My stay at Mehow Lichi was much better than expected, no disappointments at all. I originally just booked it because it was nearby, but I didn't expect such a comfortable experience. Elena at the front desk was very quick with check-in and had a gentle demeanor, responding promptly to any requests. The room was very clean, with no strange odors, and the bedding was soft, so I slept soundly at night. The facilities were well-maintained, with stable water pressure and effective air conditioning. The hotel also offered thoughtful services like free tea and snacks, which added to the overall experience. The location is convenient for getting around, with many dining options nearby. Overall, it's great value for money, suitable for both business trips and short stays. I stayed twice, and they arranged a fantastic room for me both times. I left my luggage at the front desk, and they even brought it up to my room. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in the area.

Located just a 5 mins walk from Beijing road, this hotel offers a convenient high rise stay inside a commercial office building, with guest rooms occupying the 39th to 41st floors. The main highlight is the 41st floor lobby and dining area, which boasts impressive city skyline views alongside complimentary perks like afternoon tea and late night supper. The decor is that minimalist yet luxurious style, with warm lighting and wooden tones creating an amazing ambiance. No need for filters when taking photos 📸~ The room was super spacious! The bedding was so soft and fluffy, like sleeping on a cloud ☁️. I fell into a deep sleep in 3 seconds 💤, and woke up the next day with no backaches or sore muscles – a dream come true for a working professional! 🙌 As someone who pays attention to details, I absolutely loved it! 👏 The bathroom had a super clean wet and dry separation, and the toiletries had a citrus scent 🍊. After washing my hair, it was so smooth I could film a commercial! Plus, there were smart curtains and Xiaodu voice control – just say ”turn on the lights” and the whole room brightens up. Full of tech! 💡 What touched me the most was the service!! The front desk lady was as gentle as a best friend 👭, proactively asking if I needed a specific pillow type and even sending welcome fruits 🍇! I left my charger when checking out, and they immediately helped me retrieve it after I called. Such a sense of security! ❤️ The price was also incredibly reasonable! 💰 Downtown location + these amenities, the value for money is just unbeatable!! Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen truly lives up to its reputation as a service supreme hotel. Not only is it the highest Mandarin Oriental in Shenzhen, but the service throughout my stay was impeccable. I was thrilled to find out on this business trip that I was staying at the same hotel as my idol, Mr. Andy Lau! Enjoying breakfast on the soaring 78th floor felt like being in a fairyland. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, and the turndown service was as thoughtful as ever. Room service was very responsive. The welcome fruit was fresh and seasonal, and knowing my child enjoyed it, they sent another portion early the next morning. The family-friendly setup was warm and appropriate, and the kids' activities were a lot of fun. Finally, the checkout staff were very polite, escorted me all the way downstairs, and had a record of all my previous requests. I'm sorry I didn't catch their name, but I want to give them a big thumbs up here! It truly is my favorite hotel. While there are many luxury hotels, I particularly adore this one with its oriental charm. Mandarin Oriental will always be my first choice from now on! My only regret this time was that due to limited availability, I couldn't get an upgrade, and also, the welcome music was no longer ”Kangding Love Song.”

This All Seasons Hotel branch has the most thoughtfully designed rooms compared to others nationwide. Despite its proximity to the train station and mediocre soundproofing between rooms, it's generally quiet. Laundry service is available. My only two complaints are: first, the breakfast was the exact same every day during my four-day stay, with about a 90% repetition rate. Second, the two elevators are ten meters apart, forcing guests to choose one or the other. What a bizarre design choice.

The rooms were fine, but I have to give a negative review for the concierge service. I was with my child and in a hurry to register my car plate number before heading out. However, the concierge, a man with glasses, was engaging in a lengthy and polite conversation with a foreigner and completely ignored us. Even though I was standing there with my child for several minutes, no one bothered to approach us. I finally had to interrupt their enthusiastic chat to ask if someone else or the check-in desk could register my car plate. I received a cold and quick 'no' – a stark contrast to the warm interaction he had with the foreign guest. After waiting for a long time and seeing no end to their conversation, and with my one-year-old getting restless, I went to the check-in counter to ask if they could help with the car plate. It was then that a nearby check-in staff member took us back to the concierge desk, where someone there *did* register my car plate. I was utterly confused! Turns out, it *was* possible. So, is concierge service only reserved for foreign guests, and we don't even deserve a smile? He knew I had a baby and had been waiting for almost ten minutes, yet he was completely indifferent. This is hard to assess... The hotel facilities and cleanliness were fine. The doorman when we left was very enthusiastic. The breakfast, to be honest, was really just mediocre! The French toast was alright, but the rest was truly unremarkable... especially the waffles, which were hard and unappetizing, and the eggs were very average. Three days, two nights – next time I visit friends in Guangzhou, I definitely won't choose this place again! Though I was happy they upgraded my room type when they saw I had a small baby.

This hotel is right in the heart of the shopping district 🛍️ The hotel is huge, and as soon as you step into the lobby, even the hallways smell fragrant~ 🌿 The main thing is that the location is incredibly convenient! You can walk to 6 shopping malls, and even Guangzhou's largest, Grandview Mall, is nearby ✨ Plus, there's a Chaoshan beef hotpot restaurant right downstairs called Chaofa Beef Hotpot, which is absolutely amazing! 🥹🥩 You can head straight back to the hotel after eating, no need to go far at all~

The location is super convenient, right next to the subway station. It's also close to shopping malls like Guomao and Vanke, so it's great for shopping. The service was warm and attentive; the front desk staff was very responsive to all our requests. I highly recommend it for your 51 (May Day) holiday trip!

It's only a 5-6 minute walk across the crosswalk to the subway station, which I really liked. The room facilities at this hotel are quite smart, featuring a smart toilet and a smart 'Xiao Du' (AI assistant).

This is my 3rd Stay at this Fantastic Hotel in Guangzhou. The hotel is situated at the junction of Beijing Road, next to T-Mall and bustling pedestrian walk, where there are scores of Restaurants and Shopping. The hotel rooms are clean and spacious, although slightly expensive compared to nearby hotels. Hotel Staffs are Very Friendly, Helpful and Professional, especially Ms Lucy, Ms Pan and Ms Ning, at the Front Reception. Would Highly Recommend this hotel for All Travellors to enjoy the GZ hospitality!
