From the thoughtful room key card design to the scented hallways, every detail shows care. The room itself exudes luxury, with smart home features throughout, feeling bright and almost luminous. Stepping through the grand, high-ceilinged automatic doors into the expansive, deep lobby, the carved book wall immediately impresses with its cultural flair. The next morning's breakfast was fantastic, especially the small noodles (xiaomian). There's a self-service laundry room with smart washing machines on the 23rd floor, and a self-service gym on the 24th. The York central air conditioning system with its constant temperature control was incredibly comfortable – the cool air was gentle and non-drying, making it pleasant even after prolonged use. The bathroom features a heated towel rack, ensuring warm towels at all times. The hairdryer is a Laifen high-speed model, which dries hair quickly without damage. The room even includes a coffee machine, making a freshly brewed cup in the morning an absolute joy! All the amenities are high-quality, truly elevating the stay experience.

Easy to find and very close to Hongyadong. The room environment is great, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the best part is having a washing machine and dryer, which is super convenient. The front desk is on the 25th floor, offering river views at any time, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. If I come back again, I'll definitely choose Espace again.

❤️ I've always seen cave hotels online, and today I finally got to experience one! The moment I opened the room door, it felt like I was transported to Turkey. The room has a unique style – the cave-themed decor made sleeping a truly special experience! 🕌 Every area of the room is distinctive. The earthy yellow walls really make you feel like you're in a real cave. The lighting is beautiful and very stylish. The LED strip under the bed creates a floating bed effect! 🛁 And there's even a huge bathtub where you can soak while enjoying the view from the 22nd floor, with a panoramic view of the Luohan Temple complex. 📌 The hotel offers a 24-hour gym, laundry room, and self-service tea bar. Plus, they even provide free luggage delivery to the airport! (A great perk for those catching a flight, just remember to arrange it 4 hours in advance). 📍 The hotel is conveniently located right by Exit 2 of Xiaoshizi Metro Station (Line 1), next to Luohan Temple, on the 21st floor. Very easy to find!

This hotel is conveniently located near Guanyin Bridge, making transportation a breeze. While it's not the newest hotel, the room facilities are still quite good. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the breakfast spread is excellent. The staff are all incredibly warm and attentive, especially Jackie and Bella, who really made us feel right at home.

The hotel is right outside Jiefangbei, and close to popular attractions like Hongyadong and Shibati. The subway station is just a 5-minute walk away. The front desk staff were very welcoming and upgraded us to a family room for free. They even offered a late checkout until 2 PM. Any requests we had were promptly addressed. The 29th-floor restaurant offers a great variety of dishes, and there's a free laundry room which is very convenient. You can also enjoy the night view from there. Overall, we had a fantastic experience.

My stay at Le Méridien Chongqing, Nanchuan was absolutely perfect! The hotel is incredibly well-managed; all facilities and equipment are exceptionally well-maintained. The giant Rubik's Cube art installation in the lobby, the elevators, in-room appliances, the heated pool, and gym equipment were all spotless and in perfect working order, with no signs of age or damage – the meticulous upkeep was truly noticeable. The service throughout my stay was excellent. From the front desk check-in to the housekeeping and concierge staff, everyone was professional and warm, responding to requests promptly and patiently. Daisy, in particular, was very efficient and handled any issues with great care. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the bathroom had stable water pressure, and all amenities were well-stocked. The lobby has a wonderful artistic vibe, and the family-friendly decor is charming and playful. The location is super convenient, right next to Nanchuan Wanda Plaza and a subway station, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. It’s perfect for both family vacations and business trips. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chongqing.

The hotel's location is quite good, surrounded by attractions, making it very convenient to visit Kuixing Tower and Daijia Lane. There are also many shopping malls nearby. Given the recent hot weather in Chongqing, the hotel thoughtfully provided an ice machine and ice water in the mini-fridge, which was incredibly considerate. The toiletries in the room were also well-stocked, including body lotion, shampoo, and shower gel. The location is excellent, making it easy to get anywhere, and the price is fair. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, especially the breakfast. The dining area offers a great ambiance with river views, and there's a wide variety of food. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is perfect for family trips. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and it even had a drum washing machine. Being on the 14th floor, it was very quiet. You need your room card to use the elevator, which is a minor inconvenience. We stayed in a city-view room, and the night lights were absolutely beautiful. The front desk service was excellent, and they even gave us a complimentary breakfast. The hotel is very close to Jiefangbei, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, our Chongqing trip was very enjoyable.

The hot spring facilities are also impressive, with a good variety of pools and a cleverly designed, intricate layout. Cons: The hotel's hardware facilities are quite outdated. For this price point, the hotel could definitely learn from the operational standards of top-tier brands. Furthermore, the breakfast selection is limited, and the toiletries in the room are of poor quality – these are areas with significant room for improvement. Large sections of wooden panels in the public areas are discolored or in disrepair. Overall: If you're looking for value for money, you might want to reconsider. However, if budget isn't an issue and you prioritize experiencing the beautiful scenery and hot springs, it's definitely worth a visit. Finally, the complimentary travel photoshoot provided by the hotel was a nice touch, and I'd like to commend the photographer, Zixuan, for her excellent service.

The subway is also very close, so getting around is completely stress-free. The hotel is on a high floor, offering panoramic views through floor-to-ceiling windows. You can watch the sunset in the evening and enjoy the night views of the two rivers from your bed, overlooking the entire city – perfect for stunning photos! The room was spotless, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation with no odd smells. After a long day of travel, a good night's sleep here is incredibly refreshing. The toiletries were high-quality, and the attention to detail was evident. The front desk staff were gentle and patient, and check-in was very quick. The lobby design is simple yet sophisticated, and the common areas are clean and tidy.
