Perfect layover hotel, so close to terminal A, only about 8 minutes in the free shuttle they provided the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Dinner was really good, especially the springbok carpaccio! I’d recommend it to anyone needing to be near the airport.

Second time around, so nothing more to add within 2 weeks.. Lol. Clean, comfortable. The curtains could be block our though.

O hotel é fantástico, mas a comida, tanto no café da manhã quanto no almoço e no jantar, precisa melhorar. Os funcionários são fantásticos e a gerente que encontrei no dia, uma moça, foi muito simpática. Eu deveria fazer o check-out às 10h, mas me permitiram fazer o check-out às 13h, horário em que embarcaríamos para o nosso voo. Esse tipo de flexibilidade nos faz repetir as reservas neste hotel.

Não está no padrão cinco estrelas, apenas cerca de 3,5. Segurança: Não há muitas câmeras de vigilância neste enorme hotel; se alguém empurrar a porta no meio da noite, você não consegue descobrir quem é. Layout: O lobby é escuro; Quarto: Iluminação muito escura Atitude de serviço: precisa ser melhorada Ar condicionado: um pouco barulhento Pontos positivos: O spa interno é bom e a limpeza é boa.

It was great to stay! Very comfortable, clean and spacious than I expected. Especially, the breakfast was amazing. Had many options to take than I thought. Hot and cold foods and different kinds of cheese, breads, jams and even smoked salmon sashimi! Also, they have upgraded my room into king bed room. The room was clean and big enough. Amenities were soap, body lotion and 3 in 1 bodywash(+shampoo and conditioner). If you want to stay quiet room, I would recommend the 1st floor. The parking in the basement made me feel more safe. Definitely I'll recommend to others and will come back!

I stayed here for 2 weeks, and I enjoyed myself immensely! I mostly keep to myself and don’t go out, as I was just here to relax and unwind. However I felt very safe and comfortable with my stay. The room is clean and smells amazing! There was a cute glass balcony which was pleasant as I could step out a bit and enjoy the great weather. The bathroom was stocked, I had a good selection of teas and coffees. I was very satisfied and impressed with my room selection. Although I think next time I will choose the apartment hotel since I always bought my own food 😄. They have a free shuttle to and from Nelson Mandela Square every hour which I utilized. They have a pool which I could see from my balcony and a gym that was opposite my room, however I did not utilize either of those facilities. All the staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place

A great hotel for one night, 5-10 minutes from the airport. + The main advantages are the free shuttles to and from the airport every hour. +The inclusion of breakfast. + The hotel grounds are lovely, with plenty of seating in the courtyard. + There's also a restaurant where you can order lunch or dinner. + The room is basic, with tea and coffee available. Cons: – We didn't get our breakfast, even though we arrived at the appointed time. We waited 25 minutes for breakfast to be brought out for guests in other rooms who were traveling to the airport later than us. Ultimately, we were given packed lunches. – We had a family room. Tthere's no door between the rooms, and the bathroom door is a folding door, which lets in all the noise and makes a lot of noise. – The bed was sagging on one side. – While taking a shower, the hot water went out for a couple of minutes, but then it came back on.

A minha experiência no hotel é agradável, MAS se você TEM negócios NAS embaixadas ou escritórios próximos, é um BOM local.A equipe e o buffet também são bons.

Excellent location. In and around the hotel, there are a lot of delicious restaurants. The highway is easily accessible. The bedroom was nice and tidy. Would return to stay there.
