Ficamos duas noites, de 1 a 3 de janeiro de 2025. O quarto era espaçoso, limpo e as camas eram muito confortáveis. A equipe sempre nos recebeu com sorrisos calorosos, nos fazendo sentir verdadeiramente bem-vindos.
O café da manhã foi agradável, especialmente o lassi quente e as deliciosas panquecas, que foram um destaque das nossas manhãs.
Um agradecimento especial à adorável Sra. Shilpa por sua gentileza e paciência em me ensinar a usar um sári. Sua orientação tornou a experiência incrivelmente memorável, e eu sempre a guardarei com carinho. Seu serviço foi excepcional!

Durante as duas noites da nossa estadia, houve vários eventos, o que levou a algum barulho.
No geral, ainda recomendo muito este lugar por seu excelente serviço, quartos limpos e confortáveis e uma estadia memorável em Agra!
If you are not too demanding, it offers everything you need for a short stay in Agra, overall we had a good time and the room was quite clean. Good rooftop with Taj Mahal view!!!

Bom hotel, bom serviço e boa comida.
Os cafés da manhã são bons, com masala dosa, omeletes, muitas frutas e comida indiana.
A piscina está um pouco suja.
E, claro, o quarto tem cheiro de mofo porque tem janelas, mas elas não abrem. Toda a ventilação é feita pelo ar-condicionado, mas o quarto é muito úmido e cheira a mofo.
O bar na cobertura é bom, o biryani é delicioso, assim como os coquetéis.
The service and amenities of The Hilton Garden inn Lucknow are totally worth it. Breakfast was great and so was the pool. The rooms were squeaky clean and the staff was quick to serve. Great experience.
No dia em que fiquei, foi apenas uma noite, mas custou menos de ¥ 5.000, então foi o melhor custo-benefício! Chegamos às 22h e parecia que havia uma festa acontecendo, e a música de fundo podia ser ouvida por todo o quarto, mas acho que já havia acabado quando a data mudou.
Em frente ao hotel havia carrinhos de sorvete e carrinhos vendendo salgadinhos até tarde da noite. Eu era a única mulher lá, mas as árvores no pequeno espaço parecido com um parque em frente ao hotel estavam iluminadas, então estava claro o tempo todo, então não parecia perigoso sair depois da 13h. As estradas são difíceis de atravessar devido aos altos pedágios. Não parece haver uma loja de conveniência por perto. Havia um café.
Também há muitos cães vadios.
Dizia que seriam 16 minutos a pé até o Taj Mahal, mas como era um dia com temperaturas próximas de 40 graus, era seguro pegar um Uber. Você pode deixar sua bagagem gratuitamente após o check-out.
A pessoa no balcão de turismo parece um pouco fria, mas não parece ser um funcionário do hotel. Os funcionários masculinos, principalmente o porteiro, foram muito gentis, até me deram água depois do check out, e quando tive algum problema com o Uber, muitos funcionários vieram me ligar e gentilmente cuidaram de mim.
Se eu for para Agra novamente, com certeza ficaria aqui. Esse preço é realmente uma pechincha com essa qualidade!

But service very very bad or did not expect this from this hotel
Very very very slow service n does not respond until 2 nd call
Check out cleared but nobody come to help with the luggage even though it was mentioned they will send the support person in 5-10mins n until second reminder reception did not bother to send the guy.
After the breakfast nobody there to respond what we need even mentioned they were little reluctant the 2 ladies( one in white shirt n other in red shirt) in the breakfast section. After couple of reminders we got what we need .
Thanq for the guys in breakfast session for their prompt response n attention for what is required for my 78years old mom n made her comfortable for her choice of food .
Food is good with all sorts of breakfast choices
Strange thing which I noticed first time is during check out reception place nobody bothered to ask how was the stay 😃

GGuest UserDriver steals customer money!!! first of all, We had no big issues with Radisson Hotel Agra while staying there for three nights, but we have a story we like to share with future hotel customers to prevent what happened to us happens again to you. after Agra, our next destination is Jaipur, so we asked hotel travel desk to help us arrange car transportation to Jaipur, thinking hotel driver should be more reliable. the travel desk is working with agency called 707 Tours, and they booked a car and driver from Jaipur called Sameer-Travels. we requested stops before Jaipur, one is at Fatehpur Sikri, and second one is at Chand Baori stepwell. the first part of our journey was non-event, but at our last stop at Chand Baori, the driver told us bags were not allowed at the site, and he insisted that we have to leave all bags in his car and he would lock the car and it was safe for us. at the stepwell site, we noticed everybody else carried backpacks with no issue. after 20 minutes visit and back to the car, we noticed right away that our bags were opened and searched, we kept our money in three different places, and each place's money were missing some. the thief tried to make the steal un-noticeable but we noticed it right away. we confronted with the driver and he denied everything. we reported this to Radisson hotel, its travel agency and our hotel in Jaipur. We want to share our story so you will be more careful in your next India journey. I add two photos here for your reference.
AAnonymous UserIt was really good experience with this hotel. Last week same in Lucknow i visited GINGER. but i will suggest you guys plz don’t go there coz that hotel is like Lodge. Very bad bed. Everything is ******** in GINGER.
But this week while returning from delhi to Darbhanga by road. I choose GOLDEN TULIP.AND I AM TEALLY VERY HAPPY. Infact ginger charged me 4500 per night.
And Ginger is lower is price. But amenities are awesome.
I recommend u all guys visit this hotel once.
GGuest UserI've stayed a few times here and had very comfortable stays. On this occasion, the hotel was hosting an event, and very loud music was played until 3am. I asked the duty manager to ask them to stop the music, but they refused to do anything about the disturbance. Many people were complaining, but the hotel staff were unable to take a firm stance and turn the music off. I had a flight the following morning at 8am and it impacted my work the next day. Very disappointing handling of the situation by the duty manager.

GGuest UserReally enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Our vacation was unforgettable. There were a few minor downsides, but we didn't pay them any mind. The room was spacious, and the service was excellent. The pool was great and warm. I especially want to highlight the breakfast and dinner buffets – they were magnificent. We had a fantastic time at Marriott Arghe and will definitely be back!
KKabir_21Firstly I got late check in because the room was not ready..I had to wait for 45 mins and then even TV wasn't working .They came to check and never came back . Even for just 1 glass of ice they were denying and they took 15-20mins for that . We booked suite room and that's how they treat us.
Only good thing about the hotel was breakfast buffet.
Guys only people from reservations helped .

WWu chia ningPremium Room, twin beds – the space was just right. If you book on the day and there's availability, it can be cheaper (includes breakfast). Even though the hotel is a bit older, the service and cleanliness were excellent. Room service was also fast. It would be perfect if the beds weren't so soft! The hotel also offers other activities like a swimming pool, pottery making, and a Taj Mahal storytelling session, which was fantastic! It's about a 12-15 minute walk to the Taj Mahal, or you can take the shuttle bus if you prefer a shorter stroll.

It deserves the 5-stars quality. The hotel staff especially has a sense of hospitality.
Actively, they were asking customer needs like asking for additional foods at a breakfast venue, giving us cake assorts with a handwriting letter for me, and setting enough drinkable water with eco friendly recycled glass bottle.
Passively, whenever we asked by phone, they replied and actioned as soon as possible like giving us additional towels, lending us a wine opener, and letting us know info related to sightseeing around the hotel.
When I come to Agra and my friends have a trip to it, I strongly come to and recommend it.
