Room was alright could of been cleaner. The pool and hot tub are great. My toilet broke and no one could fix it. They didn’t move me rooms instead they instructed me to open the toilet and manually flush it. Not the end of the world but you’d like to see more effort put in to make guest happy!!!

The room was very dirty. Stains on the chairs carpet and ottoman. Shower is small and curtain is too far inside the shower. No room to shower.
Beds are uncomfortable and in disrepair. Made a clink and seemed to drop every time you get in. TV stand was in rough shape and fridge was barely cold and unstable.
Carpet was also torn. Not very nice for the high price charged for for this room. This was the balcony room s.
O hotel é Muito bonito, EU ficaria aqui novamente.
Na superfície, parece-se muito bonito e moderno e limpo, mas se você olhar Mais perto, você Pode ver que o trabalho de construção/renovação é barato e não FOI feito corretamente. Por exemplo, a porta no banheiro parece muito bonita, mas se você olhar Mais perto, não é flushing com a parede, e a lama está realmente a ficar longe do quadro para que a porta se alinha com ela porque é tão cortada. Não é um negócio enorme para mim, mas para o dinheiro que eu gostaria que fosse um pouco melhor.
Também fizemos o pacote de ”romanha lil” que era bonito, mas não valeu o dinheiro. Temos UMA garrafa de champanhe, UMA taça de queijo e algumas rosas Na sala, e um pequeno-almoço gratuito do restaurante, que é tudo bonito, MAS não pelo preço que é. O alimento era ~20 cada um, e eu poderia ter trazido um frasco de champanhe Mais barato que teria feito o trabalho bem.Em geral, era bom, MAS não o faria de novo.
I will recommend this hotel and it is very nice and comfortable hotel and the location was perfect perfect  also the staff was really nice and friendly

GGuest UserThe hotel is close to the airport. The food was good for the price. The staff were very nice and friendly. The only reason i gave a 4 for amenities is because there is no pool. It's a pretty good hotel for the price
GGuest Userwell me missed our conecting flight , bad news you have to repay for your tickets again ok i will just contact my hotel and tell them i will not make it in tonight . oh but you prepaid through trip.com , yes we have a policy that if your a no show we cancel your reservation . ok when do can we see our refund ?
you wont we will just rent out your room to someone else , i see so i have a 5 day room rental prepaid , yes you will not get anything back you have to deal with trip.com for your refund . oh so you did not get paid by them i see , no we did just your not getting a refund . can i trasfer my rooms as we are having a conference there for a few hundred people . no . we don't allow for that either . what ...... a scam ! no recourse , i gave them notice 12 hours before my check in . and was told to call back a number of times to speack to the manager .i contacted trip.com , and they also claim a garenty of refund but at the time i was to depart my room reservation changed to no refund be aware of this and maybe better don't use any online third party bookings agents as this is double dipping and should be a crime . we are out of pocket for both our air tickets and our hotel we paid in advance never again i will .
i have proof , so if they decide not to keep this up contact me . roland kier mizuik . very concerned , independant insurance broker . my company will be informed how i was treated .
GGuest UserI would have given this review a ”Good” rating however several things brought the rating down.
The reception at the check-in was ”Credit Card and photo ID required for check-in” No good afternoon or welcome. The Smart TV and remote was unable to show local TV stations. The room itself was very good although about as far from the front desk at the back of the hotel. The room was also very quiet except for something that sounded like a compressor running every hour and a half for a good 20 mins. The in room air conditioner/heater was exceptionally quiet.

On the surface it looks very nice and modern and clean, but if you look closer you can see that the construction/upgrade work was cheap and not done properly. For example, the door in the bathroom looks very nice but if you look closer it is not flush with the wall, and the latch is actually sticking out very far from the frame in order for the door to line up with it because it is so crooked. Not a huge deal to me, but for the money I’d want it to be a bit more well done.
We did the “lil romance” package as well which was nice but not worth the money. We got a bottle of champagne, a cheesecake slice and some roses in the room, as well as a free breakfast from the restaurant which was all nice, but not for the price that it is. The food was ~20 each, and I could have brought a cheaper bottle of champagne myself which would have done the job just fine. Overall it was good, but I wouldn’t do it again.
GGuest UserOkay stay for the price. Three things that stood out that they need to work on. First, there was no curtesy traveller's shampoo or conditioner provided. Second, no bath towels. They had only the small towels slightly bigger than hand towels. Lastly, their fitness center only contained limited cardio machines and no weights. Either then the three points above the stay was average.

Staff was polite but not overly helpful.
Lobby area is nice but rest of hotel is average. I had a dog so maybe it’s just the floor they put pets on (2nd floor) but the hallway smelled extremely strongly of cat urine and the carpet was extremely wavy. Room was clean except for the carpet which had quite a bit of staining.
Pool wasn’t open which was 90% of why I booked this hotel which was annoying.
Breakfast was about average for a hotel in this price range.
Had I known the pool wasn’t open I would have booked at the Super 8 which is comparable in quality but much cheaper per night.
YYANHUAStayed with the children for one night, the location is very good, in the city center, and the hygiene is good. In a two-bed room, there is no problem with sleeping with a child. Check-in at the front desk is very quick, and check-out is also very quick. Breakfast has butter bread, muffins, yogurt, juice and fruit cups, large quantities!

The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very pleasant.
