Excellent Stay in the Heart of Kunming I stayed at Atour Hotel Kunming (Nanping Pedestrian Street Old Street) for one night on 1 June 2025, and it was easily one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in Kunming. The hotel appears to have been recently renovated, giving it a fresh, modern, and stylish feel throughout. We booked a Superior Queen Room, which was exceptionally spacious and thoughtfully designed. The room was well-equipped with all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. The standout feature was undoubtedly the bedding. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable and supportive—we slept so well that we nearly missed breakfast the next morning. The bathroom amenities were excellent, and the heated toilet seat was a particularly nice touch, especially considering how uncomfortable cold toilet seats can be. The only thing missing was a bidet, which would have made the experience a perfect 5/5. Another feature I appreciated was the hotel’s robot delivery service. Food deliveries are received at the lobby and then sent directly to your room by robot, which was both convenient and fun. The lobby and breakfast restaurant are located on Level 7, which also houses a well-equipped gym and complimentary self-service laundry facilities—great additions for both short and extended stays. Location-wise, the hotel is hard to beat. Situated right in the heart of Kunming’s city centre, surrounded by local streets, markets, shopping malls, and plenty of dining options, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, facilities, service, and unbeatable location. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to Kunming.

We stayed 3 nights at a river view room which was clean and well appointed. The service was excellent, they serviced our room and helped me print out a visa. The location next to the river is quiet and relaxing to see the boats go by. Breakfast was understaffed, since they rapidly ran out of food, plates, cups and couldn't cook or re-fill food and drinks. So go early for breakfast. It takes a long time for didi car to drive up to the hotel. Be sure to choose a route that avoids the traffic bottlenecks.

Both of us are extremely satisfied staying Im this hotel. The resapan for giving the hotel 10/10 are: - Efficient customer service, the senior lady as well as the younger staff at the counter are very alert and responsive. I would say the young senior staff with short hair is a gem to the hotel management team. She's kind, caring and hospitable. - The Hotel is strategically located near to the Kunming Railway Station as well as to FuDe Subway station. Moving around in Kunming city is so convenient. - Just next to the hotel is the Shuangqiao Night Market. It's the largest night market in Kunming. We enjoyed the variety of food served in the market. - Although the night market operates till 3am, the rooms remain quiet and peaceful to sleep in because the Hotel has double layered glass windows to block out the noise from outside . - The breakfast I served is also delicious : local noodles and wantons served in three types of soup - plain chicken broth, sour and spicy or Mala taste. O proprietário foi muito gentil e se ofereceu para nos buscar no estacionamento. Como estávamos com uma criança e muitas coisas, ele me acompanhou duas vezes. Além disso, quando selecionei acidentalmente o endereço errado para o sabonete líquido para bebês que havia encomendado em outra loja deles, o proprietário foi pessoalmente me entregar no meio da noite. A atenção aos detalhes foi excelente. Quando partimos pela manhã, o proprietário novamente se ofereceu para carregar nossas coisas e nos acompanhou até o estacionamento. O quarto oferecia uma vista panorâmica da cidade velha.

10/10 will book this hotel again in Kunming!! The location is right smack in the city centre, easy to get around to Nanpibg street by foot (10 mins walk), shuncheng shopping mall. A lot of eateries nearby, no need to worry about it. The hospitality of the staff is also amazing as well, making our stay unforgettable.

Excellent hotel service from from desk to housekeeper. Clean and cozy room, free airport pickup was easy to arrange, free gift upon check in was warm, free night snacks beyond my expectation. The female front desk receptionist very helpful and patiently to solve all my queries as a foreigner. Thumbs up to this hotel👏👏👏

房間設施很新，環境也很好，衞生打掃的很乾凈。最關鍵老闆還有前台姐姐人都特別好，老闆不但泡茶給我們喝，還給我們推薦了哪些店好吃，甚至專門打視頻問她女兒可以點外賣的店哪些好吃。而且非常住這家酒店非常方便，晚上打包回來的還可以放在酒店冰箱裏，要吃的時候還有微波爐可以加熱。老闆人特別細心，看到我們晚上拎了西瓜汁讓放冰箱，還告訴我們西瓜汁隔夜喝了會拉肚子。前台姐姐們也特別好，打包回來的食物會主動幫你加熱好，早上準備去高鐵站點了外賣，也是前台姐姐幫忙接了放大廳的。

Ambiente: Fiquei com meus amigos em um quarto familiar para três pessoas, o quarto é super espaçoso, com uma grande janela transparente que oferece vista para a cidade antiga. Pela manhã, podemos ver o nascer do sol e tomar sol no quarto, é realmente lindo! Meus amigos e eu adoramos a estadia. 😃 Voltaremos a nos hospedar aqui da próxima vez! Serviço: Há serviço de entrega e levam comida para o quarto, muito conveniente. O proprietário é muito prestativo, responde às mensagens instantaneamente e ainda nos deu biscoitos de flores frescas. Transporte: Fica bem na Porta Norte da Cidade Antiga de Lijiang. Depois de passear e ficar cansado, é só caminhar um pouco para voltar ao hotel, o que é muito agradável. Também é fácil conseguir um táxi ao sair.

O hotel está perto do aeroporto, e é conveniente recolher e desligar o serviço do hotel. As quartos são grandes e limpos, água livre, café, chá.O pequeno-almoço Disse que estava incluído, MAS não vi nenhum, talvez demasiado cedo. Dorme bem e está no Salão de aviação dentro de UMA hora após acordar.
