was not properly cleaned or tidied during my stay. Overall, it was an okay experience with some positives, but the issues with hot water and room cleanliness definitely affected the comfort level. With a bit more attention to maintenance and housekeeping, this hotel could be much better."

"The swimming pool and breakfast were a great plus. I’ll definitely stay again. The view in the hotel at night is amazing"

"Supuestamente no encontraban la reserva cuando se había echo con mucha antelación y teníamos confirmación. Para ser un hotel 5 estrellas de Marriot tiene faltas, no nos ofrecieron ayudas con las maletas, no funcionaba el mini bar, no había pantuflas ni albornoz. No disponia de hervidor de agua. El café 4/10 Se escucha a los huéspedes que se encontraban en la habitación contigua como si estuviéramos en la misma sala. La cama perfecta. El servicio de limpieza excelente, excelente."

"The Hotel was a positive experience for me and my family. I lived the suite offered for 3 people. Separated areas and 2 bathrooms to accommodate better, if you come with more than one child. Good for enjoy, but not so much if you want to eat there… Chefs looks like only apprentices working there, and not everything is on the menu. The staff was 50/50 nice, the two small incidents that we had, One was mostly with a young male receptionist that works during the day until the evening time, one time I forgot my keycard and I went nicely to him to ask for another one, and well, he gave me the keycard without not even looking me to my face, or saying something to me, but instead he kept talking with his co-worker, he didn’t even gave me some eye contact! Just extended the card and give it to me…which for me was a gesture of bad attitude without me knowing why he was having a contemptuous treatment against a female guest of the hotel! Lol it was a little irrespective in my opinion. The funny second incident was that we called early like afternoon time at the reception for 2 toothbrushes… well, at midnight when we were sleeping, someone knocked on the door bringing the toothbrushes that we had to get by our own, cuz it took hours for the hotel service to deliver them at the door at time!! So We decided to buy them in the nearest pharmacy from the hotel. But it was just testing the service to see How long would they take to get the damn toothbrushes at time?? Lol Lol Anyway… But don’t worry, I would come back and enjoy the hotel still… I think, That the admin should train better their staff to provide more highly customer service for all guests 👍🏼 My son was very happy enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. Fine, Anything for my boy :)"
