No primeiro dia da nossa estadia no Hotel Shangri-La, quando fomos à recepção, a maioria do pessoal não falou inglês, mas uma senhora chamada Zoe Zhou nos ajudou inteiramente e foi extremamente amável e profissional. O açúcar também foi muito útil, e nós realmente a agradecemos. Temos muitas bagagens e não se encaixaram Na nossa mala, então pedimos a um membro do pessoal masculino para nos trazer UMA caixa, não só trouxe a caixa, MAS também forneceu um cinto gentilmente, e SUA reflexão e vontade de ajudar realmente nos impressionou. Em geral, o apoio sincero e a atitude quente do pessoal fizeram o nosso primeiro dia no hotel muito confortável e memorável.

It was a okay stay. 5 hours stay night. Bed was wide enough. I did not expect too much on Cleanliness. Cleanliness okay.  Close to airport.  Airport transfer and no fee On the web they have car transportation without fee and no need to book. I was waiting for the car or bus. No vehicle arrived and we had to hire a cab to get the hotel.  Reach out to hotel to book transportation. Thank you.

This hotel was the most satisfying one during our China trip. All the staff were super friendly, proactive, and enthusiastic! Especially the ladies number 10 at the front desk,who was very efficient in helping us with our check-in process! The breakfast was very rich, with fresh and delicious food! The restaurant staff were also very nice! This is a hotel we will definitely come back to and we highly recommend it to everyone!

Excellent Stay at a Beautiful New Hotel I spent a night at this hotel and had an awesome experience! Everything was perfect—from the modern, stylish decor to the overall cleanliness and comfort. The hotel is brand new and you can really feel the quality and attention to detail. Front desk girl was an amazing host—friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make the stay special. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This was my first time visiting Hohhot and chose the hotel because of convenience of movement, it’s close to the airport as well as the train station. The service was okay even though they couldn’t speak English. The room was nice and clean too but the smell of smoke in the corridors didn’t make it all so pleasant. I really enjoyed the breakfast though and the revolving restaurant was a nice touch. I wouldn’t mind coming back to have a stay when I’m in Hohhot.

從額濟納開車過來，攜程搜的評分最高的一家店，外面看着不起眼，裏面的設施服務各種簡直超級完美，比五星酒店都好👍 設施：床帶特殊功能😎也可以用來自駕旅行腰部的放鬆，房間有浴缸、電動馬桶、乾濕分離、各種一次性貼心的物件，有健身房、洗衣房、水果咖啡自助區、各種細心周到的物品 衞生：太乾淨了👍 5星好評已不足以來形容這家酒店的好了😄 總之來包頭強烈推薦他家👍

I stayed for four nights and experienced both the Family Room with twin beds and a view, and the Tent-themed Family Room. While both had the same square footage, the Family Room felt a bit cramped in its layout. The twin room was the most comfortable, with a great view of the bridge and the Yimin River, absolutely stunning after the snow. The Tent-themed Family Room had a slide, which kept the kids entertained in the room. The service was outstanding, truly exceptional. One thing I particularly want to commend is the hotel's TV setup. You can directly log into iQIYI and Aurora Cloud TV, unlike some hotels where you only get Aurora TV for a fee, and even screen mirroring costs money, or there's nothing good to watch. They even provided extra small chairs for the beds, which was a nice touch. Originally, for two nights of our trip, we had planned to try a different hotel and booked at Hanting, but we ended up canceling that and staying at Arivon Manor again.
