All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was delicious and well-prepared. A special appreciation to the F&B team — their service was outstanding! They were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Honestly, every staff member we met provided great service. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well managed. You can really see that they work hard and achieve their KPIs — everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommended! Everyone should come and stay at this hotel. O cardápio apresentava pratos de alta qualidade e com ótima apresentação. *Equipe A equipe foi gentil e prestou um excelente atendimento. No nosso último dia, eles providenciaram um transporte barato do hotel até um supermercado, o que foi muito útil. *Localização A estação de metrô fica a uma curta distância a pé, tornando a localização conveniente. *Quarto Todas as comodidades foram fornecidas, o chuveiro tinha boa pressão de água e água quente disponível todos os dias. A localização facilita para o deslocamento para as fábrica devido ao alto fluxo de transito da cidade e por estar localizada em uma Avenida de ligação principal, mas não oferece muitas opções para quem quer ter um momento de compra ou opções de restaurantes. Too much mosquito even in higher floor. I booked this hotel for my Parents. They stayed 3nights on 12th floor room number 16. Overall facilities is okay,clean but not really clean.1st night they could not sleep at all because of mosquitoes. They informed reception next morning was was told they will spray but same thing happened 2nd night as well, when called reception said they sprayed which was not true.after requesting 3times they sprayed and finally there was no mosquito.they need to give more attention. Visitors are not allowed, bathroom is too small and bidet is too short to reach.

First time visiting Bangladesh, so I chose an international chain hotel that had recently been renovated. There were quite a few Chinese guests, and the facilities met the standards of a domestic four-star hotel, which was better than I expected. The price was also reasonable. The security guards at the entrance were very responsible, and I felt quite safe, which is the most important thing.

I had a wonderful stay at Sarina Hotel.The location is ok The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making my first impression of the hotel truly positive. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean,and roomy. The room service was excellent, and I always had my dinner there. The food was really delicious and great value for money, and the service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay and hope to return in the future. I highly recommend Sarina Hotel to others.
