Boutique motel propably similar to simplicity. Room is okay, but the bed squeaks. Big minus is dirty carpet in walkway that smells moldy. I guess they have never seen a vacuum cleaner. And to avoid disappointment then dont include “breakfast”. Not worth the wait. Not sure who rats wraps for breakfast. Would rather go hungry. Money wasted. Easier to shop in 7eleven or go Amazon. And parking is jammed. Not returning sorry

We stayed here to be close to the airport, so location was not great. Really your quite in trouble if your hungry, so make sure to hit up the surrounding malls before they close at 9pm. Or your only option will be 711 (which isn’t terrible!?) We were reluctant to stay here after a bad experience with B2 Ao Nang. But this one was MUCH better ran!! Cleaner , and the staff was so wonderful! It is a great bang for your buck. Would definitely stay here again. Only wish they had a gym!

I was placed in a room that overlooked the staff entrance so had the noise of them chatting on breaks and coming and going on their scooters so was a bit noisy. The phone in the room wasn’t connected, so just a prop I guess? The fridge defrosted and stopped working. They replaced this but with a European plug (using my only adaptor). Turns out that the plug port had blown so I had to lose some food and find another socket in the room (could not supply me with a replacement adaptor). The teaspoon was dirty and I had to ask to have a tv provided. The shower wouldn’t work hot. The pressure of the hot water wasn’t enough to keep the valve to feed the shower, open. On arrival I used the “luggage storage” which was just an area where everyone dumped their luggage (open plan next to reception) when I came back to check in, my rucksack wasn’t there. It was erroneously taken with another guests luggage. My passport and cash/cards were enclosed so luckily they managed to locate it. The hotel is a bit dilapidated and needs attention. Overall the staff are great and hard workers, the owner clearly lets the place down.

We stayed at the Samaya Wellness Resort for 7 nights. Initially we had booked for 4 nights but were so impressed by the resort that we extended. The resort is located on a busy street but you cannot hear the traffic once you enter the resort. I’d highly recommend booking a room with a sea view as opposed to a Mountain View as the Mountain View is on the street’s side and you might be bothered by the noise. The room was lovely, with a comfortable bed, large bathroom and a stunning balcony that overlooks one of the pools and the ocean. We were very pleased with the amenities, the service was excellent. A highlight for us was the programs they had on offer including but not limited to yoga classes and sound healing events (free for hotel guests). Alissa, Dmitri and Marco (or Marcus? 😅) facilitated amazing spaces and I’d highly recommend anyone to try out one of their classes! The breakfast buffet was delicious and very popular. However, the restaurant itself is a little on the pricey side so we’d often find restaurants to have dinner at outside of the resort. The location of the resort is great, close to a number of restaurants, a 7/11 and many laundry places. I’d definitely stay here again.

Room so good but you have to spend the expense for an extra amenities such a one more pillow or toothbrush, however, I’m enjoying during the stay. Breakfast is normal, not wonderful but not bad.

I stayed at their hostel room only because there was no other option as the island was fully booked. Pools looked nice, the breakfast view was fantastic, staff were nice. The dorm situation was just uncomfortable, as there was zero privacy. The shower/toilet was very tiny. The blanket they give at check-in was very weird and without a sheet, but very clean.

I really enjoyed my 2-week holiday at ibis Samui Bophut. It is located just beach-front. There are a lot of sun loungers by the swimming pools and you can easily access to the lovely sandy beach. Members of staff at the hotel, including receptionists, are always very friendly. I have to say that the size of the room is rather small, but I had everything I needed, such as a safe, a fridge, a small sofa and two bed-side tables. There is a kettle in the room and two bottles of water, tea and coffee are provided every day. There are a lot of local restaurants nearby within an easy walking distance. I even walked and jogged to Fisherman's Village a few times in the evening. So, my stay was very comfortable. A few taxis are always parked just in front of the hotel, waiting for people who need one. Also, there is a taxi service desk / tour desk inside the hotel. They charged 400THB to the airport, which was exactly the same amount that the airport taxi service charged me when I arrived. I was told that booking an airport-run taxi the day before was needed, though.

This hotel was very clean and quiet. It's is 15 mins away from the night market and about a 10 min walk to seven eleven. I wouldn't stay here long term because it's not really great anything amazing, but it is good just for a quick transfer. Download the grab app and get a local phone number from the seven eleven to make moving around a lot easier. The hotel itself also offers boat and can transfers to the nearby islands so you don't need to buy it at the airport.

Definitely had the best time at Ritz Carlton Koh Samui. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they even put in the effort to make small talks and check up on us. Buggy rides provided from room to lobby, and even to their amenities. The room we stayed in was great. Housekeeping was great, they cleaned our room twice a day. The location of the hotel was a +- 30mins Grab/taxi ride to the airport and to Chaweng Central Samui despite the traffic.

Room is basic like a 3 star hotel. I booked a superior sea view room but there's no sea view at all and my balcony is viewable by people on stairs. My son got a room that had sea view. My son's room is better but my room is disappointing. Breakfast is good with both Asian and western foods. Staff were friendly and greet us when they came across us. Beach is close to rooms and very good with white fine sands. Overall it's at a nice location with nice staff，but the room is not as good as the other two resorts I stayed during this trip.

Good hotel. Fully justifies its level. Series A Partial Sea View rooms on the map face Lomai Beach rather than the hotel's bay and have sunset views. You can only move around the hotel by golf carts. The roads are narrow, often with steep inclines. If you go on foot, it’s not comfortable, you’ll probably get hit by a car. There are several unfortunate villas along which there is a descent to the sea and half the hotel passes by them. Therefore, on these villas outside the home, there is no privacy. Overall I can recommend the hotel. Excellent service, everything is beautiful and pleasant. There are small corals and a few fish in the bay. You can snorkel from the shore. A mask, vest, fins, as well as pads and kayaks are provided on the beach free of charge.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist with any questions. Kudos to the entire team for delivering such heartfelt service. This is truly what exemplary hospitality looks like! 👍🏻👏🏻

Although it is a bit far from the airport, it does not affect the good mood of this trip. The room is perfect, the environment and facilities are very good, the hotel's SPA is also good, we stayed in the hotel for two days, the restaurant food is also delicious, the service staff are very friendly. The only flaw that makes me feel there is a flaw is that during breakfast, the pregnant service staff was a bit impatient, with a gloomy face and wishing we would finish ordering quickly. On the contrary, she treated the few foreign couples who came after us with smiles. They are all here to consume, so why should they be treated differently?

Internet celebrity hotel, stay for four consecutive nights. The hotel's beach area is in an excellent location, belonging to Chaweng Beach, with fine sand. The hotel's external facilities are complete and comfortable, with two swimming pools, one of which is 27 meters long, quite standard, suitable for beach vacations. The room is on the second floor, simple and stylish, Thai style, the bed area occupies half of the room, a bit like the big kang in northern my country, a large cement platform with thick mattresses and low sofas on it, and you have to step on a stool to get on and off the bed. The bed type we lived in was a large bed, but the double mattress was close to the wall, which was not convenient for two people to get on and off from both sides. Through Ctrip's coordination, the hotel quickly replaced the red sofa and added a single mattress to solve this problem. The room bathroom has bath towels, towels, square towels, and sofa towels (for outdoor balconies), but the bathing area and toilet area are not separated by dry and wet. Because the assigned room is close to the gate, the indoor broadband is not easy to use and often cannot be accessed. The room shielding is quite strong, and it is not very smooth to use a mobile phone card to surf the Internet. The hotel breakfast is a three-course meal, not a buffet. The hotel is very close to Chaweng Street. In the first half of the night, the noise from the bars and music on the street will disturb you, but the intensity is not too high and it does not affect your sleep. I guess this is a common problem of Chaweng Beach Hotel. It is very convenient to go shopping and eat outside the hotel. If you choose to stay at Chaweng Beach Hotel, it is definitely one of the first choices and is worth recommending.

The reason I booked Kimpton was because of the interior design, very beautiful property. The room was nice and comfortable with spacious balcony. Staffs are very helpful and nice, just a bit out of control during breakfast time, kinda feel like understaff. It’s a great place for family so not so recommended for couples or people who prefer quiet and privacy. Foods at the fish house restaurant are amazing, fresh ingredients and good quality. Plus point is the sunrise is so beautiful from Kimpton.

we arrived there 2 days later than our booking due to flights are delayed :( the hotel did not offer any compensation, refund or even did not accept to reschedule our stay to 2 days later. despite they have had empty rooms, we lost 2 days from our booking. the place more like works as a corporation than holiday hotel.

Hi, I could not able to said all what was I got from here. It's easy to explain for what they have and actually all the facilities are visible from their photos. Then I would like to suggested this resort to who are looking for what I got from here and the answer is --the peacefully-- Everything about my stay here exceeded my expectations. The impression of the location, the size of the area, the vastness of the resort must be described as grand. Makes feel like I have entered another world surrounded by mountains, large trees, and a beach with a wide ocean view. Big and small islands lined up in front of the rooms viewing. Everything makes you forget the chaos of everyday life. Peace of soul and true sense of nature. This is a place that everyone should come to and leave the chaos for few days.

The actual place covers everything. Good location, next to the main road, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The room's security system is very tight. All employees provide good service. But about breakfast There is too much emphasis on local food. There is no American Breakfast besides bread/tea, milk, coffee. We saw a foreign couple sitting and eating. We thought, will they be able to eat it? We are people from the central region. Still can only eat fried pork with steamed rice. And bread. We think that sometimes it's about food. There may be some switching.

I highly recommend a homestay, the owner is very polite, the price is so cheap that it is not expensive, each cottage is very special, we arrived after 10 o'clock, the owner has been waiting, and helped us carry the luggage, and will go next time

I like the ambiance of the hotel.. the bathtub feels refreshing after a long holiday. I will surely go back to this hotel.

New hotel in Surat Thani. Very clean, nice rooms, friendly staff and a good breakfast included in the price of the room. Have stayed here before and have already booked for next weekend 👍

Brand new very clean hotel. There is no facilities to have a meal in the hotel, except the buffet breakfast area which is open for breakfast only. There were no tea or coffee in the room, the minibar was empty. The staff is very friendly.

The hotel looks a bit old. The staff provided very good service. Even though I only had one bag, they still carried it to me.

Overall the hotel was nice but in several point not what we expected: We booked a „villa with sea view“. There was no sea view at the villa that was assigned to us. You couldn’t see the sea neither from within the villa nor from the pool nor from the sun beds nor from the outside bath tub. The only way to see a glimpse of the sea was to stand up on a certain spot on the terrace. That’s not what we expected from a room advertised as „with sea view“ and the (trip.com) booking page also suggested otherwise. When we complained, we got assigned another villa where we could see the sea partly. Thank you for that. However, the manager told us that the photos from the booking page were in fact another villa. But it's not my responsibility to make sure that the photos and pictures provided on booking pages are correct. The hotel has to take care of that! This holds also true for the next issue: The gym was closed due to renovation. In the booking process, they advertised a huge fitness center with lots of machines. Now it’s shut down and we did not get any information about this. The „mini gym“, which does not even have at least one multi exercise machine, is nothing but a bad joke and no replacement at all for a proper gym! Again the staff told us they would inform about this on their website. When I checked that, I still found the photos of the large gym on their own website. It was just called ”mini gym”. But how am I supposed to know what they mean by that and that the provided photos are no longer correct??

The hotel is located a little far from civilization. You need to be prepared for this. The nearest 7 eleven is a 20 minute walk. This was not a problem for us. We stayed for 2 days and spent them entirely at the hotel. I didn't want to go out anywhere. At first glance, everything seems a little outdated, but the area has such a cool, relaxing atmosphere that after 5 minutes you forget about it. We lived in a wonderful Villa with a pool and sunset views right from the balcony. Breakfast and dinner were included. The food was divine. The staff is very attentive. Everyone knows what villa you live in, what kind of coffee you like, etc. It was very surprising. The hotel has a beautiful beach - although in the afternoon, because... in the first half, due to the tide, the beach goes under water. But in the afternoon it opens and it’s very cool to walk there. The places are very picturesque.

This is a great hotel. Starting from the location, ending with small details in the room - mosquito spray in a perfume bottle. The staff is very polite and caring. You feel in absolute comfort and safety. The hotel area is very beautiful, surrounded by greenery. Breakfasts are great. There is everything. Buffet format + ordering from the menu. Any kind of scrambled eggs, porridge, juices, avocado toast, fruit, etc. You must leave a deposit of 1000 baht at the hotel; it will be returned upon check-out. On the downside, one night there was a lot of noise from the company in the neighboring villa. With music, dancing, etc. I think the hotel should take action and prevent this from happening. Still, the non-hotel format does not imply noisy parties.

The +: Magnificent hotel overlooking Shark Bay. Out of the city so quiet, scooter rental necessary to get around. The hotel is built on the hillside, there are many stairs to move between the rooms, the pool, the reception, but it has its charm. Green spaces and pool very well maintained. The -: mattress too soft and very hollowed by all the guests preceding me; surprising for a hotel of this standing ... moreover, on one of our 4 nights, a major water leak woke us up. We called the hotel staff in the middle of the night, who responded, and intervened during the day to repair. When checking out, when paying for the stay (breakfast, spa, ...) a ridiculous discount of 398 baht or € 10.81 was granted to us. A very light commercial gesture considering the inconvenience caused, for a room at 100€/night … Finally, the services offered (massage, spa, snorkeling and canoe equipment rental) are very expensive compared to the prices practiced elsewhere on the island. If you do not plan to leave the hotel, prepare yourself to pay dearly.

I loved this hotel! The pool is incredible and the rooms were very spacious. The hotel itself is a bit out of the way but if you just want to hang out at the resort, it is more than equipped to keep you busy and/or relaxed (gym, pool, spa, beach). There is a cute little street right next to it with tons of great restaurants (Monsoon was amazing!) and that street leads to a huge beach. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone, but couples and families in particular.

The Vannee is a 3.5 star hotel but we can’t do half stars here. The hotel lacks details on most ends but overall a decent place to stay. The breakfast was not good for the 2 days of our stay. The true standout aspect of this hotel is the massive pool that expands the length of the grounds. There is a swimup pool bar.

Lovely lovely beach. Pool lovely. Room clean and spacious. Nice balcony with view of the sea. Two restaurants, no one seemed to use one if them, the other was well used. We only went once, the food was not great and there were a lot of people smoking all sorts so we couldn't really focus on our food. We chose to eat in the restauatsnt along the beach at the next resort which was close and easy to get to. Overall worth the stay.

We had a great stay at Tarna Align. The check-in service was incredibly fast, with a staff to tour us around, followed by a buggy to bring us to our villa. We love the fact that we can WhatsApp to communicate with the hotel staff and they reply rather immediately with decent English too. The hotel provides free shuttle to the town. If it’s out of the schedule, you just need to pay 50 bath per person per trip for the driver to bring you to town. Clean room with no sand, comfy bed and pillows, we are very happy with our stay and highly recommend this place for those who would enjoy some peace and privacy. The hotel even gave little cute yummy snacks after making the bed. The hotel can also help you book a snorkeling tour with Oxygen tour. We are also really happy that the hotel provides water in glass bottles.

The rooms are a little tired (we had a strange stain on the ceiling), but the beautiful green area and the bay itself make us close our eyes to this. A coral reef begins immediately in the shallow waters off the coast. There is a feeling of pleasant distance from civilization and noise. The hotel staff were very friendly and spoke good English. The main disadvantage is the stairs, you need to be prepared to climb them if you book this hotel. Good breakfast. The hotel's main bar has good cocktails, but don't try the panini - it's not ciabatta, just a bad sandwich with toasted bread.
