Gol linhas aéreas: bagagem de mão
Na tarifa Basic (disponível apenas para voos internacionais), apenas um item pessoal (bolsa ou mochila) de até 10 kg pode ser levado gratuitamente. Nas demais tarifas, a companhia também inclui 1 mala pequena de até 12 kg, além do artigo pessoal.
Para ser aceita na cabine, a mala de bordo deve seguir estas regras:
- Tamanho máximo: 55 × 35 × 25 cm (incluindo rodas e alças)
- Peso máximo: até 12 kg
- Armazenamento: compartimento superior da cabine
Dica: Se exceder as medidas ou o peso, pode ser despachada no portão, possivelmente com custo extra.

A bagagem despachada da GOL Linhas Aéreas é transportada no porão da aeronave e normalmente é usada para malas maiores ou viagens mais longas. Dependendo da tarifa, ela pode estar incluída ou precisar ser comprada separadamente.
As regras gerais da GOL para mala despachada são:
- Peso por peça: até 23 kg
- Dimensões máximas: 80 × 50 × 28 cm (ou 158 cm lineares)
- Número máximo: cada passageiro pode comprar até 5 malas
Dica: Bagagem acima de 23 kg terá taxa de excesso; peso máximo: 45 kg em voos domésticos, 32 kg em internacionais.

Comprar bagagem com antecedência costuma ser a opção mais vantajosa. A Gol oferece bagagem extra como serviço opcional e informa limites e regras específicas por trecho.

Como fazer o check-in com a Gol Airlines
O check-in da Gol pode ser feito pelo site, app, totem ou balcão. Para voos nacionais e internacionais, o check-in online abre 48 horas antes e fecha 1 hora antes da partida. Já nos voos para os Estados Unidos, a abertura é 24 horas antes, com fechamento também 1 hora antes da partida.

É possível fazer pelo site ou app da Gol, e o passageiro já sai com o cartão de embarque na mão, direto para o embarque.

No aeroporto, o atendimento no balcão começa 3 horas antes do voo e vai até 1 hora antes da partida.

The hotel view is absolutely stunning, and the location is great. However, the room was small, and the facilities were quite old. The public restroom in the lobby had a strong, unpleasant smell. There were people smoking on the way to the hotel, which was a bit off-putting. For breakfast, the cups provided looked like they had been used by others, so I'd recommend bringing your own sanitizing wipes. There was no drinking water provided in the room, and even when I asked for it, they wouldn't give me any, which was really strange. To be honest, the impression of the hotel is twofold. On the one hand, it is an exclusive hotel, on the other hand, there were so many people that I did not feel exclusivity. You can't push through the pool. For some reason, in order to get to the pool and the beautiful view, you need to ask the hostess (who, of course, ask with a menacing look if you have a reservation and that there are no places) and you stand behind a red rope that blocks your way. I was not very pleased with this. Perhaps this excludes a super big crush, but the effect itself that they are blocking my way for my money is not pleasant.
A very interesting mattress, more like a feather bed. Soft, comfortable. The room is very, very dark - I did not like this either.
It is very interesting that at breakfast nowhere is it offered (no picture/message, the waiters do not say) that you can order waffles, avocado toast, or something else. Why is this kept a secret? Why should I, upon accidentally seeing waffles on another table, ask: where can I find waffles?.. I don’t understand.DeR$ 1.644

The Location is just next to Cinelandia and Lapa in the City Center. The service at the reception was not so good.. You had to wait untii 3 p.m and you could deposit your baggage only upon paying! It is a huge hotel but with great service. We got upgraded to front sea room which was awesome - amazing views.
Room is little bit dated, but you only sleep there and all day out.

Take a deposit of £58 upon arrival. Rooftop bar never gave you change they would sometimes make you sign a receipt other times wouldn't so upon check out claimed we never paid one bar bill which we paid every time. They later took £60 from my account for 2 beers I'd already paid for. I emailed several times they choose to ignore. They even ignored trip.com. untrustworthy robbing people do not go. They removed table and chairs from 7.30pm new years eve forcing people to stand til after the fireworks. There was just no need for this as there was ample room. The bar manger was rude and aggressive to us. So unhelpful. There is no kettle huge no no in such an expensive hotelDeR$ 390

The location is excellent, surrounded by hotels and restaurants. Across the street is the endless ocean and a beach bustling with people playing ball and running early every morning. It's very convenient to all the attractions! Of course, a sea view room would be much more comfortable. The sunrises are beautiful every day. Although you can't see east, they're still beautiful. This hotel is a great stay in Barra.
Like a lot of hotels in Rio, this one is old. The place has some relics of the last century: the phone is old, the furniture is old, etc. However, it makes up for it in other ways.
The service is excellent at this property. The breakfast is very good, the room service is great and cheap, and all of the staff from doormen to bellhops to reception are attentive and professional. The breakfast attendants are more professional than most local waiters. You will get excellent service here.
The hotel is also very pretty despite its age. The hallways and lobby are large, and it looks premium. The location is incredible if you like Barra. We only stayed one night, but we had a decent side view of the ocean from our room, and we easily had enough time for a nice walk on the beach before check-out.

The room lacked basic amenities — no duvet or blanket, broken toilet, no hot water, and a phone that didn’t work. The WiFi and TV barely functioned, the ceiling was under construction, and the room had no view with a window that opened only a sliver. The door also locked itself and the key card stopped working.

On the ninth floor, there's a heated rooftop pool and a gym, and on the ground floor, Western cuisine is served. The airport is about 500 meters directly opposite the pool, and the beach is about a ten-minute drive away. The hotel's back entrance leads to the Metropolitano mall, which features an Australian restaurant, a standard Japanese restaurant, over a dozen small eateries, massage parlors, and a cinema. I was there for a business event. Wifi connection at the hotel is horrible. it requires you to login in each time you use and logs you off automatically. the hotel was quite cold as it as off season. they did not have any kind of heating, they only offered blankets. I needed to call receptions a few times for iron and board and if you keep the iron and board more than 1 hour, they charge you for it which is insane. they also charge you for the water inside of the room which I did not like at all.DeR$ 524

The most impressive aspect is the service and Diego is a legend! Everything you need can be solved and managed by Diego super, professionally, systematically, precisely, prompt and warmly, just like magic and miracle.

Five stars because that's the highest I can give! The hotel service was absolutely fantastic! We had already checked out in the morning, but our flight wasn't until the evening, and when we went back for our luggage in the afternoon, they even gave us 30 minutes to shower! The staff proactively helped us arrange transportation and were incredibly enthusiastic! The hotel also offered sea views, and I even witnessed a stunning 'fiery sky' (red clouds) in the morning! Hotel OK is a little bit better than the business hotel opposite. The rooms are bigger and the air conditioning was good.
However, the service wasn't always good. It varied a lot. Sometimes room service picked up, sometimes there was someone behind the lobby bar.
I think the hotel is understaffed service wise.

I had a great stay at Hotel Atlântico Rio! They kindly allowed me to check in a few hours early, which made a big difference after a long journey. The staff were warm, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. The breakfast was fresh and satisfying, with plenty of options to start the day right.
