Na tarifa Basic (disponível apenas para voos internacionais), apenas um item pessoal (bolsa ou mochila) de até 10 kg pode ser levado gratuitamente. Nas demais tarifas, a companhia também inclui 1 mala pequena de até 12 kg, além do artigo pessoal.
Para ser aceita na cabine, a mala de bordo deve seguir estas regras:
- Tamanho máximo: 55 × 35 × 25 cm (incluindo rodas e alças)
- Peso máximo: até 12 kg
- Armazenamento: compartimento superior da cabine
Dica: Se exceder as medidas ou o peso, pode ser despachada no portão, possivelmente com custo extra.

A bagagem despachada da GOL Linhas Aéreas é transportada no porão da aeronave e normalmente é usada para malas maiores ou viagens mais longas. Dependendo da tarifa, ela pode estar incluída ou precisar ser comprada separadamente.
As regras gerais da GOL para mala despachada são:
- Peso por peça: até 23 kg
- Dimensões máximas: 80 × 50 × 28 cm (ou 158 cm lineares)
- Número máximo: cada passageiro pode comprar até 5 malas
Dica: Bagagem acima de 23 kg terá taxa de excesso; peso máximo: 45 kg em voos domésticos, 32 kg em internacionais.

Comprar bagagem com antecedência costuma ser a opção mais vantajosa. A Gol oferece bagagem extra como serviço opcional e informa limites e regras específicas por trecho.

É possível fazer pelo site ou app da Gol, e o passageiro já sai com o cartão de embarque na mão, direto para o embarque.

No aeroporto, o atendimento no balcão começa 3 horas antes do voo e vai até 1 hora antes da partida.

To be honest, the impression of the hotel is twofold. On the one hand, it is an exclusive hotel, on the other hand, there were so many people that I did not feel exclusivity. You can't push through the pool. For some reason, in order to get to the pool and the beautiful view, you need to ask the hostess (who, of course, ask with a menacing look if you have a reservation and that there are no places) and you stand behind a red rope that blocks your way. I was not very pleased with this. Perhaps this excludes a super big crush, but the effect itself that they are blocking my way for my money is not pleasant.
A very interesting mattress, more like a feather bed. Soft, comfortable. The room is very, very dark - I did not like this either.
It is very interesting that at breakfast nowhere is it offered (no picture/message, the waiters do not say) that you can order waffles, avocado toast, or something else. Why is this kept a secret? Why should I, upon accidentally seeing waffles on another table, ask: where can I find waffles?.. I don’t understand.DeUS$ 325

A decent, budget-friendly hotel in a central location, making it easy to get around on foot. It's not in a particularly attractive area, but it's perfectly adequate for a short stay and an overnight stay.
Breakfast was good; I recommend going early, as it gets quite crowded after 10:30 and can be uncomfortable.
The staff was average and polite. There was no shampoo in the room.

The room is big and the desk is very good, which is very convenient for working when traveling. It is very close to the beach, just a five-minute walk away. Great hotel with a luxurious view of the most famous beach.
Yes, there are some minor issues, like sometimes having to wait 7 minutes for an elevator, but I don't consider that a problem. It's a 30-story hotel with 6 elevators and many rooms, so you can imagine.
The breakfasts are a bit repetitive and could be improved, but they do have fresh orange juice, which is a nice touch.
There aren't always enough hotel umbrellas and chairs on the beach, but I don't see that as critical either.
The bed was good, and I slept excellently!

Located 5 minutes from the beach, the location is good, and the breakfast is decent. The receptionist speaks English, which is helpful, and they are very patient in answering questions. It's very convenient to all the attractions! Of course, a sea view room would be much more comfortable. The sunrises are beautiful every day. Although you can't see east, they're still beautiful. The room lacked basic amenities — no duvet or blanket, broken toilet, no hot water, and a phone that didn’t work. The WiFi and TV barely functioned, the ceiling was under construction, and the room had no view with a window that opened only a sliver. The door also locked itself and the key card stopped working.

I was there for a business event. Wifi connection at the hotel is horrible. it requires you to login in each time you use and logs you off automatically. the hotel was quite cold as it as off season. they did not have any kind of heating, they only offered blankets. I needed to call receptions a few times for iron and board and if you keep the iron and board more than 1 hour, they charge you for it which is insane. they also charge you for the water inside of the room which I did not like at all.DeUS$ 133

Really lovely hotel in a nice part of Rio. Staff are really friendly and helpful, especially as I speak English and everyone else is speaking Portuguese. The room was lovely and clean and the cleaners came here everyday to freshen up the room, put fresh towels in the bathroom and change the sheets. The pool was lovely and very quiet which made the experience much better. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel very much but the one day that I did, there was a good variety of food. Five stars because that's the highest I can give! The hotel service was absolutely fantastic! We had already checked out in the morning, but our flight wasn't until the evening, and when we went back for our luggage in the afternoon, they even gave us 30 minutes to shower! The staff proactively helped us arrange transportation and were incredibly enthusiastic! The hotel also offered sea views, and I even witnessed a stunning 'fiery sky' (red clouds) in the morning! I had a great stay at Hotel Atlântico Rio! They kindly allowed me to check in a few hours early, which made a big difference after a long journey. The staff were warm, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. The breakfast was fresh and satisfying, with plenty of options to start the day right.
