O que é a bagagem permitida na LATAM?
A bagagem permitida na LATAM é o conjunto de itens que o passageiro pode levar em sua viagem sem custo adicional, conforme a tarifa adquirida.
De forma geral, ela pode incluir:
- Item pessoal (mochila, bolsa ou pasta)

Good for one night only. Breakfast is a bit chaotic and not many food options. Sometimes you have to queue and wait for the elevators.
The rooms are pretty good but the air conditioning needs updating. The view from the top is good!

A decent, budget-friendly hotel in a central location, making it easy to get around on foot. It's not in a particularly attractive area, but it's perfectly adequate for a short stay and an overnight stay.
Breakfast was good; I recommend going early, as it gets quite crowded after 10:30 and can be uncomfortable.
The staff was average and polite. There was no shampoo in the room.

The hotel is very close to the beach. The room is large. The bathroom water is big and hot. The service is very good. To see that you have luggage, the staff will run over to help you get it. The Brazilian voltage is generally 110 volts. The hotel room intimately provides two 220 volt power sockets for guests. Easy to use hair dryer and electric kettle. I don't know how to connect WiFi. The room has lovely views to the beach the staff are very pleasant.
I only had one problem with the nutritionist called Juliana that responded to an email I sent to her explaining about my son’s anaphylactic shock to dairy and unfortunately when we got their to the hotel it was her day off but she had no one ready to cater for my son first they offered him an apple and boiled egg and as soon as I spoke to the manager they made him pancakes scrambled eggs gave him biscuits.
It was a shame that Juliana did not do her job properly causing me and my partner stress on our first day at the hotel.
But next day they where ready for him and he also had a lovely breakfast just hope that Juliana learns how important it is to get ready for costumers that have severe allergies and treats them with more respected.
Apart from this incident everything else was spot on I also called their 24 hr service and order my son some pasta to take to our travel back home and everything was perfect.De€ 164

Located 5 minutes from the beach, the location is good, and the breakfast is decent. The receptionist speaks English, which is helpful, and they are very patient in answering questions. However, I was confused about some charges at checkout. Water and other items were charged, and there was another charge for something I didn't consume. To be honest, the impression of the hotel is twofold. On the one hand, it is an exclusive hotel, on the other hand, there were so many people that I did not feel exclusivity. You can't push through the pool. For some reason, in order to get to the pool and the beautiful view, you need to ask the hostess (who, of course, ask with a menacing look if you have a reservation and that there are no places) and you stand behind a red rope that blocks your way. I was not very pleased with this. Perhaps this excludes a super big crush, but the effect itself that they are blocking my way for my money is not pleasant.
A very interesting mattress, more like a feather bed. Soft, comfortable. The room is very, very dark - I did not like this either.
It is very interesting that at breakfast nowhere is it offered (no picture/message, the waiters do not say) that you can order waffles, avocado toast, or something else. Why is this kept a secret? Why should I, upon accidentally seeing waffles on another table, ask: where can I find waffles?.. I don’t understand.De€ 332

The location is excellent, surrounded by hotels and restaurants. Across the street is the endless ocean and a beach bustling with people playing ball and running early every morning. It's very convenient to all the attractions! Of course, a sea view room would be much more comfortable. The sunrises are beautiful every day. Although you can't see east, they're still beautiful. The interior view rooms have a small balcony, but it can feel a bit cramped. Beach slippers are provided and can be taken away and reused.De€ 346

Bed quality is beautiful - I had an amazing nights sleep.
While the front rooms with ocean view are bigger / better, then courtyard rooms are also good with great air conditioning, bathroom products, etc.

The hotel's biggest advantage is its location; it's right next to Copacabana Beach, and the rooms offer direct views of the sand. It's incredibly convenient for strolling the beach and enjoying the sea views—just a short walk to the sand and waves. The rooms were clean and tidy, making for a comfortable stay. The front desk and concierge service were exceptionally attentive, proactively helping with luggage and pressing elevator buttons, providing excellent care throughout. The top floor offers a fantastic panoramic view of the beach, but unfortunately, it opened too late in the morning, so I missed capturing the sunrise, which was a slight disappointment.
However, the hotel's shortcomings are also quite noticeable. The facilities are generally outdated. The elevators are not only old but also have limited capacity, resulting in long waits during peak hours. The rooms only have simple sheets, without blankets, which can be a bit chilly at night. The most inconvenient aspect is the lack of essential toiletries; there are no slippers, toothbrushes, or a kettle, and even complimentary bottled water isn't provided—you have to bring your own or buy it. The breakfast was average, without many surprises, and the pool was rather small. However, the nearby expansive beach completely compensates for this, making swimming more enjoyable.
Overall, it's suitable for travelers who prioritize beach location and service and aren't too concerned about the age of facilities. The core experience is still largely made up for by the beach and attentive service.De€ 87

The most impressive aspect is the service and Diego is a legend! Everything you need can be solved and managed by Diego super, professionally, systematically, precisely, prompt and warmly, just like magic and miracle.

Location is great, beachfront. Front desk was helpful. Rooftop pool is very small but has a spectacular view. Everything was good except the corridor & the rooms. Corridor is dark. I booked a 28 sq m Superior Room, my fault for not booking a room with a seaview. The room has a tiny window (all the photos of the rooms shown on the website has much bigger windows) & when it’s opened, there was a rotting rubbish smell. All the rooms have dark flooring, dark furnishings & when it’s not brand new, they look seedy & run down. I don’t think a room w/ a seaview would help.De€ 107

We paid a lot for the carnival, and what did we get in return?
Room service was a huge help. We could eat inexpensively at any time of day or night. The pizza was a bit raw, but during Carnival, it's as if the whole Rio stops cooking properly.
The room wasn't cleaned once in 4 days, but they checked the minibar.
We had to change the towels ourselves.
The room smelled very damp and had other strange odors. We had to buy a freshener.
The room itself was old and dirty, small.
There were a lot of security guards in the lobby, but there wasn't even a water cooler.
Check-in was slow.
The elevator was a disaster.
It was sometimes 2/3, sometimes 1/3, working, and the staff was always harassing those.
Pros:
The beach is 5 minutes away.
Beach towels provided.
Room service 24/7.
Everything. If you're not coming for the carnival and there are plenty of available hotels around, this isn't the place for you.
And...they even demand a $400 deposit without warning.
They only charged us $100. That's all.De€ 64

We had a lovely time at this hotel. Check in was super easy, even though it was 3:00 a.m. in the morning. The hotel is old but the facilities are maintained well. The room lacked basic amenities — no duvet or blanket, broken toilet, no hot water, and a phone that didn’t work. The WiFi and TV barely functioned, the ceiling was under construction, and the room had no view with a window that opened only a sliver. The door also locked itself and the key card stopped working.
The hotel was overcrowded — there was no space to enjoy the pool, and breakfast was a letdown with no vegan options at all. Add to that loud construction noise for long periods and this stay felt more stressful than relaxing. Definitely not worth the price or the stars.De€ 70
