Hotel are under renovation upgrading, the staff told it will be have construction sound start from 7.30am to 7.30pm, and hotel located at most busy street, after 10pm still noisy outside, but the hotel will provide ear plug, very good service. The room is clean and spacious, highly recommend if accepted the environments here are noisy.

Serviço incrível, camareiras eficientes e simpáticas, ótimo buffet de café da manhã. Localização privilegiada perto da estação de metrô Hongkong Road (literalmente a 1 minuto a pé). Boa localização perto da estação ferroviária de Hankou.
De todos os hotéis em que me hospedei, a academia do Wuhan SGL é a melhor de todas. Totalmente equipada com máquinas, barras, rack para agachamento, muitos halteres, máquinas auxiliares, esteira... Nunca vi uma academia de hotel tão bem equipada e, para todos os que gostam de se exercitar, não se decepcionarão.
Com certeza voltarei na minha próxima viagem a Wuhan.

Location is at T2 and If you landed in T3 have to walk 10mins to T2 then cross over the road. Their service was very good, room is very clean and breakfast was great too... Will stay here again if coming to Wuhan again

As cortinas e cadeiras de quarto são Velas de castanho escuro que acho que são velhos projetos, substitui-lo com um brilho Mais leve de beige, tornando-o Mais moderno.O chão do banheiro precisa de polir e abraçar.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and comfortable, with everything well kept and tidy. The staff stood out for their friendliness and willingness to help — they made me feel genuinely welcome. The hotel also offers convenient laundry service, which was a big plus during my trip. The small gym has three treadmills, ideal for maintaining a quick fitness routine while traveling. A pleasant experience overall, and I’d definitely consider staying here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel—the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious.
What really made my experience special was the excellent service. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. A big shout-out to the 11th-floor housekeeping team —they were incredibly thoughtful，paying attention to small details that made my stay even better.
I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

The Hotel is located in a Building that consists of 5 hotels, and it takes the top several floors, which makes a really nice view of the city. Room is clean and the bed is really comfortable. Really like the memory foam pillow and have a really good sleep. The staffs are really nice and helpful. Recommended Hotel and will stay there again if I visit Wuahn in the future.

CChet and SunnyHotel was located very close to Metro and shopping street. Comfortable, clean, and quiet room with partial river view; only complaint was the window needed cleaning to give full marks for our stay. Breakfast was also very good with pleasant seating atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it for a very good value if you're touring Wuhan!

AAnonymous UserService: Everyone was very enthusiastic. They called me in advance before check-in to advise on the best place for a taxi to stop, which was very thoughtful.
Environment: Everything was very comfortable, and they even upgraded me to a premium king room for free.
Cleanliness: The hygiene was relatively clean and tidy.
My stay concluded perfectly, and the check-out experience was exceptionally pleasant. The room was meticulously cleaned without any overlooked spots, and the deep sleep mattress was incredibly comfortable, ensuring great sleep quality. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and the check-out process was quick and efficient. They even thoughtfully packed a portable breakfast for me as I was in a hurry to catch my next connection. The hotel offers a well-equipped laundry room, and the breakfast variety is extensive. The environment is quiet and elegant, truly showcasing Atour's humanistic attention to detail. It's my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.

GGuest UserThe room has a fantastic view, especially at night. There's a mirror directly opposite the window, and when evening comes, it reflects the outdoor scenery beautifully. It's truly stunning. In the evening, the Yijing Corridor had a ball game playing, and the resident singer was not only beautiful but had an even more amazing voice. You could even request songs, which was a huge plus.
The hotel's location is excellent. There's a Manner coffee shop on the first floor, and just down the street, you'll find Tea Color Yuese and several crayfish restaurants, all within about a kilometer. The room was clean and the bedding comfortable. However, on the first morning, while I was still asleep, I was repeatedly woken up by housekeepers knocking on the door asking if I wanted cleaning. I've stayed in many hotels, but this is the first time I've encountered something like that.

GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious and well-designed. My husband and I were traveling together and worried about not sleeping well, so we each had our own room with two bathrooms, ensuring no disturbances. The location is also very convenient, with a mall downstairs and the subway just a short walk away, making shopping, dining, and getting around very easy. The downside is that while the soundproofing within the room was good – my husband's snoring didn't bother me – I'm quite sensitive to noise, and the sound of water being used from either the next room or upstairs, or the air conditioning starting up, would still affect me in the middle of the night. Also, the trash can in the bathroom was foot-pedal operated, which was quite odd, especially since it was positioned behind me. You'd either have to move it to your feet, which was a hassle. Finally, although the deposit was refunded quite promptly after check-out, I don't really see the necessity of paying a deposit anymore. Many five-star hotels now allow you to stay on credit without a deposit, so there's no need to add unnecessary inconvenience for guests.

I spent two nights at Quanji Hotel in Xiangyang, and I left with a mix of impressions some solid wins, one or two quirks, and a sense that this place knows what travelers like me actually want after a long day of sightseeing or meetings.
First impressions
- Exterior and lobby: Modern, clean, and uncluttered. The lobby feels calm, not trying too hard to impress you, which is nice after a long train ride. The check-in process was smooth, with staff who spoke enough English to help, but not so much that you felt talked down to.
- Location: Pretty convenient depending on what you’re here for. It isn’t in the center of Xiangyang’s busiest streets, but you’re within a comfortable walk or short ride to key spots, plus there are eateries nearby that aren’t overhyped tourist traps.
Room and comfort
- The room itself was a solid 4-star vibe: tidy, well-lit, and surprisingly quiet for a hotel in what feels like a busy area. The bed was comfortable—firm enough to support a good night’s sleep but soft enough that you don’t feel like you’re lying on a board.
- Amenities: Decent desk space if you’re traveling for work, reliable Wi-Fi, and a reasonable layout. The bathroom was clean with good water pressure and a practical layout. A few small things felt a touch “budget-first” like standard toiletries and a shower curtain rather than a glass enclosure—but nothing deal-breaking.
- Cleanliness: Overall good. Housekeeping did a thorough job during my stay, and I didn’t notice any telltale corners being overlooked. It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable dropping your gear and not worrying about dirt or mess.
Service
- Front desk and staff: Friendly and helpful. They stood by for recommendations on dining and local spots without turning the conversation into a sales pitch. When I asked for directions or a printout of an itinerary, they were efficient and patient.
- Housekeeping: Prompt and discreet. No intrusions at odd hours, which I appreciated.

GGuest UserThis hotel is truly fantastic! Even though I arrived early, well before check-in time, the front desk allowed me to check in right away. The front desk staff provided excellent and swift service, and they also informed me about some of the hotel's additional services. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the facilities and amenities well-equipped. The airport transfer service was also great; perhaps because it's Chinese New Year's Eve, the boss himself drove us to the airport in a Mercedes-Benz!

IIvy_Oh1. Hotel location is perfect as the Three Gorges Tourist Center is just diagonal opposite the hotel, and Wanda Shopping Mall is also just next to it.
2. The hotel is new, and the smell of the new wooden furniture is too strong and I guess that's why some of the doors of the unoccupied room (included mine) were open which I personally felt a bit uncomfortable as any guess may just step in to any room to do something silly.
3. I stayed for 3 nights, and 1st 2 nights was ok but on the 3rd night, someone checked-in and occupied next to my room, I was in the middle of my sleep and suddenly a piercing sound entered my ears, the sound last for almost 1 min and it seems not ending and so I contacted the counter to seek for help, the counter staff explained that the location of the toilet of room# 1310 is next to the bedframe of room# 1309, they can send me the ear plug for time being and let me change the room the next day. I told them I will be checking out the next day and I am not use to sleep with an ear plug, I hope the sound will end soon and I also tell the staff to escalate this matter up. During my check-out, the counter staff had asked how was my stay and I told her the incident too. I told her that I am not happy especially when the hotel said they can help me to change the room on the next day, my comment was if the hotel already know of this problem, so why are they still arrange guest to stay in room# 1310?? At the end of the day, I am being given some snacks and small souvenirs and 2 bottles of mineral water as compensation.
My question to the hotel: why put the blame on the design/layout and not employee training?? Why you know this is the problem but yet still allow the problematic room to be occupied?
For the seek of the reputation of the hotel, please shut down the problematic room until you fixed the problem!

LLove_maimaiThe century-old villa hotel has a charming decor, and the rooms are clean and hygienic with no unpleasant odors in the bathrooms. All the staff at the hotel are very polite and friendly. Xiao Shang provided exceptional service, proactively helping us with our luggage, making coffee for us, and offering water when we went out. The hotel breakfast was also delicious. We were a group of four and booked two rooms for two nights; all my friends agreed that this hotel is excellent.
