O que é a bagagem permitida na LATAM?
A bagagem permitida na LATAM é o conjunto de itens que o passageiro pode levar em sua viagem sem custo adicional, conforme a tarifa adquirida.
De forma geral, ela pode incluir:
- Item pessoal (mochila, bolsa ou pasta)
- Bagagem de mão (mala pequena de cabine)
- Bagagem despachada (enviada ao porão da aeronave)
A quantidade e o peso permitido variam conforme o tipo de tarifa (Basic, Light, Standard, Full ou Premium), além do destino (voos domésticos ou internacionais).

The hotel view is absolutely stunning, and the location is great. However, the room was small, and the facilities were quite old. The public restroom in the lobby had a strong, unpleasant smell. There were people smoking on the way to the hotel, which was a bit off-putting. For breakfast, the cups provided looked like they had been used by others, so I'd recommend bringing your own sanitizing wipes. There was no drinking water provided in the room, and even when I asked for it, they wouldn't give me any, which was really strange. To be honest, the impression of the hotel is twofold. On the one hand, it is an exclusive hotel, on the other hand, there were so many people that I did not feel exclusivity. You can't push through the pool. For some reason, in order to get to the pool and the beautiful view, you need to ask the hostess (who, of course, ask with a menacing look if you have a reservation and that there are no places) and you stand behind a red rope that blocks your way. I was not very pleased with this. Perhaps this excludes a super big crush, but the effect itself that they are blocking my way for my money is not pleasant.
A very interesting mattress, more like a feather bed. Soft, comfortable. The room is very, very dark - I did not like this either.
It is very interesting that at breakfast nowhere is it offered (no picture/message, the waiters do not say) that you can order waffles, avocado toast, or something else. Why is this kept a secret? Why should I, upon accidentally seeing waffles on another table, ask: where can I find waffles?.. I don’t understand.De€297

The Location is just next to Cinelandia and Lapa in the City Center. The service at the reception was not so good.. You had to wait untii 3 p.m and you could deposit your baggage only upon paying! Great hotel with a luxurious view of the most famous beach.
Yes, there are some minor issues, like sometimes having to wait 7 minutes for an elevator, but I don't consider that a problem. It's a 30-story hotel with 6 elevators and many rooms, so you can imagine.
The breakfasts are a bit repetitive and could be improved, but they do have fresh orange juice, which is a nice touch.
There aren't always enough hotel umbrellas and chairs on the beach, but I don't see that as critical either.
The bed was good, and I slept excellently!
My birthday fell during my stay, and the hotel gave me a lovely surprise! Thank you! I'll definitely be back.De€124

Located 5 minutes from the beach, the location is good, and the breakfast is decent. The receptionist speaks English, which is helpful, and they are very patient in answering questions. However, I was confused about some charges at checkout. Water and other items were charged, and there was another charge for something I didn't consume. I booked JW Marriott Copacabana because, surprisingly, the price wasn’t much higher than nearby 3–4 star hotels. The location is truly premium, right on Copacabana Beach and the rooftop overlooks the entire beach, which is a huge plus. My room faced the inside of the building, so I had to keep the curtains closed the whole time for privacy, which made the room quite dark. That said, the room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff were generally nice, but everything felt quite slow check-in, check-out, room service requests, and even housekeeping. Breakfast was good in quality but exactly the same every day. Getting a table in the morning was also frustratingly slow; at one point around 10 people were waiting, and it took about 10 minutes just to be seated. The rooftop views are amazing, but the design is honestly very awkward and outdated. The pool is at the back with almost no view, when it could easily have been a stunning infinity pool. The bar area felt cheap, and the thick glass panels and wide columns made it hard to enjoy the view or take good photos. The whole rooftop design felt very old-fashioned. Overall, the hotel feels stuck in time. It’s a bit sad, because with such an incredible location, a modern renovation could easily make this one of the best hotels in the world. For the price I paid, I was still satisfied, but it definitely didn’t feel like a true luxury experience.De€303

We stayed at Windsor Barra and overall were very satisfied with our experience. The hotel has an excellent location: a calm and pleasant area with a beautiful coastline, perfect for walking, swimming, and relaxing away from the crowds. The breakfasts were tasty and varied, with fresh products and good organization. The staff were friendly, polite, and professional, always willing to help. The only downside we noticed — and something worth mentioning — is that the check-in process and any interaction with the front desk took quite a long time. There were frequent queues. Most likely, this was due to the high season during Christmas and New Year holidays. However, the fact that this period is peak season is well known in advance, so the hotel could have increased the number of front desk staff accordingly. In our view, this was not done sufficiently, which resulted in waiting in line for almost any request at reception. Aside from this point, the hotel is a very solid choice and works very well for a relaxed stay by the ocean.De€79

Really lovely hotel in a nice part of Rio. Staff are really friendly and helpful, especially as I speak English and everyone else is speaking Portuguese. The room was lovely and clean and the cleaners came here everyday to freshen up the room, put fresh towels in the bathroom and change the sheets. The pool was lovely and very quiet which made the experience much better. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel very much but the one day that I did, there was a good variety of food. The Atlantic Ocean is right outside the window, and the rolling waves and the birds and airplanes flying overhead are a beautiful sight in themselves. I had a great stay at Hotel Atlântico Rio! They kindly allowed me to check in a few hours early, which made a big difference after a long journey.
