Na tarifa Basic (disponível apenas para voos internacionais), apenas um item pessoal (bolsa ou mochila) de até 10 kg pode ser levado gratuitamente. Nas demais tarifas, a companhia também inclui 1 mala pequena de até 12 kg, além do artigo pessoal.
Para ser aceita na cabine, a mala de bordo deve seguir estas regras:
- Tamanho máximo: 55 × 35 × 25 cm (incluindo rodas e alças)
- Peso máximo: até 12 kg
- Armazenamento: compartimento superior da cabine

A bagagem despachada da GOL Linhas Aéreas é transportada no porão da aeronave e normalmente é usada para malas maiores ou viagens mais longas. Dependendo da tarifa, ela pode estar incluída ou precisar ser comprada separadamente.

The hotel view is absolutely stunning, and the location is great. However, the room was small, and the facilities were quite old. The public restroom in the lobby had a strong, unpleasant smell. There were people smoking on the way to the hotel, which was a bit off-putting. For breakfast, the cups provided looked like they had been used by others, so I'd recommend bringing your own sanitizing wipes. There was no drinking water provided in the room, and even when I asked for it, they wouldn't give me any, which was really strange. To be honest, the impression of the hotel is twofold. On the one hand, it is an exclusive hotel, on the other hand, there were so many people that I did not feel exclusivity. You can't push through the pool. For some reason, in order to get to the pool and the beautiful view, you need to ask the hostess (who, of course, ask with a menacing look if you have a reservation and that there are no places) and you stand behind a red rope that blocks your way. I was not very pleased with this. Perhaps this excludes a super big crush, but the effect itself that they are blocking my way for my money is not pleasant.
A very interesting mattress, more like a feather bed. Soft, comfortable. The room is very, very dark - I did not like this either.
It is very interesting that at breakfast nowhere is it offered (no picture/message, the waiters do not say) that you can order waffles, avocado toast, or something else. Why is this kept a secret? Why should I, upon accidentally seeing waffles on another table, ask: where can I find waffles?.. I don’t understand.DeSEK 3.789

A decent, budget-friendly hotel in a central location, making it easy to get around on foot. It's not in a particularly attractive area, but it's perfectly adequate for a short stay and an overnight stay.
Breakfast was good; I recommend going early, as it gets quite crowded after 10:30 and can be uncomfortable.

The hotel is very close to the beach. The room is large. The bathroom water is big and hot. The service is very good. To see that you have luggage, the staff will run over to help you get it. The room has lovely views to the beach the staff are very pleasant.
I only had one problem with the nutritionist called Juliana that responded to an email I sent to her explaining about my son’s anaphylactic shock to dairy and unfortunately when we got their to the hotel it was her day off but she had no one ready to cater for my son first they offered him an apple and boiled egg and as soon as I spoke to the manager they made him pancakes scrambled eggs gave him biscuits.
It was a shame that Juliana did not do her job properly causing me and my partner stress on our first day at the hotel.
But next day they where ready for him and he also had a lovely breakfast just hope that Juliana learns how important it is to get ready for costumers that have severe allergies and treats them with more respected.
Apart from this incident everything else was spot on I also called their 24 hr service and order my son some pasta to take to our travel back home and everything was perfect.DeSEK 2.198

Take a deposit of £58 upon arrival. Rooftop bar never gave you change they would sometimes make you sign a receipt other times wouldn't so upon check out claimed we never paid one bar bill which we paid every time. They later took £60 from my account for 2 beers I'd already paid for. I emailed several times they choose to ignore. They even ignored trip.com. untrustworthy robbing people do not go. They removed table and chairs from 7.30pm new years eve forcing people to stand til after the fireworks. There was just no need for this as there was ample room. The location is excellent, surrounded by hotels and restaurants. Across the street is the endless ocean and a beach bustling with people playing ball and running early every morning. It's very convenient to all the attractions! Of course, a sea view room would be much more comfortable. The sunrises are beautiful every day. Although you can't see east, they're still beautiful. This hotel is a great stay in Barra.
Like a lot of hotels in Rio, this one is old. The place has some relics of the last century: the phone is old, the furniture is old, etc. However, it makes up for it in other ways.
The service is excellent at this property. The breakfast is very good, the room service is great and cheap, and all of the staff from doormen to bellhops to reception are attentive and professional. The breakfast attendants are more professional than most local waiters. You will get excellent service here.
The hotel is also very pretty despite its age. The hallways and lobby are large, and it looks premium. The location is incredible if you like Barra. We only stayed one night, but we had a decent side view of the ocean from our room, and we easily had enough time for a nice walk on the beach before check-out.

The front desk and concierge service were exceptionally attentive, proactively helping with luggage and pressing elevator buttons, providing excellent care throughout. The top floor offers a fantastic panoramic view of the beach, but unfortunately, it opened too late in the morning, so I missed capturing the sunrise, which was a slight disappointment.
However, the hotel's shortcomings are also quite noticeable. The facilities are generally outdated. The elevators are not only old but also have limited capacity, resulting in long waits during peak hours. The rooms only have simple sheets, without blankets, which can be a bit chilly at night. The most inconvenient aspect is the lack of essential toiletries; there are no slippers, toothbrushes, or a kettle, and even complimentary bottled water isn't provided—you have to bring your own or buy it. The breakfast was average, without many surprises, and the pool was rather small. However, the nearby expansive beach completely compensates for this, making swimming more enjoyable.

Really lovely hotel in a nice part of Rio. Staff are really friendly and helpful, especially as I speak English and everyone else is speaking Portuguese. The room was lovely and clean and the cleaners came here everyday to freshen up the room, put fresh towels in the bathroom and change the sheets. The pool was lovely and very quiet which made the experience much better. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel very much but the one day that I did, there was a good variety of food. Hotel OK is a little bit better than the business hotel opposite. The rooms are bigger and the air conditioning was good.
However, the service wasn't always good. It varied a lot. Sometimes room service picked up, sometimes there was someone behind the lobby bar.
I think the hotel is understaffed service wise.

We paid a lot for the carnival, and what did we get in return?
Room service was a huge help. We could eat inexpensively at any time of day or night. The pizza was a bit raw, but during Carnival, it's as if the whole Rio stops cooking properly.
The room wasn't cleaned once in 4 days, but they checked the minibar.
We had to change the towels ourselves.
The room smelled very damp and had other strange odors. We had to buy a freshener.
The room itself was old and dirty, small.
There were a lot of security guards in the lobby, but there wasn't even a water cooler.
Check-in was slow.
The elevator was a disaster.
It was sometimes 2/3, sometimes 1/3, working, and the staff was always harassing those.
Pros:
The beach is 5 minutes away.
Beach towels provided.
Room service 24/7.
Everything. If you're not coming for the carnival and there are plenty of available hotels around, this isn't the place for you.
And...they even demand a $400 deposit without warning.

Very friendly staff, nice hotel. I booked a suite for one night, the room was clean although it could use some refurbishing. One window didn't lock, so the noise from the street was constant. Located in a street with some stores, but not an area where you feel safe walking around. No toiletries included apart from s soap and shower gel/shampoo. Coffee machine in the bedroom with 2 coffee pods. I couldn't see a menu anywhere, assumed these were complimentary, as in most hotels where you rent a suite. I was surprised to be charged 1.5 USD per capsule on checkout, and that there was a QR code informing me of this in the room. I couldn't find it anywhere though.
All in all, great staff, but there is definitely a much better price to service/location ratio than this hotel in RioDeSEK 939

We booked this hotel in Nov at an inflated price of $1500 USD for 4 nights assuming there'd be rooftop access on NYE since the hotel website didn't call out a ticketed event for that night. When we arrived, the staff told us it was in fact a ticketed event for an additional $300 USD. Perhaps our oversight but we scowered the website before booking at such a high price and it wasn't there. The manager was very helpful in accommodating a cancellation if needed, ultimately we were too tired to pack and unpack again and waste another day in transit so we stayed and bought the tickets.
Check in is 2pm. We arrived at 1pm and they said they had a room for us. It wasn't ready so we went to the pool where again, service was wonderful. Front desk gave us a tour of 2 rooms to choose from which was great, but then msgd me and said they'd have a diff room ready at 2:30. We went down at 3pm and the room changed yet again and the new room still wasn't ready. We got a room with no apologies at 4pm.
The room was standard. Strong cleaning smell but decent. The shower hose didn't stay in place. The shower drain did not work at all - we had to kick the water to the corner each time for it to drain or pools of water stayed until the next day. The sink also didn't drain. The toilet stopped flushing. We had a plate with one chocolate on it from NYE which by the next day was covered in ants. We are very tidy girls and give some grace for older hotels to have some flaws, but the experience for the price we paid made us appreciate the airbnbs we'd stayed at before checking in here.
Location is great, gym and pool are great, but not worth the $ for NYE or Carnival.DeSEK 1.215
